The following day, when it was time to officially announce the name of the Guilds of those who chose to participate, Atlas and the rest of the crew all came running down hallways of teacher offices until they finally found the one they were looking for.

"Professor Pride!"

Atlas yelled trying to catch his breath along with everyone. Cartuja looked like he wasn't even fazed while Leo was practically lying dead on the ground. There always had to be a couple of oddballs in each group.

Calvin looked up from his paperwork to be greeted with 6 joyful faces and a 7th trying to crawl into the room.

"I am almost certain I already know what you will ask me, Unfortunately another group of students already asked me to be their guild faculty advisor," Calvin said with a clandestine tone. The faces of the students quickly changed to disappointment, only to be bartered again when Calvin laughed, "Just kidding! Not a single student came up to me, and the ceremony is in a couple hours. I was starting to get worried I would have no fun this year. I gladly accept to be your faculty advisor for your Guild. What is the name you all came up with?"

Atlas, quickly regained his excitement and shouted, "Laena here actually gave us the name!" Looking towards her as she gave a quick wave with no verbal reply.

"Endless Sun! It's a song Laena introduced us too that was awesome! Laena, you should sing it to Professor Pride," Atlas stated with joy in his answer.

Laena blushed, "Uhm.. Maybe some other time." Too nervous to sing in front of a professor, barely managing to sing it before.

Paris spoke up, "It's a name that fits perfectly for our group. All of us are different, and yet the same. We all have struggles and all have reasons to do what we must. I am certain we will have our own guild in the future, we will not disappoint you professor." She described with a direct correlation of her thought pinned into everyone's expression. No one expected for Paris to have such encouraging emotions.

They all shared a cheerful gland and Calvin proceeded to explain that they will need to be at the Lore at 4pm to officially create the Guild with the Grandmasters approval, along with a few other required conditions which have already been met due to their numbers.

As the time came, the group, along with Calvin, gathered in the Lore at the designated time. The large, open stadium, showed numerous students huddled in small circles with teachers alongside them. Chatter and nervousness filled the air through the Lore. Not nearly as many students as Atlas first saw when he was rifted to the lore on the first day, but he was certain at least more than half were there to make their groups.

The Grandmaster appeared as he always did out of surprise. However, this time it was expected. Quickly grabbing the attention of the 1st year students, he started his introductory speech.

"Welcome! And thank you for deciding to be apart of this exceptional opportunity. As you all may know, you are here to be approved of your guilds and future accomplishments to Princewood Academy. With the approval of your guild, you will be able to acquire missions and jobs which are posted on friday every week at the Princewood Guild Headquarters. By completing these tasks your guild will earn points, the amount is dependant on how difficult a task you complete. When your guild reaches a certain amount of points, a construction for your guild hall can be arranged to be placed for your team in the headquarters. Down the road, if your Guild becomes noticeable to the public eye, and your expertees are needed in towns and cities, than a full on architectural building will be placed in your place of choosing outside of school grounds. However, do not think it will be that easy. To get the first construction into the headquarters will require 1,000,000 points, there are currently 26 guilds in the headquarters and hundreds in neighboring towns across the world. I wish you all the best of luck, and for you all to succeed in achieving your goals. I will call your groups up by name of your chosen faculty advisor."

As the grandmaster proceeded to call each group by names and names of countless teachers and school staff. He eventually arrived at professor Pride's name, catching the attention of the rest of the students who were still waiting for their turn.

"Endless Sun," The Grandmaster said with a slight emphasis of interest, "I will keep an eye out on this group of young students for sure," as he looked at professor Pride directly.

The rest of the students on the sidelines were all staring at them, pure vengeance and thrill in their eye to crush Endless Sun to the ground. However, the complete opposite energy spiraled off the Endless Sun's group as they clenched with hunger and excitement in them, knowing things were going to get real competitive quite swiftly.

The group headed towards the dining plaza afterwards with professor Pride to discuss details on acquiring points and completing tasks. As they all sat down with different portions of food, Calvin spoke up, "Now that I am officially your Guild advisor, you are all welcome to refer to me as Calvin. But not around other teachers," he said, specifically looking at Cartuja.

"Sounds good my man," Cartuja replied carelessly.

Calvin sighed and continued on, "Anyway, like the Grandmaster was saying, if you want your own guild hall anytime in the near future, you will need to get points. In all honesty, it is not an easy task. Acquiring points is a test of your skills and abilities as well as a test of how much responsibility you can handle working together and for the ones around you."

Rina interrupted, "Apologies for interrupting professor! If I may ask, do all tasks require us to do them together? For example, can Leo and Atlas go on a mission and me and Paris 'Not that I would ever dream of it' go on a mission?"

Paris laughed, "Why? Afraid I'll take all the credit while you drag along?"

"No, I just wouldn't want to see you get hurt honey."

A few of the group members laughed as Paris and Rina shared murderous looks at each other.

Calvin spoke up again, "Actually, It's not as simple as you think. You are aloud to go on multiple missions and tasks, however, we have a lot of starter guilds this year, and there aren't a million different tasks posted. Consider yourselves lucky to even find one job that gives a numerous amount of points. The jobs are posted at 6am on-the-dot, friday morning at the headquarters, so if you want those ranks, you have to get them. Oh and one more thing, we will have a weekly Guild meeting in my office on Saturdays at noon. Therefor, you will all have been able to complete something on friday and report to me the following day to further discuss our plans, and I have something very important I want to show all of you next week. As of now, farewell, I have somewhere to be."

He instantly propelled both his hands from the sides to make a loud clap in the center of the table, and as always, vanished.

The group looked at each other and Atlas spoke up, "I think we should all try to pair up in two teams and try to get a job done on friday. There will have to be one team of three, I would suggest our strongest in that team."

Rina and Paris jolted up from their seats and both looked at each other in friendly anger. However, Cartuja was the first to speak up, "Well if there's two ladies already decided in the three man than I'm all in, see y'all on friday."

Cartuja casually walked off with the entire group in confusion. Nevertheless, this made the other group decided and they all agreed to meet at the headquarters on friday.

Monday came, with keen skies filling the last summer days of warmth and sunshine. Atlas woke up, greeted by the presence of the glistering summer sun, vocalized by a few chirps and tweets by a nearby pine tree filled with black and blue Grackles. A smile arose on his face, still unable to believe all this was happening, which was blatantly interrupted by his door slamming open and Cartuja barging in, "Yo sleeping beauty, we got class in 10 minutes with half-face, lets go!"

Atlas didn't realize it was already so late, thinking to himself to himself, I knew I shouldn't have stayed up so late last night, How can I be late already?

Cartuja started laughing, "Just kidding! Class doesn't start for another hour, let's go grab food, I'm starving."

Atlas was a little annoyed but realized this is a typical Cartuja move to pull. He agreed and they arrived at the plaza. They both grabbed some omelettes and met Rina and Laena in the line while awaiting their food.

After they deleted their morning fuel into their stomachs, they headed to professor Zelle's class. Laena said her farewell due to her not being in it with them and class began.

"Good morning students, today you will be able to learn about what your magic can do and how the world currently accepts alchemy students," Zelle stated without changing expression. Trey looked like he was already about to fall asleep. Before he drifted off, he scrambled a sheet of paper into a small ball, chucking it at Atlas,

"PSSSS, Shitpiss!" Trey started laughing with his buddies as the paper hit the back of his head. Cartuja was sitting next to Atlas and managed to crack a chuckle as well. Atlas ignored him until another piece of paper was thrown, this time he said something that caught Cartuja off guard,

"PSSSS, Shitpiss, nice guild name!"

Instantly, Cartuja rose up from his seat, looking like a towering mountain compared to Trey, a mere pebble in his way. Cartuja looked at trey like an insect on his food, "What did you just say little boy?"

Atlas was appalled that Cartuja would be so proud of not only the guild, but his reputation as well.

"Excuse me gentlemen!" Zelle spoke up in a louder voice, not changing his expression, "Is there something that is so important that forced you to interrupt the class?"

Cartuja spoke up, back to his normal act of not caring, "Oh, my bad professor, I thought I heard a child trying to interrupt the class so I was going to go over and tell him to be polite to the teacher."

Trey's face filled with anger, before he could say anything, Zelle replied, "Very well, thank you for your respectfulness, I will make sure to personally give my condolences on behalf of your guild."

"Thank you very much professor!" Replied Cartuja, fist bumping atlas in the process.

Trey was furious, he sprung from his chair like it was holding him back, screaming, "ARE YOU SERIOUS! You're giving him appraisal for absolutely nothing!"

"Please sit down Mr. Copperbute, or I will have to blatantly write you up as a class distraction to the Grandmaster."

The entire class almost burst out laughing. So the infamous Trey, strongest one in the school, had a last name of Copperbute. What a shame. Atlas was nearly crying with laughter, but realized Trey wasn't going to stop today, the look in his eyes filled with hatred couldn't be masked.

"Now then," Zelle started, "Back to the topic of today's lecture, at one point, your comprehension of today's world will come to play. You will find out many things that seem unclear and confusing. Once you learn what those are, and come in acceptance with them, your mentality and physical performance will be changed. Interlocked together to surpass human capabilities and make the world a better place."

Rina had a slight idea of the meaning behind his words. She knew that each of them will become more powerful as time passes. The real challenge will come on who will surpass each other, and unlock what is hidden within.

Tuesday came, a cloudy, yet forgiving day. Dark grey skies, immense humidity, and a slight, but astonishingly warm breeze. Students were covered in sweat and musk just from stepping outside. Not a soul was found in the courtyard, the gazebos between the dorms, or even the gardens of fresh vegetation towards the outer parts of Princewood. All students were either in their classes, or hurrying to get there by avoiding the outside heat.

Atlas, Paris, Laena, and Faibel were all in Calvin's class at the same period. They stayed close together, in a natural way. Today was the first day Calvin said they would be performing physical demands for combat. However, the weather didn't compensate for that factor.

"Alright class! I know how hot it is outside, believe me, i had a long trip to class myself. Therefore, we will be going to a place where you all might remember from not too long ago. Everyone please, one by one, grab this handle," Calvin said while pointing at an odd, metal looking door handle attached to the front of his desk, "And make sure to say 'Lore' very loudly."

Trey, eagerly rushing to the front, proceeding with Calvin's directions was immediately vanished into dust. The rest of the class followed suit. Once the entire class was gone, Calvin completed the task as well, greeting the students at the exact same location where they all performed the third trial of the entrance exam.

In reality, this was a gateway to the Lore, a gigantic stadium, clear of any debris, stands and other appliances. All that stood in the middle was Calvin, and the students horizontally aligned, perpendicular to him.

"As I mentioned last class, I hope you all brought any equipment that will help you perform your best today."

Some students reached into their bags, some didn't move, and some grabbed theirs out of their pockets. Atlas was most curious of what Trey had in stock. Trey contained his in his pocket, a small, oculus looking sphere. Looking into it made the world around Atlas seem tense, everything shifted in certain patterns, almost like a broken mirror.

Trey noticed Atlas staring, "Jealous!?" He said with a smirk facing Atlas.

Atlas had no reply, he knew that every student before him had something more unique in their hands, and there was the oddball Paris with a sealed sword at her waist.

Calvin waited patiently for everyone to show anything they might have, "Excellent! Today each of you will try to use your magic, with the assistance used if necessary. With... a few exceptions of course. I would like everyone to spread out and just simply practice hitting or presenting your talents against the walls of the stadium. I will come to each and everyone of you individually."

All the students spread out abroad. The stadium was bigger than Atlas initially saw it as. He could barely make out what was happening at the other end as he saw Paris being the first contender of Calvins expedition.

They seemed to be saying something involving the sword, their talk didn't last long and Paris was left waiting patiently as Calvin approached the next student in line. An average sized girl, curly, yet tender ginger hair that covered her back entirely. Katie was her name, or so Atlas thought. She looked as if she could bend air, producing large gusts of force from the gentle breeze hovering the stadium.

Atlas looked as if he was about three people away, so he decided to simply practice jumping into the air with all his concentration on the bottom of his feet. However, his heart started racing for no complete reason, and faint whispers shot through his head by an unknown voice, "Augment. Fracture. Break."

Not a single clue came to mind, Atlas was left puzzled, enough to speak the 1st word out loud after hearing them all to try and make sense of the situation.

As soon as the word 'Augment' left the tip of his lips, a drastic pulse of severe force was thrown into the stadium. The fresh dust off the ground was lifted in all directions, causing a few students close enough to him to nearly fall over. All the attention was now on Atlas, holding his head up high in pure confusion and shock.
