TWO MONTHS LATER

Ray had gained knowledge on many things here in the dwarven home of Kagrenac and had also bonded a bit with Kagrenac, they became friends you could say and that let Ray gain knowledge on how to actually make the automatons courtesy of Kagrenac himself, learning how to make these things was what made many people maddened in the future as the dwarves went missing and not many things were left of their plans or works and therefore much of their knowledge was missing but Ray was learning what many couldn't and would kill for.

He also learned that Kagrenac had made the three artefacts, 'Keening', 'Sunder' and 'Wraithguard', and Kagrenac wanted to know what Ray thought from the standing of a higher being, "Now you say that many if not all would die from wielding 'Keening' and 'sunder' without 'Wraithguard'?", "Yes, the three tools are that maddening, honestly they are my treasures! But I doubt you would die from wielding either of them.", "Maybe...let's find out!", "W-wait!", but Ray didn't listen to Kagrenac and picked up the dagger 'Keening' and swung it, a thick wave of energy went by through the blad and he felt the energy trying to rebound through his body into his mana pool but it did nothing to him, it could barely penetrate through he skin let alone try and travel through his ancient blood.

Kagrenac was at loss for words, "U-unbelievable mt friend! You never cease to amaze me! Hahaha! This something I wish to doc.u.ment further! Did you feel any backlash from this? Any effects?", Kagrenac was throwing questions at Ray left, right and centre, "Calm down! First off, I felt backlash energy try to gain entryway to my body via, my skin but it could barely get through and the energy that did couldn't withstand my blood as it is the blood of a higher being.", "Interesting, interesting, as someone who made them myself it doesn't do much to me but it's exhausting to use them and you say it does nothing to you, well, my friend, we may just be the only ones who can wield these tools of mine, well if you don't count any other higher beings but I consider you an exception.", they kept going over the tools on many metals and the effects on many things.

THREE MONTHS LATER

Ray had gotten all the knowledge he could've possibly needed and helped Kagrenac with his research who had been deeply affected by the genius that is Ray, so much so at one point he decided to say, "Hey Ray, what is it the Atmorians call it, 'Brothers in arms'?", "Hm? Yeah, something like that, why do you ask?", "Well...in my race of the dwemer race we have something similar called a fellowship which is between the dwemer for someone you hold equal respect for and in a sense become almost like brothers.", "Interesting but why are you telling me this?", "Well, Ray we have known each other for a while now and I have got to say, I have never in my life seen someone so talented in magic before, so I gotta ask are you willing to become my fellow-brother?", "Well, I wasn't expecting this, but I'm not saying this is unwelcome, you know what I'll take you up on your offer!", "R-really?! Then I will have to get an elder from one of the other bases to come here and give us the dwemer fellowship ceremony!", "Ceremony?", "Yes, really though it's just a tattoo of sorts on your arm.", Ray nodded his head, "What does the tattoo look like?", "That's the fun part, we get to choose but it has to be unique and something we'll both remember.", "Hmm...how about a tattoo of 'Wraithguard' holding 'Sunder'?", "Ooh! I like it!", they kept talking about what else but in the end decided on the idea Ray suggested and later that day an elder came and did the ritual, "Kagrenac, high priest! You know you could've done this yourself? Why make me come all the way here, sigh...no matter let's get on with this! Where is the honoured one that you wish to have a fellowship ceremony with as your brother?", "Oh, haha, he's inside, elder this way! We only needed an elder to put it in the records for us that's all.", "Oh, I see!", the elder walked into the room where Ray was waiting and gave a questioning look, "This is the man you wish dor to become your brother?", "Yes, believe it or not, but he's a Magne'Ge!", "M-Magen'Ge?! Proportourous, all the star children are above in the higher plane, how could one be here and if true why didn't you let all the other elders know?!", "Hmph! What I do is my business and I didn't want to bring anyone any trouble until I knew it was true and let me tell you it is! The man is a genius!", 'Goodness! If the high priest himself calls someone a genius you know it's something unbelievable, but I want to see this for myself!'

Ray was sitting down with his eyes closed by an altar for a 'Numidium' which is something Kagrenac made as a god of sorts for the dwemer people, he felt people behind the door and opened his eyes to see Kagrenac and an elderly man walk-in, 'Hmm...the old dwemer doesn't look like he has much mana, over 1000 but that's not much when you see my total...', they all sat down and the elder kept looking at Ray with curiosity but then began the ceremony by showing him the design for the tattoo which he nodded to, Kagrenac was first and he was done with it an hour later, he kept the tattoo on his right wrist and the detail made it look as if it made an ever so subtle movement, soon it as Ray's turn and then he decided to put it nearer to his left shoulder and soon enough it was also done covering the chunk of his arm it was put on, the elder soon left afterwards.

They went back to Kagrenac's library and looked in awe at the awesomeness of the tattoo that they got, it was a dark blue and black 'Wraithguard' and 'Sunder' tattoo, Ray sighed and Kagrenac said, "What is it?", "Well, the idea is to tap into the power of Lorkhan while every dwarf goes with you when you tap into the power and give you divinity allowing you to reach the higher plane but what if it doesn't work and we disappear into wherever we land in oblivion, I feel like we shouldn't mess we his heart just yet, the mountain has those red fragments of heart stones left over right, they contain the same type of energy, we should try those things first?", "Yeah, your right, those little heart stones do contain fragments of Lorkahns power and who knows what would happen if we didn't at least try on a smaller scale, we do have a few of those stones and we did try 'Keening' against then but didn't that lead to an explosion?", "Yeah, but that's because we only tried 'Keening' against it you didn't think of it like a metal that we could smelt, you should try to use 'Sunder' against it and try to shape it into something of a prototype.", "Yup, I'll get someone to bring in some! YAGRUM!!!", they both heard running and then saw a young dwarf run in, "Yes, chief?", "Yagrum, could you get us those stones that are on the red mountain.", "Uh, yes, but how much of them do we need?", "Hey, Ray how many do you think we will need?", "Hmm...get like 24, that might be more than enough.", "Okay, get 24 of them.", "Yes, Chief!", and then the young dwarf ran out of the room to go and get the stones.

ONE MONTH LATER

The sound of explosions was going off in Kagrenac's study, it was the sound of shards exploding, "How many successes do we have now?", "About 10 out of the original 24 that we got.", "Damn, at least we got something to put together.", "Yup, I'll start the compression!", they began compressing the stones and an hour later a red ball of deep uncontrolled energy was laying in front of them, "Yo, we did it!", "I know right!", they had compressed 10 heart stones together to make a bigger shard of Lorkhan energy, "I can feel it resonate with the mountain!", "This is so exciting, we need to do further testing!"

A FEW DAYS LATER

Ray was thinking about all the things he has done so far in this world and mainly with what he's learned in this world, 'Hey Rid, how much time has gone by in the 6 months I've been in this world?', 'In the Douluo world it has been a year, so the time goes by quicker there.', 'I see...well then I'll stay in this world for another 6 months and learn some more magical arts; Kagrenac needed that boost, hopefully, he doesn't disappear with all his race this time, but first I need to write a note.'

Kagrenac was in a good mood and went into his study, "Hey Ray you in here?", but he heard nothing and saw no sign of Ray when he went to go look for him, "Where is he?", he kept looking and looking but couldn't find him until he went back into his study and found a note hanging outside of a book of Kagrenac's, 'What's this?', he picked up the note and began to read it-

'Yo, bro Kagrenac, as it turns out I was called back by some assholes, sigh...I wish I could've helped you finish your work with you, but I guess fate won't let me, I know you will be able to complete this, I mean you literally made a bunch of tools that can kill people with a swing, but anyway, I'm not good with goodbye's so all I can say is, I will see you soon when you become a higher being as well.

From your bro, Ray.'

Kagrenac froze and looked up and closed his eyes whilst saying, "T-this is not the last time I will see him, once I'm done with this, I'll become a god and see him up there, Ray if you're watching this, I'll come to see you soon, you bastard you can't just leave without your brother!"
