[Different POV]

A unique man caught my eye as my group was walking towards the esteemed Salar's Ruin. This man was actually running at the same pace as my Phoenix Horse, which is known for its speed and endurance

Speed like that can only be achieved by those in the upper layer of Minor Earth, and those people need to be blessed with a great footwork legacy to reach such speeds. Even after reaching it, your stamina can't possibly hold out for so long. What kind of person is this?

These thoughts linger as I think about the task in front of me. My great-grandfather had mentioned to me numerous times of the grand adventures that the Undefeated Salar went on.

A being with such power like him actually failed to breakthrough to the Void Realm, resulting in his death. As his soul was slowly decaying, he arranged this ruin with all his treasures before using his last strands of energy to pass on his last will to his close friends

Anyone worthy enough to claim my treasures will learn the secret of my power!

These shocking words led many sects to send their people towards Salar's Ruin for his inheritance, but none have succeeded

Hmph, how can such a great being's inheritance be taken by lowly people? My grandfather, being a close friend of the Undefeated Salar, knew that this ruin was meant to test one's willpower

You had to go through the tremendous pain of being attacked by many different elements, each greater than the last, to be able to succeed Salar. As only people below Greater Heaven were teleported inside the ruin, my grandfather gave me his prized talisman that granted resistance towards fire and water for me to use

This grand talisman actually granted resistance towards two elements! If anyone knew I had it, they would spare no chance to rob me of it. Me being in the Minor Earth Realm, my grandfather put 3 guards at the Lesser Earth level to act as my protectors. Salar's treasure will surely be mine!

We reach the ruin quickly and make plans to go in before a burst of energy is felt nearby. This...a human is actually becoming a cultivator at this moment?! My shocked gaze lands on the same man who was moving at speeds comparable to a phoenix horse

W-what?! He wasn't even a cultivator to begin with? He's breaking through now while he was just moving? You need to be in the clearest of mind before attempting to break through and become a cultivator, but this man was just stopped moving and stood with his eyes closed!

Wait, he was moving with such great speeds as a human?! Could he be one of those legendary geniuses that have attained some mastery over a grand Dao already?!

After his breakthrough is over, he serenely glances at the shocked gazes around him before moving at speeds that match those in the Lesser Earth Realm towards the Transportation Formation

This...surely this isn't real…

The prompt told me that I had entered the dungeon [Salar's Ruin] which consisted of 3 floors.

The first floor, which was noticeable as soon as I entered, had chaotic fire energy that one needed to defend against. Many of the cultivators seemed to be stuck on this floor as they slowly moved towards a door of flames a few miles ahead, which probably led to the 2nd floor

I felt bad for the people struggling, as this felt extremely easy to me because of my [All Element Resistance(low)]

One good point though was that my experience in the Dao of the fire was now increasing at the same pace as The Way of Cooking, which I selected to be placed on the Dao Path slot

It seems like this place is beneficial to earn easy experience. I walk forward slowly, just to have more time gaining exp, but fast enough to reach the treasures before anyone else

I didn't get far before hearing a chirpy voice behind me

"How are you able to so easily handle an intermediate Region of Fire?" That good-looking woman who was staring at me before was asking a question in a disbelieving tone

Hmm how should I answer this, is there even a need to lie?

"I was blessed with resistance towards fire as soon as I was born you see" So I say, but that seemed to give her an even bigger shock

"A-Are, are you perhaps one of those legendary figures who possess the physique of the Lord of Fire?!"

She began saying some troublesome things after the misunderstanding is screamed out, causing the people around us to stare at me. Oy, lady, don't bring me any trouble

"Ah no such thing, I'm only slightly resistant towards fire, nothing to worry about" I give an excuse and quickly leave the troublesome woman behind as I make my way towards the flaming door

"He's moving towards the second level faster than anyone else!"

"Really...He must have some sort of heaven-defying physique to be able to ignore the chaotic fire energy around us"

"Ah, I have to hurry, he might grab all the treasure if he passes us like this!"

Annoying comments are heard as I pass by the people who are struggling to move even one step forward. Sigh, I guess I'll slow down so I don't look too crazy

I glance back to see that troublesome good looking woman further behind me making her way slowly. She seems to have an item releasing a transparent shield that letting her walk across without too much trouble. What's this, aren't you the one people should be questioning

As she passes the other cultivators, they lower their gaze and say nothing.

Hey, I know she's cute but you don't need to do that

From the whispers I'm picking up, she's the daughter of the master of one of the top sects in the region, The Flamador Sect. Thus, her easy passing of the first level is expected

But me, whose moving at speeds incomparable to her, looks like the odd one out. Well, it shouldn't be too much of a problem causing this little commotion. Lets go through all the floors and grab this Salar's treasure so I can enjoy some great food in this game like cultivation world. Besides, this cant all just be a dream right?
