On the plane, Pei Siyan was gazing at the screensaver on his phone, on which there was the picture of him and Lan Yuan.

Lan Yuan was beaming, with his arms around Pei Siyan’s neck, and made a V-shape with his fingers while leaning over Pei Siyan.

Pei Siyan sighed in sorrow and then put his phone aside. He knew he would only be even sadder if he kept looking at that picture.

At this very moment, the angry face of Jiang Sheng came to his mind and covered the face of Lan Yuan. Their expressions were not the same yet their moves were similar; sometimes that puts him in a trance.

‘What am I thinking? That’s nonsense. He is not Lan Yuan!’

Pei Siyan sighed again, and his eyes filled with sadness were on the clouds outside the window.

Night fell, and more than ten hours had passed since Pei Siyan left the mansion. Jiang Sheng was going to apologize to Pei Siyan, but he had been holding his phone for a whole day but failed to make the call.

“Who is it?” Jiang Sheng walked to the bed for his phone. He stunned when he found it was “the Devil” on the phone.

‘Why is he calling me? Thought he should be busy on his business trip?’

“You should be grateful that I just picked up your phone! And why are you yelling at me? Are you having an endocrine dyscrasia?”
