2 Years Of Restarting

Long Ying had long gotten used to their curious stare and also unfriendly attitude. It was not like he wanted to wear this glasses all the time, but his pupil would immediately give away his identity. Rather than having people knew his movement all the time, it would be better for them to just think of him as a street punk because of his attire.

However…

He glanced at Yu Yan beside him and his brows furrowed. Now that he was already married, he didn't think that it would be right for him to keep this image of street punk. But the bigger problem lies in the fact that his family couldn't afford him leaking out his identity.

At least, not now.

'I never think about this problem before.'

The two of them entered the lift and Long Ying grabbed Yu Yan's hand and leaned in. He called out, "Yan'er."

Yu Yan could feel her heartbeat increased as she looked up, gazing at the man before her. "Y…yes?"

"Do you feel uncomfortable?"

"What?" Yu Yan was confused. There was no one else in the lift, only the two of them inside. She didn't understand what he meant by his sentence since she didn't think much about how other people looked at her because she was busy thinking for excuse to the lawyer for her hasty marriage.

Long Ying watched her reaction and his lips couldn't help but curled up to form a smile. "I'm talking about how people look at me."

"It doesn't matter." Yu Yan furrowed her brows and put her hands on his shoulder. "Isn't it the same as when we used to walk home together in the past? Why should I care about it now when I didn't care in the past?

Long Ying watched his woman's sincere expression and felt that he was really lucky to be able to meet with her. That's right. After getting to know each other for a few months, the two of them then started to walk home together. Or it was more correct to say that he was walking her home.

Back then, he was already wearing black glasses almost all the time and many people avoided him. But if he didn't wear it, his silver eyes would be visible and many people would call him blind because of it.

Yu Yan never cared that much when she was walking with him back to her home and the two of them always talked about many other things. They didn't even care what the passerby said when they saw two high school students walked on the street together. Even though one of the high school looked strange and they talked bad about him, if they were not close enough, Yu Yan always ignored them.

But if they were close, she would rebuke them harshly and fight whoever dared to speak bad about Long Ying.

Hearing the lift arrived, Yu Yan quickly retracted her hands back and composed herself. The door opened and she walked out, looking around at the office with the lawyer's name.

"What's the name of Kang Family lawyer?" Long Ying asked.

"Lawyer Bo."

"His office is over there." Long Ying pointed to the other corridor after lightly glancing once.

Yu Yan was surprised but she followed his direction. Looking at the right nameplate, she nodded. "You're right. I didn't expect you to be able to see from such a faraway distance."

"it's not that hard." Long Ying smiled in response.

Really?

It might be related to martial arts as Yu Yan didn't really learn martial arts before. She knocked the door and heard a voice from inside.

"Come in."

The door opened and Yu Yan walked inside. She could see that it was one person office with a middle aged man sitting behind a table and also a laptop. The man had round face that made him looked a bit baby face, but the wrinkles on his face revealed his true age. He raised his head and looked surprised when he saw the two of them.
