Chapter 270 Severe Phobia! Facing the waves into the wind!

The wheels pressed over some of Jones's men, and Elizabeth had time to catch up with Pantel and Rajetti who were dragging the treasure chest across the beach and running towards the boat.

Jack gritted his teeth, unhappy to see the beach become so crowded, he hid the jar in the bow, picked up an oar to leave or challenge.

The huge ship finally slowed down on the coastline, turned sideways in the water, and splashed a huge splash of water.

Will and Norrington crawled out dazedly, Norrington staggered towards the boat and collapsed on the side of the boat.

He raised his head, his eyes fell on Jack's jar, and he reached out to the bow of the boat.

Jack held his breath, he saw Norrington's hand reaching through the jar to take the amnesty in his jacket pocket.

Jack didn't try to stop him, since he now had the heart to control David Jones and decide every ship or perilous channel in the Seven Seas, he no longer needed those documents.

While Jack was thinking about his own good luck, the battle on the beach was still going on fiercely.

First, it was Sparrow's men against Jones, and Jones's men were slightly better.

During the melee, Will suddenly saw the treasure chest with the key in the keyhole.

He bent over to open the box, Jack turned quickly with the oar in his hand, and slammed Will on the head.

Will fell on the beach and lost consciousness.

Elizabeth rushed to Will and looked down at own fiancé.

Elizabeth realized that the situation was critical and said to Norrington, "We can't escape."

"You can't escape with a box," Norrington replied, knowing what would happen.

He quickly grabbed the treasure chest and ordered Elizabeth to board the boat. He turned his head and shouted: "Don't wait for me." He crossed the beach and disappeared into the dense forest.

Jones's men hurriedly chased him.

"I said we should respect his last wish." Jack stood by and said quickly.

"Yes!" Pantel agreed and began to push the boat into the waves.

Jack jumped into the dinghy and grabbed the own jar.

After finally getting this heart, he didn't want to make any mistakes.

Holding this heart and the mud in the jar given by Tia Dalma, Jack was safe.

"We must take Will," Elizabeth ordered.

Jack rolled his eyes, but nodded in agreement, Pantel and Rajetti drag Will into the boat.

The four of them stopped talking and set off, leaving Norrington behind.

......

After a while, Jack, who had lost Norrington, returned to the main deck of the Black Pearl.

Will slowly opened his eyes.

"How's the box?" he asked dizzyly.

"Norrington took the box and led them away." Elizabeth replied.

Barbossa appeared on the deck, welcoming them back, he was about to set sail.

"Jack!" he said, "we saw the Dutchman an hour ago, it's almost that long!"

"Really?" Jack replied, his eyes full of confidence.

Barbossa made an anxious look at Jack. He didn't have time to try to figure out what happened.

Because there is a very dangerous ship, to be precise, the most dangerous ship in the history of navigation, it is too close to them!

Barbossa yelled: "All crew! Set sail! Go ahead at full speed!"

When everyone on the Pearl was busy to set off, Jack felt that there was no need to be in such a hurry.

He sat down on a big bucket, dangling his legs, swaying his precious jar in his hand.

"Barbosa, is your throat tight?" Jack asked.

"Yes." Barbossa replied.

Jack nodded: "Your heartbeat is fast and your breathing is short. Do you obviously feel weak in your own body?"

"Yep!"

"I'm afraid you have severe phobia." Jack said casually.

"What are you thinking? We only have half the chance at most, and we have to keep the wind direction unchanged!" Barbosa said.

He didn't understand Jack's attitude at all. Just a few hours ago, Jack was nervous to death.

Elizabeth walked to the side of the ship, and just once, she was on Jack's side.

She said to Barbosa: "I have escaped, and I didn't see any boats around."

However, Elizabeth said it too early, and the people on the Black Pearl saw in horror that the sea began to spit bubbles and white foam.

Suddenly, following a huge splash of water, the flying Dutchman jumped out of the sea and stopped next to the Pearl. Its splashing waves wet the Pearl's deck.

Barbossa tried his best to shout: "Full rudder to the left! Downwind! Full sail!"

When everyone was desperately holding on to their posts, Jack faced the Dutchman and raised the jar above his head. He pointed to the jar, nodded and smiled, and waved friendly.

David Jones was standing next to the steering wheel of the flying Dutchman. He retreated a few steps, as if he had been hit.

He realized that his own heart must be in Jack's hands.

"Prepare the cannon." Jones said to Max.

Jack yelled at the Dutchman: "Hey! Right here! Take a big gamble!"

Barbossa moved to him: "What are you doing again, Jack?"

"Quiet!" Jack replied. He knocked on the jar and said in a low voice, "I got the heart, right here."

"God! How did you get it?" Barbosa asked.

Jack smiled: "I'm Captain Jack Sparrow, forget it?"

Barbossa sighed as he watched the Dutchman's muzzle open.

Jack thought that he was not open now, Barbossa was not so naive, he wanted to protect the ship.

"Zuo Man Ruo!" he shouted, refocusing his attention on the Black Pearl.

"Hurry up, guys!"

The crew of the Black Pearl rushed into a group, and the Black Pearl sailed against the wind, leaving the Dutchman behind.

A gunshot suddenly came from the front muzzle of the Dutchman.

"Facing the waves! Into the wind belt! Quick!" Barbosa shouted, adjusting his course.

The Dutch opened fire again, but the Pearl managed to escape.

"She can't catch up with us." Elizabeth cheered.

"Yes! It's downwind now, we'll get rid of her!" Barbosa nodded proudly.

"The Black Pearl runs faster than the Dutchman?" Will asked Barbossa.

"That's not an ordinary ship." Barbosa said and nodded towards the flying Dutchman.

"It can go completely against the wind without slowing down in a hurricane. So she can always win by surprise, but if it's a tailwind..."

"We have an advantage over her." Will said suddenly.

"Yes." Barbossa said. "The Pearl is the only ship that David Jones is afraid of. That's for a reason."

Seeing the Black Pearl get further and further away from the Dutchman, Jack smiled, still holding his jar tightly in his hand.
