A New Life: Unwanted Marriage

Qaio Anhao sat on a chair that she had a maid bring to the front of the house for her , she been planning to beat those four idiots in front of the gate till she saw about ten more men running towards the gate , even though they would not hit her back they would probably sue her and even if they didn't sue her what if she was in trouble one day who would want to save the mistress who hit them as a first impression so she decided to sit there and wait for the one person she could hit without a care in the world

Fortunately she didn't have to wait for too long as Yin Shijun left the office the moment he hung up on her .

Yin Shijun wondered why he was still so eager to see her even after the three years they had been apart in all his life they had only been one woman who could make his heart beat faster and that was Kyra or Anhao as she was known in china , even as a child it was hard for his parents to get more than two words out of him in a day but Kyra had made him talk , she made him smile , she made him happy whenever he was with her he could forget about his family , his problems , being the heir to a company infact he could forget everything and be happy .

The voice of his driver brought him out of his daze

" sir , we've arrived " .

He got out of the car and walked towards the front door only to see Anhao sitting on a chair placed directly in front of the door

' I guess china didn't change her impossible flair for the dramatic way of handling problems ' he laughed internally as he kept a blank expression on his face as he walked towards her .

Anhao was already fuming by the time Shijun got to her and as soon as he got to her she got up and slapped his face .

The entire estate went silent in that critical moment , it was like the world had stopped as everyone of the servants and guards stopped to look at her , Anhao wondered if she had done something wrong

' why is everywhere suddenly so silent ' she scoffed in her head .

Then the silence was broken by Shijun angry voice

" Anhao what's the meaning of this "

" That's for leaving me here all day and asking your band of goons to come here and watch me ! , am I your pet ?! , why do I have to sit down here while you go out and have fun " Anhao was so angry that she didn't care if the entire city came to watch because after all she had promised him commotion and that's what she was gonna give him.

" Qaio Anhao ! , you are causing a scene" Shijun said with annoyance .

" Don't tell me that nonsense , I warned you , I told you that you'd come home to meet a scene or did you think I was joking well if you thought it was a joke then you don't know me at all " and with that said she turned her back and walked into the house angrily murmuring about how annoying and controlling Shijun was , she didn't even notice that he had followed her until he grabbed her hand and pulled her with him towards the door .

" where are you pulling me to " she asked and when he didn't answer " or are you tired of me already , your ready to return me and cancel the engagement right? " even as she asked her throat tightened as she waited for his reply and then she realized that she was actually scared that he'll say yes.

He ignored her questions and dragged her to his car took the keys from the driver and turned to her and said

" Get in , since you want to go about 'gallavanting ' as you put it then let's go but you won't leave this house without me or at least 3 cars and ten guards " he pulled her towards the passenger seat forced her in then got into the car and drove off . He didn't really know where he was going to so he asked her

" where do you want to go?"

she looked at him like she couldn't believe he asked her that then she finally answered

" I would like to watch a movie but since you are in a suit that would just be inappropriate and I checked your wardrobe you don't have any casual clothes so let's go shopping " .

He stared at her like she was mad before he realized that he was supposed to be driving and turned to face the road , all his clothes were from Italian brands or American brands and she said they wern't suitable , he suddenly felt like he was indirectly insulted .

They got to the mall and she dragged him directly to a shop for men's clothing

" Your clothes will draw unnecessary attention to us , I'll pick some clothes then you'll go and change into them so we can explore without drawing too much attention ".

The store was a normal store but they had some nice clothes that she had him wear and she bought a few others , she was about to carry them before one of the guards rushed forward and took the bags from her .

They walked around the store a bit till she saw a store that she liked so she pulled him in and started picking clothes for him to try on till she heard someone talking to him she turned around to see him with a woman around their age smiling at him seductively then he suddenly pointed in her direction , she looked away and continued shopping when she was tired of shopping for him and went to pay she was told that he gave them his card and asked them to bill what ever she bought to his card .

she walked to him calmly not wanting to cause a scene in the mall , she handed him his card and the bags and told him

" Go and get us food and buy some food for your guards too , they have been working since morning "

" That's what they are paid to do " was his nonchalant reply

" yes , but hungry guards aren't very useful under an attack , so do as I say " .

Then she went back into the store to shop for her clothes but that was what she wanted him to think , her main aim was that woman he was talking to earlier but she didn't approach the woman because she knew the woman would approach her.
