Chapter 66 - Feeding Chocolate

Feng Mian was stunned when the word came out of her lips. Her cheek began to redden in embarrassment once more. She had completely forgotten that she should hide her childish action. However, Feng Mian decided to completely disregard her embarrassing side and just focused on the chocolate.

Taking out the box, she noticed that there were four of them inside. She picked one of them. It was soft on the surface, which might be because it had melted a bit on the road.

Putting the chocolate into her mouth, Feng Mian could sense the chocolate melt upon touching her tongue. The chocolate itself was chocolate milk that was rich in the composition. As the layer melted down, she could taste the almond that was coated in slight caramel inside. The caramel was not much and only there to enrich the taste.

'Sweet!'

Whoever has a sweet tooth would surely love chocolate. It was sweet, yet not overwhelming to make one feel sick of it. Feng Mian was sure that she could eat more of the chocolates.

"How is it?" Zhang Liang smiled when he saw Feng Mian's delighted expression. He could guess that she must have liked it so much.

Feng Mian grinned, her teeth still have some chocolate mark. "It's good, Brother Liang."

"Glad that you like it."

"Is it targeted for people with sweet tooth?"

Zhang Liang nodded. "Since our company's trademark chocolate is dark chocolate, I think that making the sweet one would be a good complement. This will allow us to expand the market's target too."

"I see." Feng Mian stared at the three chocolates left in the box. "Is it for Da Ge, Da Jie, and Zhang Ai?"

"I'll send a box to Xue later when it's finished. As for Xiao Ai, she can buy one when it's out."

Feng Mian: "…" poor Zhang Ai.

Zhang Liang pointed to the box. "You can eat all of the chocolates if you want. I won't stop you."

Looking at the chocolate in the box, Feng Mian had to admit that it was truly tempting. She picked up another one and put it inside her mouth. Feeling the chocolate melt in her mouth really feels good.

Zhang Liang chuckled. "Satisfied?"

Feng Mian blushed. She walked closer to Zhang Liang and showed the box to him, her head was looking up to him because of their height difference. "How about if you eat some too?"

"Don't you want to eat it all?"

"But valentine chocolates are usually the type of chocolate that women give to men," Feng Mian reasoned.

Zhang Liang smiled. He opened his mouth slightly, as if saying: 'feed me'

Seeing his gesture, Feng Mian was stunned. There were still a few servants around them. Not wanting to create trouble, Feng Mian picked one of the chocolates and raised her fingers closer to Zhang Liang's mouth.

As she put the chocolate into his mouth, Zhang Liang's lips touched the tip of her fingers. She could sense it was wet and soft as her cheek turned even redder. If only it was possible, she wished to bury her head on the ground. Unfortunately, she could only wait as Zhang Liang put the entire chocolate into his mouth, his lips once more touching her fingers.

Feng Mian wished to retract her hand as fast as possible, but Zhang Liang looked like he enjoyed the chocolate very much. He straightened his back as he enjoyed the chocolate melt in his mouth. The moment his lips were no longer near her hand, Feng Mian pulled her hand back and held the box with two hands. It was still slightly shaking.

"I…is it good?" Feng Mian forced the word out of her lips. She looked down, not daring to look up.

Zhang Liang arched his eyebrows. "I'm the one who makes the chocolate, so of course it's good."

Feng Mian: "…" true enough.

"How's your work so far?" Zhang Liang decided to change the conversation when he saw that Feng Mian's cheek was so red. It would be better if he didn't tease her again, then. Even though her reaction was truly cute just now, he didn't want to overstep his bounds.

Recalling about work, Feng Mian remembered her assignment. "Right, have you seen what I sent to you."

"I have. That's what I need to talk to you about."

"Now?"

"Let's have dinner first. Chef Lu already made a lot of food for us."

Feng Mian nodded her head. Now that she thought about it, she did feel quite hungry.

(A/N):

It's not Sora's Corner this time, XD. I just want to clarify that everything that I write in this novel is completely fiction and didn't base on any real life's event. Any similarities are all purely coincidences.

The chocolate also came out of imagination, not really based on some existing ones (Except the standard taste of normal chocolate and some normal composition). I won't mention any real life brand here. If you ask me the detailed composition of the chocolate, then I can only… *hide*
