A New Life: Unwanted Marriage

She woke up in a plain white room not understanding where she was and what she was doing there she closed her eyes and suddenly remembered everything ,she knew Yin Shijun and he was her first love . She wondered if it was too late to tell her father that Ning was lieing or that she didn't want to marry Shijun , she slowly began to remember what happened when they were studying abroad .

Her mother had sent her to her maternal family in United kingdom she had moved there after her primary education but she usually went back home for holidays and kept in touch with her father , her elder sister had refused to move with her and stubbornly stayed back in China she met shijun who she knew as Jason Chen back in the UK they went to high school together and they dated because she didn't want to be trailed by reporters as she was back in China she changed her name and begged her mother to allow her live in a middle class neighborhood and she got a job just for fun to experience what it was like to work .

she fell for Jason in the 10th grade when she was just sixteen and they stayed together for two years until the day they broke up she remembered how she cried and begged him to at least give her a reason for breaking up with her but he acted like she was nothing to him .For two weeks she had followed him around but he acted like she didn't exist which was ironic because when they had first met it was him who followed her around , he was seen with different girls everyday and no matter what she did or said nothing changed , she had planned to go to college there and return to China after her school but the sudden death of her mother and the fact that she and Jason were supposed to be in the same school made her change her mind but the final turning point was the day she finally confronted him and asked him what she did wrong and he laughed and replied

" Did you really think I like you it was just a game " he took some more time to laugh at her before he continued " I will never like some one like you " was the last thing he said to her before he walked away and left her standing there feeling all alone in the world as she lost two of the people she loved that day her boyfriend and her mother . A week later she had bought a ticket and returned to China to grieve with her father and her sister and that was the day she also found out that Ning wasn't her real sister and that she was a cousin who's parents had died before she was even born , she quickly realized that her cousin she took as a sister hated her but she was determined to be happy and forget about Jason Chen but it seemed like fate had other plans for them because now they were engaged and about to be married , although it was a marriage of convenience she knew that she might never escape with her heart intact but that didn't mean that she would give up without a fight and if she couldn't stop herself from loving him then she would make him love her and this time she wouldn't fail .

she got up from the bed and began to explore her surroundings , she walked through the halls looking around the house trying to memorize every turn , every door , every room , every painting , every form of decoration , everything as she tried to assure herself that she wasn't dreaming and it was really Jason Chen that she had met but that notion was blown to the wind the moment she heard her name from the mouth of a man she had once loved

" Qaio Anhao , the doctor said you are to rest for a couple of days so return to our bedroom and I'll have the maids bring your breakfast up for you ".

he had said all these like he was relating his favorite phrase from a novel to her , so cold and unfeeling , he made talking to her sound like it was a procedure and that annoyed her so she decided to keep walking and ignore the arrogant brute behind her .

The servants along the hall all stopped for a moment wondering if they were dreaming or this was real , had someone just ignored young master Yin . They could not believe their eyes it was only when Shijun spoke again that they all came out of the trance and quickly resumed work after all they all valued their jobs

" Qaio Anhao!, do not provoke me this early in our relationship " she kept walking like she had not heard him

" Anhao ! " he sounded very angry , she was slightly shocked but she wasn't intimidated and she didn't care if he was angry with her because she had been angry with him for the past three years and he didn't care so why should she .

she opened the door to a room and was about to enter when a hand sn.a.k.e.d around her small waist and hoisted her up on his shoulders , she kicked and screamed for him to put her down but he ignored her even the servants looked away it was like she wasn't talking at all , he took her into the room she had woken up in and as she looked around the room she realized that the room was decorated like him ' cold , plain and reserved '.

He put her down on the bed and looked at her face , she could see the anger he was barely holding back in his eyes , if it was any other person they would have been scared by now but Anhao didn't care she decided to continue to provoke him for as long as it took to break that shell of indifference and bring down his defenses , as she was thinking about all these she didn't notice that he was now sitting on the bed with her and moving closer until his big strong hand held her chin and the second hand went to the back of her neck and he pulled her towards him , she was about to ask what he was doing before his mouth covered hers in a demanding kiss , she was shocked at first then she tried to resist until she gave up and kissed him back , his hot tongue entered her mouth as he kissed her . They had kissed before but that was just child's play compared to this , this felt like heaven she could feel her body react to his touch and then he suddenly pulled away and left the room leaving her dazed and confused , it was like he was trying to prove his dominance but she'd be damned if she'll just sit back and watch since he wanted to play they would play and they would see who would crack first after all she had three years to strengthen her heart .
