Chapter 276: The Sound of the Death Knell! Dive into the port of Singapore!

“The death knell has come from the tomb of the water…Did you hear his gloomy tone?” She sang, “This is a call to everyone, listen to the whistling wind, and set sail to return home! ”

Suddenly, the boat was illuminated by a lantern, illuminating the figures on the boat.

This person is Elizabeth Swann.

She had a calm expression, her big brown eyes glanced back and forth quickly to get a panoramic view of her surroundings.

There are no neatly laid out streets or magnificent buildings, and there is nothing like the royal harbour in her youth or her golden age.

The tight dress she once wore was useless here, but the brown cloak with no shape at all seemed much more suitable.

As her boat was wandering under the pier, she passed by an old woman who was squatting beside a pile of fish.

Not far away, a man was blowing glass next to a pile of charcoal fires, the sparkling orange fire shining like round glass.

An explosion on the right made her jump up, and she saw a dazzling revolver fireworks spinning outside a pyrotechnic shop, sparking sparks everywhere.

A boy chased the runner, stepping on the fire star.

Elizabeth saw the shadow of a monkey running by, and she shivered.

She continued to move forward, singing non-stop, until she came to a pier, then tied the boat and climbed out.

“Hey, pull together.” She sang and tied the rope.

Suddenly she stopped and lowered her head.

A group of people from the East India Trading Company were led by Beckett’s adjutant Mercer. They were the ones who shouldn’t hear her singing the last.

She wanted to use this song to prove her own pirate identity, but only for her pirate peers.

After a while, their footsteps faded away, and Elizabeth sang again.

“Let the flag fly high! Pull it hard…”

“…Whether it is a thief or a beggar.” A new voice was added, “We will never die.”

When a man walked out of the shadow of the huge sewer pipe, Elizabeth stood up.

Two men with weapons in their hands stood on either side of him.

This man is tall and impressive, his strong muscles undulating slightly under his black robe. There was a murderous look in his eyes, and he carried an evil sword with him.

Despite the man’s awesome manners, Elizabeth was relieved.

This person is called Tai Huang, who is exactly what she is looking for.

Or at least, this person can take her to meet the person she is looking for, Tae Wong is the deputy commander of the intimidating Singaporean pirate Wang Xiaofeng.

Tai Huang squinted her eyes and looked at her up and down.

“For those who don’t know what it means.” He said vaguely, “It’s dangerous to sing this song.”

He came closer and said, “Especially for a woman, especially for a woman who comes alone.”

“Why do you think she is alone?”

Tai Huang and his entourage turned their heads, looking for this new voice, Barbosa was standing behind them, smiling on his face covered with years of vicissitudes.

“Are you here to protect her?” Tai Huang asked.

“Why do you think I need protection?” Elizabeth replied, hissing.

Tai Huang froze, Elizabeth’s voice was in her ears, but her dagger was pressed against his throat.

Barbossa made a tut.

“Your master is still waiting for us.” He said to Tai Huang.

He especially added to Elizabeth: “The unexpected Death will only bring discomfort to our meeting.”

He stared at the dagger in her hand, and Elizabeth slowly put the knife down, but did not put it in its sheath.

Tai Huang rubbed his neck and carefully observed the old pirate: “He is Captain Barbossa?”

“Yes.” Barbosa agreed. “She is Elizabeth Swann. Xiaofeng promised that we will be safe along the way.”

Tai Huang nodded thoughtfully: “As long as it’s beneficial to him.” He replied in a dark voice.

He flicked his robes and turned to lead them away. Then he suddenly raised a hand and everyone stopped immediately.

The sound of boots foretells that more people from the East India Trading Company will pass by.

Tai Huang waited until they turned the corner of the street before beckoning others to follow him into the entrance of a huge sewage pipe.

……

When Elizabeth and Barbosa disappeared into the darkness, something strange was happening not far away.

On one of the broken bridges between the Singapore Canal and the waterway, two people from the East India Trading Company were standing guard.

If they look into the water from the side, they may find a row of coconuts floating in the water.

And under the coconuts, there is something that will arouse their great interest. Under each coconut is an evil Captain Jack Sparrow’s crew.

When the coconuts floated to the dark place under the bridge, one of them rose to the surface, revealing the pirate Rajetti’s head.

He wears the coconut shell as a helmet to prevent himself from being seen from above. His good eyes are looking around, while the wooden eyeball is staring blankly forward. Following him were Pantel, Gibbs, Caton and Marty.

When everyone hid safely in the shadows under the bridge, they took off their coconut helmets and swam towards an iron grate.

They took out a few huge files from the tarpaulin bag they carried on their backs and used them to saw the fence of the grate.

Then they waited.

Squeak, Squeak.

The people from the East India Trading Company noticed immediately. They looked into the darkness. What was that sound?

After a while, a woman pushed a car with creaking wheels hard from the darkness.

The car contained a few bird cages with chirping canaries, clinking bottles with mysterious liquids, and bags of flour.

There is a colorful parrot on the birdcage. Next to this bird is a monkey shaking the handle of the organ.

This is what Jack’s men are waiting for.

The music of the organ, the creaking of wheels and the clicking of carts are enough to cover up any noise coming from below.

It was time for action, and the pirates immediately began sawing the grate fence.

As the cart got closer and closer, the two guards exchanged suspicious glances at each other and stepped forward to stop the cart.

The music stopped, and the pirates below also stopped.

One of the guards drew a long sword.

“You can’t stay here.” He said roughly to the woman.

She looked up. Although they didn’t recognize her, this woman was Tia Dalma.

She approached the guard who was talking to herself and whispered to him in a weird voice: “Your mother always knew that you threw the linen into the well.”

The guard jumped back in shock, and he looked at the old woman in horror.

“How did you know?” he demanded.
