A Month Of Dreams: Loving A Secret CEO

Supposedly this is the last day of their agreement. Lexi smiled while packing her fiancee's lunch. She made it extra special. Instead of ending their agreement now they have continued it with another agreement. She looks at the stone shining shameless on her finger. She only dreamt of having such a precious ring on her. Her mother will be hysterical and will have the endless litany about how love ruined her, just like what she did when Kari got married.

She wears the Chanel dress she bought the day she run off. It is off shoulder teal with laces on hem. It is a body con dress that accentuates her figure. She like it. She partnered it with her Loubutin heels. Kay helped her again with her make up.

She is turning heads when she entered the grand lobby of the Lu Group of Companies. She literally looks like a movie star.

The receptionist runs and blocks them. "I am so sorry Ms.Min but there is a VIP visitor at the President's office. Apologies but you can't go there yet." She is nervous and beads of sweat can be seen on her forehead.

"Don't worry, I can wait outside his office" She pushes the elevator door and it immediately pings and opens. Kay's phone keeps on vibrating. She usually ignores it since she might be seeing some gossips from the office and hundreds of questions of the employees. She glanced at it and saw the receptionist message. "Ms. Min, I think it is better for us to go back. We can just leave the lunch at the secretaries and we can go back later after the meeting is done?" Kay is stuttering.

Lexi senses that something bad is happening. She is worried. Is the visitor President Lu? Is he giving his fiancee a difficult time? Is it because of her? Is she eating up his time?

When the elevator pings again. The two secretaries are blocking there way. Lexi is increasingly panicking. This is not normal. "Hi Ms.Min." bows and greets the two secretaries. "Please let us get your prepared lunch. We are sorry but you can't go inside the President's office today."

"Step aside girls." Lexi warned the secretaries. She is not dress up for nothing. That President Lu will hear a piece of her mind. Making her fiancee work early in the morning and late at night. What kind of human is that.

She successfully opens the door. After struggling into the grip and hold of Kay and the secretaries. She shoots a warning look at Kay. She knows Kay can take her down but she will not go down fighting. When Kay was distracted by her phone vibrating, she takes the opportunity and opens the door. She gently close it and tiptoed. She peeks and sees a model goodess with a long shiny blonde hair. She speaks English and obviously she is an American. "I miss you. Can I say hi to my fiancee?" She kisses Alexander.

She momentarily leans against the wall. She will not cry. She will walk out of this office head held high.

Then she hears him. "I know you are my fiancee..." Then everything is just a blur.

She steps out of the office. "Are you alright Ms. Min?"

"Stay here and don't you dare follow me." Lexi points at Kay and looks at her with hate. "You are indeed an employee of your boss."

She punches the button of the elevator. "Oh! Enjoy your lunches. No poison there. Now, I am regretting it."

She looks at her reflection on the mirror. She looks stunning but the girl who kisses her supposedly fiancee is taller, leaner, curvier and way more beautiful that her.

She is just the second fiancee. Most likely the fake it one. That's the reason he said that he will go back to the US next week. She is the reason.

Lexi walks across the lobby with her head held high. Her eyes are becoming blurry because of the unshed tears. She takes a deep breath and pushes the door open.

"I will never set foot to this God forsaken place ever again."
