Just as expected, Ken and Mikoto reach the Academy the next day. After some counseling, they were let go.

Ken was also not deemed at fault and Ginzo, Mitsu, and Leo were actually expelled. Originally, it was only supposed to be only Ginzo who was going to be expelled. But not wanting to be humiliated alone, he sold out his friends.

They were already warned from the attempted robbery of forbidden techniques that they caused some time ago. Thanks to the long-haired kid, they failed. That led to the scene in the forest.

The long-haired kid was also a student of the Academy, but after the incident inside the forest, the long-haired kid never went to school again.

Ken later learned that the long-haired kid was called Han Dachi. According to the teachers, Dachi and his grandfather were the only ones left in that clan after his parents died in the Third Great Ninja War that occurred several years ago.

A teacher went to visit Dachi and his grandfather's residence, but the teacher could not find them. Turns out that the kid's grandpa passed away for some time now.

And now, Han Dachi is missing. An investigation was conducted, but there were no results.

This case interested Ken. How can a kid just vanish just like that?!

Chances are, Dachi was kidnapped, killed, or left the village. That's that. In the end, Ken put it in the back of his head.

...

Back to the present.

The sound of paper being browsed was the only thing that could be heard from the quiet library.

As Ken browsed through a thin book. It was information regarding the Tailed Beasts. The history of the Tailed Beasts and the power they possessed. That they have Jinchuuriki's etc.

However, these were just common knowledge. It just depicted how evil and dangerous these Tailed Beasts are.

'Looks like you won't be using your devour ability soon, Glutton.' Ken sighed and put the book back on the shelf. Unfortunately, the book did not have what he was looking for. Such as the locations and who are currently their Jinchuuriki. Well, except for the Nine-Tails which is sealed inside Naruto.

In order for Glutton to grow, it needed to devour a large amount of Negative Energy. And the Tailed Beasts are the only creatures that have that much Negative Energy.

Unfortunately, Glutton's Passive Suction Force can not forcefully extract Negative Energy from the living, otherwise, Ken would go around s.u.c.k.i.n.g. This was due to the fact that it was extremely weak and could only suck in wandering Negative Energy from the dead.

But with its innate ability, Devour, Glutton could devour large and concentrated Negative Energy, exactly like what happened during the Kyuubi attack.

However, it has a cooldown time. Three years and three months. That how long it was.

Certainly, they would not waste it to devour some measly amount of Negative Energy.

This convinced Ken that he needed to find other Tailed Beasts. To do that, he needed to become a Shinobi in order to be able to go out of the village with an excuse.

'If Naruto is treated like this just because he is a Jinchuuriki, then other villages should also be the same. The problem is the other Jinchuuriki's who are hard to find. There are still seven months left before I can try to become a Genin.'

Lost in thought, Ken walked home. However, he only reached halfway when rained poured out of the sky.

'Ichiraku Ramen is not far from here. Might as well go there and have a meal.'

Because of the downpour, the people on the streets were either in a rush or had their umbrella open. Ken was no exception.

His figure flickered and he was now leaping from roof to roof of buildings.

With his Natural Energy, he made a barrier of water around his body that looked like a thin veil of glass shielding him from the rain.

Techniques using Chakra might be hard to learn without the affinity of that Nature, but Natural Energy was different.

He did not need Hand Seal to employ Techniques, he just needed to drive Natural Energy through his Pressure Points and can freely manipulate the Five Elements. Be it Water, Earth, Wind, Fire, or Lightning, he can do it.

Although it was 40 percent less powerful than Chakra derived techniques, it is still useful and convenient as he would not be exhausted after emptying his Energy Pool.

Ken had an affinity to Fire, Lightning and Wind Elements. And as an Uchiha, his Fire Affinity was the strongest. It allowed him to easily learn Fire-based Techniques faster and easier than usual. His Lightning Affinity came second, followed by Wind.

His speed towards understanding Elements was even improved thanks to his Natural Energy. That made his Techniques more polished.

Using Natural Energy, Ken with Fire in one hand and Wind on the other, he could basically create an attack with similar power to that of Chakra derived Techniques. That is the power of Nature!

Fire plus Wind equals More Fire.

...

'Natural Energy?!' A man wearing a bamboo hat swung his head the moment he sensed the fluctuation of Natural Energy not far from him.

His figure flickered and he was now on the roof as his white hair danced behind him.

'I lost it. Or is it just my imagination?' Jumping down from the roof, the white-haired man lowered his bamboo hat hiding the retreating red pigment on his face.

However, he soon forgot the incident the moment he reached the bustling red lights and laughed pervertedly.

...

Ken had a lovely meal, slurping the noodles of the ramen. Sensing that the rain would stop shortly after, Ken decided to eat another bowl.

"Come again!"

"Of course!"

Leaving the small stall with a pleasant smile, Ken finally went home.

However, in the academy, things were not as pleasant. Clone Ken already felt incredibly bored he wanted to beat the shit out of the boring teacher that took too long explaining such a simple subject.

'Ha~ why is my life so miserable... Ha~'

...

Time did its thing and moved forward without haste.

Seven months later.

Inside the Hokage's office stood several teachers as well as the elders. An old man and a woman stood side by side. They were the elders of the Konoha Council. The old woman being Utatane Koharu and the old man was called Homura Mitokado. Just beside them was Danzo, still with his solemn and cold attitude.

As usual, Hiruzen sat behind his desk with his pipe in hand, occasionally puffing out smoke as they listened to what the teachers were saying.

"I recommend Uchiha Ken to graduate from the Academy and become a Genin!" Declared Miyagi-sensei with all seriousness.

"I agree with him. His skills are already on par with, no, above that of the Genin Level!" All of the teachers agreed.

"As I recall, this Uchiha Ken should be the second son of Fugaku, yes?" Inquired the lady elder.

"Right!" Miyagi-sensei replied tactfully.

"Then it is decided, Uchiha Ken shall become a Genin. Miyagi-sensei, please bring your student here." Puffing another mouthful of smoke, Hiruzen ordered.

"Alright. Please excuse me." After Miyagi-sensei went out, the room went silent that a pin drop would be heard.

And although Danzo kept quiet, everyone who knew him well would be able to tell that he was planning something.

It did not take long before a knock echoed and Miyagi-sensei came back with Ken.

Unlike 7 months ago, Ken grew taller again. He was now 6 Years old and his height could rival that of an 8 years old boy.

Eyebrows were raised the moment the people looked at Ken.

'Did he really just turn 6 years old?!' The two elders thought furiously, shocked at the cute and sure to be a handsome kid who stood before them with great composure.

Although Ken's physique did indeed surprise them, it was instead Ken's disposition that shook them.

Even Danzo who had let his people watch the kid was shocked. He had gotten his subordinate's report but from the looks of it, those reports were actually not exaggerated at all.

'Those eyes is he really just a kid?! Or is he just does not feel it?' They all thought, well, except Hiruzen. Even in their era that gave birth to many child warriors, it was extremely rare to find someone like Ken.

After all, there was no kid who would just brush off all their "pressures" like it was nothing.

While everyone was watching him, Ken was also observing them.

Especially the Danzo. He could clearly see the dense amount of Negative Energy around the old man. Especially that cloth-covered arm and eyes, the Negative Energy around them were denser than the other part of Danzo's body.

Ken could also feel the faint killing intent from the old man. Although it was well hidden, Danzo was still nothing compared to the old men from the Itoi Clan in that aspect.

'So he's Danzo, he is indeed a man of darkness and secrets. His reputation is well deserved. Those two are weak, but they shouldn't be too bad considering their reputation.'

Although it took many words to describe, this staredown actually occurred in the span of only 5 seconds.

The teachers wiped their sweat after they felt that the "pressure" was gone.

"Hokage-sama, Elders, this is Uchiha Ken!" Miyagi introduced.

"Hello. Good day, everyone." Ken smiled and calmly introduced himself with a slight bow.

"Hehe, good day to you too. Not bad, you are indeed qualified to become a Genin, no, maybe even Chuunin. However, experience is still needed before you are qualified to become a Chuunin." The Hokage chuckled when he heard how Ken introduced himself.

"For now, you are qualified to become a Genin. But, it is also important to get the consent of your parents before you are accepted to become a Genin. Come back here tomorrow once you talk with your parents." Hiruzen added.

"I understand. Then, if you'll excuse me." Bowing once more, Ken left the room.

"Fugaku has fine sons." Elder Koharu expressed.

"Indeed! Another monstrous genius from the Uchiha, I wonder how Fugaku raises his children." Elder Mitokado also agreed.

"Prodigy they maybe, but they are still nothing if they happen to die early!" Danzo clicked his tongue and also headed outside while the sound of his cane tapping the floor echoed.
