"There are many reasons, but you could say that the Saiyan race is a worrier race. We are always itching to fight very strong opponents, so much that we are even challenging everyone we sense it's stronger than us, even by hundreds of times. But there are very few individuals that can fill that criteria. On the other hand, in my timeline, 50 years before I was born, a Frost Demon defeated our king and made the entire race to work for him as mercenaries. That can be considered neutral, but here is the problem: the frost demon is working in real estate as they kill all the life forms on a planet then sell that planet at high prices. Well, the Saiyan race was ordered to do that little job of exterminating lives on planets so they can become rich selling them on the Black Market. Of course, we only sent the low-level individuals in society, like Goku was his name? Well, the Saiyan race being a warier race has a hierarchy based on who has the bigger fist since birth. If the aura of a newborn is weak, then he is a low class, so the lowest social level. At least he didn't actually fulfilled his job as there are creatures that at least look like saiyans, so he may be able to make healthy babies no problem and at least make sure our race is safe from complete extinction in this timeline's Universe 7." said Zeleric giving them enough info dump to make them shot up so he can try and feel his Ki better after sitting down with his legs crossed.

It must be mentioned that saiyans have a lot more meridian paths then a normal human's body, some of with are responsible for his SS transformation, others for will seal off the excess Ki to be released later during his Zenkais, some of them to even improve his senses and instincts.

What he didn't know is that Zeleric is a special Saiyan too. Like the original Broly he gets irritated easily, and once irritated he will erupt, but he will not lose himself to the rage, it will just make him destroy things in annoyance.

As such, he has even more meridians and potential then Broly, just that his initial battle power at birth has been considered high-end, not abnormal like Broly's.
