She feels like she is being followed so she made sure that she walks closely to Kay. " Don't you feel like someone is watching?" she whispered to Kay.

"Ms. Min, we will go great length to keep you safe. Don't worry." Kay assures her.

We? Who? Maybe Mario. "You are just paranoid Lexi! Stop it and register to a dance class now! This is the only time you have to do this!" With a determination, she marches inside a gym and registered to a modern hip hop dance class. "Never too old for these kind of shit" She smiled proudly.

"Hey! I will be back next month. Sorry I had to talk to some potential clients here." Lexi used her work as an excuse or else they will question her why she would stay for a month in the City. "I will transfer the whole month's allowance to Mom's account, alright?"

She can hear her older sister sighing. "You are working too hard. Find time to at least enjoy the city. Find time for yourself." Lexi feels a fang of guilt. If she only knew what she is up to in this city.

She already sent a vacation request for the whole month and since she finishes all her project before she went here, it was approved instantly. She has advance payments from all her projects to cover for the whole month's expenses. After this month, back to her bedroom where she works and rarely goes out. I mean rarely for anything. She accepts a lot of projects that sometimes she doesn't have time to eat or shower. Even during weekends unless it is time for her Mom's afternoon walks she is in her bedroom.

This month is her month. This month is the month that she will remember for the rest of her life. Just in case her nephews and nieces will ask her if she lived her life to the fullest, she will proudly say "Yes!" Because of this month, she will feel how to be carefree and treasured and cared for... even just for a month.

She remembered the reason she is here and texted him. "Have you eaten your lunch?"

Lexi is now strapping the opened sandals maybe 3 inches high. It is not too high but she is not used to wearing heels. Then Kay opens the dress bag and she saw a long sleeve body-hugging long gown in royal blue. A good way to hide the marks on her c.h.e.s.t since it doesn't have a plunging neckline but when Kay turns it around, backless!
