A Glitch In The System

Exiting out of the hut I and Handy looked at each other.

"Revan Osmosis huh i like the Lastname guess you can me Rex Osmosis than" He smiled

Looking at him I stuck my hand out to shake his hand staring directly out him. I chuckled mentally thinking of what the future calls his species and couldn't point out the coincidence.

"It's time for us to make a name for ourselves brother" I smiled.

"I guess it's true then brother. Time for us to be remembered for something" he smiled back.

"I guess so" I replied but turned my head to face my left " but before we do let's get to understand life as it is" gesturing the inhabitants

Rex understanding nodded and turned to the play with the children who were reluctant at first but decided to allow him.

"HAHAHHAHA! Come on kiddo how are you going to rule the world if you can't even beat this old man" I laughed taunting Vandy

I and Vandy had been training on the outskirts of the village as to sharpen his technique as well as train my powers to not overexert my strength

"Shut up you old man you can't even fight me like a true warrior always hiding behind that stupid mask of your and never truly fighting me head-on!" He screamed

"Oh, do you want me to fight you head on then?" I laughed. I had trained Vandy every day since he came to me when I came back unscathed with 40 dead beasts that were dead but had no slashes or marks on their body. How to gain trust fast and efficiently? Feed them all.

During our training over the 7 years, I had only poked him in the gaps of his forms never truly dominating him but his insults were starting to annoy me.

I now know how it felt to be like Obi-Wan Kenobi training Anakin.

"Come on old man your mother would laugh at you from being such a weakling and not facing me head-on" he spat.

Already being annoyed from his countless insult over the years i decided to teach him a lesson this also hit a nerve for me personally.

As his spear speared pierced my after image i appeared behind him. Vandel instinctively turned around to see me.

turning around only to saw me standing there before him when he tried stabbing me again it was another after image he started to panic.

I was back at my original after image and backhanded his head. the force of my hand could destroy his body entire body but i had trained my body also over these 7 years by only exerting a 5% of my strength as well as training my body which I could now snap bone and grind it up into a fine powder.

My chi pool had also increased to 2 lakes. I know this by secretly converting all my chi at the ice area into water.

If i were to ever carry my child in the future i would need to at least be able to not snap its neck when i held it.

Vandy's body layed there on the ground no one had ever put him in his place he had always thought of himself as the pack leader making him invincible. I taught a lesson he would never forget.

"Look child you should never insult anyone your fighting especially when that person can kill you in a matter of seconds. If you're ever going to defeat me the first thing you're going to have to do is close that loud mouth of yours" I said looking down at him staring him down before walking back to the village.

I started looking for rex as we needed to talk about what we were going to do after staying here for a while.

Seeing him i smiled he was playing with the children and was especially fond of this little girl which always kept quite. He wanted to help her to open up to him as well as the other kids he had felt that she would distance herself from the others and village.

"Oh so brother it seems you are back from your training with Vandy huh it seems you taught him a lesson I see" He smiled to me

Looking at the back of me i saw him looking off into the distance.

"Yes, the kid was too fond of talking. something me and you know is only useful if the enemy is stupid. Unfortunately for him he met me and decided to ramble a little too much today" I smirked before walking past him and entering our hut which was the biggest.

Laying down i looked at the ceiling of the hut. I thought over my life. Just where am i? Am i in the dc universe? Or could this be a coincidence? The dots were just matching a bit too much. A killer robot and a kid named Vandel savage. It seems further observations are needed.

That's, when vandel entered my hut

"I am sorry for my actions before" He bowed slightly "I know i may have gotten too used to taunting you over the years and i am truly sorry for that please forgive me"

Over the many years, he would often come to me for advice about life i decided to ask him a question which may have changed his goals slightly.

"What do you want to achieve in this lifetime Vandel Savage what goals do seek to achieve? What is the legend of Vandel Savage intail? Will it be that of chaos or that of peace choose your side wisely kid or it might come back to stab you in the back," I questioned tilting my head and crossing my arms.

"I seek to defeat you in combat and rule the world" He smiled brilliantly

"Oh, And how are you supposed to defeat me when you can't even touch me ruling the world is plausible only for you while defeating me you could only hope to dream" I smiled tilting my head to the side before fl.i.c.k.i.n.g his head.

"Just how strong are you, you monster. Just how do you view us why come to us when there is other stronger tribe than us?" He questions awaiting my answers.

"I view you like children running around," I said before rolling over and closing my eyes "If i said to why i chose you i guess it was fate," I Said before sleeping.

Forgetting that i needed to talk to rex before sleeping.
