"Why am I not sur…" Kardia began to say as she rolled into the infirmary, going silent and her eyes widening when she saw Arthur hushing her by putting his finger to his lips, on his l.a.p Blake sleeping peacefully, her ears being gently stroked by Arthur's right hand, a soft purr reverberating from her.

"Lucky…" Kardia murmured, but immediately went rosy and quickly shook her head to rid herself of the thought, and slapped her cheeks to wake her mind for its naughty thoughts. 'Bad Kardia…' she thought 'Student, he's a student' she chanted, shaking her head again and taking a deep breath to steady herself. Arthur tilted his head in confusion at Kardia but didn't say anything in an effort not to awaken Blake.

Once she had calmed herself enough Kardia rolled her wheel chair over to Arthur, her eyes widening even more once she realized "She's a faunus?" she whispered. "Yeah. You didn't know? I thought your semblance let you analyse someone's body?" he questioned in a hush tone.

"It does, but I only really use it on the injured or sick, no reason to use it on someone healthy, unless they want a check-up" she responded.

"Makes sense" he nodded, his head turning to Blake who began to wriggle and curl her body up into a more comfortable position her body tensing for a moment as her arms stretched out before returning to in front of her face, a small, amused smile on his face as he watched the cat like actions.

Kardia also watched the gentle scene with mixed emotions, one of jealousy at Arthur's gentleness and the other being her mind chanting 'Just a student, he's just a student'.

"So… why was I called here? You seem perfectly fine." Kardia whispered, breaking the silence between them.

"Oh, I had a duel…" he said but was interrupted as Kardia face palmed "Why am I not surprised" she muttered in exasperation. "And Blake here sort of spun my head around"

"Right, another seve- Wait what?" she responded as she took a double take at his words.

Arthur hesitated if he should show her what he meant but took another glance at Blake and opted for the less scream inducing method and just explained it to her. "Essentially I can now turn my head around like an owl."

"That, is, just, but your human? And I certainly didn't see any owl Faunus bits on you when I checked on you last time… and the time before." She said, not exactly believing Arthur, but also seeing no reason as he would lie, then there was the message from Glynda.

"Let me see" She said rolling closer to Arthur, placing her hands on his c.h.e.s.t above his heart as she began to let her semblance do it's magic as it covered Arthur's body for a few minutes before quickly retracting back into her body.

A sparkle appeared in her eyes, one that Arthur had come to fear, the eyes that preluded the near loss of his arm at one point, the eyes of Kardia on a research binge.

"Amazing! The connective tissue between each and every bone in your body has become more supple and flexible in the span of a week! How? Just how? The flexibility is at the point of rivalling those of professional huntsmen, no, even better than that, even huntsmen will have tears in the tissues after a decade of hunting, even with Aura" she began to speak, completely forgetting the sleeping cat just a few centimetres away from her who now had an annoyed expression on her face, yet still not waking up at the loud chattering.

"Just look at this!" she said grabbing Arthurs left hand and rotated his wrist a full 180, "This shouldn't even be possible! I haven't even seen a semblance that can do this to such an extent, and yet this is a natural phenomenon in your body, not even an ounce of Aura is going to your joints. Even people with passive Semblances have some Aura lost" her chattering kept going as she grab several parts of Arthurs body and began to twist and bend them to see just how far she could go. Arthur could only wryly smile at the excitable medic on another of her research binges.

"And none of this is uncomfortable? Not even a slight tinge of discomfort?" she questioned placing her hand on Arthur's free leg and pushed herself up to look into Arthur's eyes, with her sparkling ones, completely forgetting the fact that she was wheelchair bound, as her wheel chair rolled backwards causing her to fall forward at the sudden loss of grounding, bumping her head against Arthur's c.h.e.s.t but soon sliding off and falling to the ground with a loud clatter as she threw her hand out to grab the side table next to Arthur's bed but instead grabbing the drawer handle and pulling it out.

The loud clatter and surprised scream of Kardia being enough to awaken Blake with a startle as she bolted upright, the top of her head colliding with Arthur's chin in the process as he had leaned forward in an effort to stop Kardia's fall, but coming up to short, and late.

Arthur's head was thrown back at the force behind Blake's ascent causing his vision to go hazy for a moment as well as sending him onto his back on the bed. While Blake instead felt a her head light up with pain causing her to instinctively begin to rub it with her hand, flinching when she first tried to rub it.

"""Owww""" was the resounding word throughout the room as all three began to rub their sore parts, Kardia her hands, having used them to slow her fall, Blake, the top of her head and Arthur, his chin, because of Blake's head.

As Blake rubbed her head, she began to take account of her surroundings her eye's first locking with the figure of Kardia on the floor gently massaging her hands as her aura began to nullify the pain. Blake's eyes soon wandered to her left, where she saw Arthur had begun to push himself up with one hand still massaging his chin.

Blake's rubbing of her head soon came to her ears, causing her to freeze and her eyes to widen in sudden realization as she quickly brought her hands up to cover her two uncovered ears. Her eyes darting left and right searching for her bow in an effort to hide them once again. Her glance's eventually proved fruitfull as she found her bow… was now lying on the floor next to Kardia's legs.

Causing her to flinch once again as a nervous expression appeared on her face as she slowly began to lean down towards it, trying to avoid attracting either Kardia's or Arthur's attention. Yet, in her efforts to be… catlike, she forgot one important thing, to stabilize her self on the bed, as when she tried to lean down, her knees on the edge of the bed, she began to fall uncontrollably causing her to flail her arms and to yelp, attracting both Kardia's and Arthur's attention in the process.

Kardia look up to see Blake falling towards her, arms spinning in an effort to stop her fall, "Eh?" was all Kardia could get out before Blake ungraciously fell atop her, sending another crash throughout the infirmary.

'I really need to work on my reaction time…' Arthur thought, bringing his arm back to his side from reaching out to catch Blake, once again being just a second too late.

"You girls okay?" he questioned as he stood from the bed and kneeled next to the piled up Kardia and Blake, both with spinning eyes, Blake muttering "no more tuna, mama~" in her delirium.

Soon the hallucinatory stars around her head began to fade away as she pushed herself onto her knees and shook her head to wake her up, Kardia being not so fortunate as when she attempted to push herself up her body gave out causing her to fall right back onto the floor, or at least what was supposed to be the floor, but was instead Arthur's arm as his reaction time decided to help him for once.

"Eh?" Kardia muttered as she looked up to Arthur, seeing his concerned face as he held her body up for her, her eye's unable to look away from the gentle smile he was giving her, even after he had looked away to check on Blake she was unable to remove her eyes.

"You okay, Blake?" Arthur questioned turning to Blake, who was still slightly swaying from side to side, only breaking out of it once she heard Arthur's voice, causing one of her ears to flicker slightly as Blake's eyes locked with his, her face turning red as she remembered the pleasant feeling still reverberating through her cat ears.

"I'll take that as a yes" Arthur said before quickly asking "Could you grab her wheelchair please?", quickly getting a nod from her as she quickly stood up and began to walk to Kardia's wheel chair.

"You also okay?" he asked turning back to Kardia, his eyes locking with hers in worry.

"Hmm? Oh! Ah… yeah, I mean, ye-yes I'm okay" he said, blinking to escape her infatuation.

"That's good" Arthur replied, as he looked up, seeing Blake pushing Kardia's custom wheelchair to them, face only slightly lighter than moments ago. Arthur gave Blake a thankful nod, before hooking his arm under Karida's legs, his other arm already wrapped behind her back from holding her up.

Arthur took a deep breath and said "And, up we go" and stood up with Kardia in a princess carry.

"Wha!?" Kardia let out in surprise, her mind fizzling and her face steaming at the dreamli- 'Not dreamlike! Not dreamlike!' Kardia's mind screamed in hope of keeping her duties as a teacher pure, and without the complications.

Arthur walked up to Kardia's wheel chair, slowly leaning forward and going to one knee as he placed Kardia back into her wheelchair, unhooking his arms from her legs and back once she was seated, "There we go" he said, giving Kardia a wide grin. Not getting a response from her as her brain malfunctioned, causing anything she did attempt to say to come out as a stutter.

"Oooookay, I think I should go" he said, thinking it would be the best way to give her mind a rest from the excitement of the day. "Bla- where'd she…" he muttered as he looked up to where Blake was once standing, only finding empty air, and a quickly fading shadow where she once was.

"Huh" he muttered, as he stood up "I'll see you later then" he said to Kardia, only getting a short and unresponsive nod from her.

"Bye" he walked to the slowly door, which was slowly closing from Blake's sudden disappearance, freezing as he exited with a single thought 'I have to go shopping in my school clothing…'
