Am I Goddess Or What?

''She is mine!''said the voice and the had has being swept away from the girl as the boy slowly opened his angry eyes.

''You should not be so overbearing,girls don't like that.''said old man snickering and staring at the girl.''Nice sea of life it seems.With the knowledge I could give her she would grow fast and safe,are you sure you won't give her a chance?''

The boys eyes started flickering.He turned his head to her and remembered his fathers words.She must become strong to be with him.Only by growing stronger he can ask her to become his.

He slowly turned his eyes to the old man and scrutinized him.Even if his outer appearance seems to be young,he could feel the pressure of man that lived thousands of years.It seems this man is older than his father and his strength don't seems to be simple.Even if he swept his hands it meant only that this man let him do it.

He then looked at unusual black eyes of the man and turned to look at the girl.

''You seem to know more about her powers than our parents.I indeed have wish to become her Name Giver.But it is not important.I will on the end anyway become her husband and she will be my bride.'' he smiled while looking back at the old man that had changed his face.''I made eternal promise to become her pool of energy.I am destined to be hers.You can't change that.''

The man looked at him and saw that this young pup that just came out of egg has made in one night five compression.For child that is only possible after their Age Ceremony.Usually children just gather energy.Never compress it.But this boy is doing it without any problems.

''It is possible for you to become her energy pool.But to do that you need to pass Tribulations of Gods every 10000 compression's.If you don't pass you have to start all over from start.''he said while nodding his head and pouring cold water over this child.

''What is Tribulation ,father?''he looked at his father in question.

''It is strange power that will attack your body,mind and your energy pearl.If any of these three is weak,you will loose all the power you gathered and you will start from zero.''he said while looking at his sons body.He needs to become physically strong as well.

''It is long way to the Age Ceremony.I think I will be able to handle it.He said while hoping to become stronger faster.''that sentence earned him a hit over his head.He became bit dizzy.

''You think the Tribulation is this smack I gave you.You pup think more of yourself than you should.''said the old man while suppressing his anger.''Don't you dare to do the first Tribulation before your 100 years old.If you do it to early your energy pearl might break and you will die. Trust me that moment I will erase all the memories in this girls head and let her get married to someone else.''

His treat worked.The boy stared at the old man and taught about how he could beat him up.To give her to someone else.That is his thought,he didn't worry about him dying.He was more worried her being with someone else than him.

''No ,she is mine''he said while he slowly got up.''I will do what you say and learn.I want to be the only person in her life.She can have only me.''he said overbearingly.

''Then learn.Do you think we lived this long and never had to learn about our powers and world around us.Don't be fool.''he said with smile while gently stroking the boys head.''You need to become much stronger and powerful to be able to love her truly.The way you are now,you can become only burden and harm her.''

''I understood.I will do as elders say.I will learn.''he looked at his parents and then at the little girl.

The old dragon neared to the little girl and touched her forehead with his finger.

''It is enough for today.Your family is waiting for you.Its time for the Naming Ceremony''he said and released the hand.It lasted only few seconds but he could feel that the child s.u.c.k.e.d out part of his acc.u.mulated energy.She don't know it seems.

The girl heard him from pool of energy and slowly opened her big black eyes and then saw a man that seemed to be young,but his eyes seemed to be old.She then looked at him closely and saw his eyes had same color as she did ,but his hair was completely white.

She looked at the boy that stood closely to her and gave him shiny smile.Then she stood up and under everyone's eyes she gave him big hug.The old man got scared that she might unknowingly harm him but then he heard him saying the words that frustrated him for years.

''I told you she is mine and I am hers.She can't harm me.''he said all proudly while other two dragons didn't understand what is going on.

''I know now how to control the energy intake when I am outside sea of energy she said while looking at the man.''I am sorry about taking some of your energy.I still can't control intake when I am inside the sea.''

She turned around and run to hug Teatind. She buried her head onto her stomach and looked up.

''You see now I can control it.Sorry about last night.It is better when I gather, that no one touches me.Just to be sure.''she said looking at Alcazar and then the two sisters.They all nodded.

''You little girl I will become your Name Giver.What about me?''said the man while opening his arms wide.She looked at the boy questioningly.

''He is old, better said ancient dragon that could help you with your sea of life.He is indeed more qualified to become your Name Giver.And after all it doesn't matter.When we grow up and are strong and powerful we will on end marry and stay together till end of our days.So what if he is your Name Giver.On end you will be mine.''he said while giving the old man smile of century.

The dragon looked at him and started laughing and rest of the dragons as well,while the little girl looked at all of them then at Teatind asking what is going on.She just shook her head and stroked her black shiny hair.

''Don't worry.When you grow up I will explain it to you.''she said while looking at her son.

She loved this boy,but he is as overbearing as his father.There will be trouble as it seems.

It was almost the time.But from one moment to other its seemed that it became dark around them.Huge shadow of a dragon flew over the islands.His body was bigger than island itself.

''The ancient dragon king!''everyone whispered. They didn't see him for thousands of years.Some never saw him in their life.Only dragon with white hair was not impressed.

''Your old bones are finally awake.I taught you would miss this chance to get nice seedling.''he said while looking at the dragon.

''You pup.You need some beatings I guess.Who gave you permission to talk to me like that?''he thundered so hard that children almost fainted under his pressure.But the boy stood strong holding the little girl in his hands to protect her.''Hmmmm. It seems I really almost missed the seedling.Now move away from my boy.I will be his Name Giver.''

''Your royal highness,but if you do that...''said Alcazar.

''Do you want me to work myself to death.I want to find finally some peace.And he seems to be able to do that. Hmmm. That girl...It seems this time dragon race won big time.To win the Life Giver. Ahhh .Good ,good.''he changed in human form right in the air and slowly floated down.He was ancient dragon.He can fly in sky like if he had the wings.

When he flew down everyone saw his true face and were amazed.Dragon race is famously beautiful but this man....was ugly.But in eyes of dragons that didn't mean anything.The girl looked at the man with white hair and then the short,fat and ugly man that was dragon king.Then she shrugged.She didn't care about looks of someone.He was dragon king that lived thousands of years longer than she did.That was enough to set her in awe.

He looked at girl and smiled at her.And she smiled back.Dragons nodded.Luckily this girl don't have such mind like humans.They care of looks but dragons care about their powers and each other.

The boy looked at the girl looking at the ancient dragon and felt slight hurt in his heart.She should not look at other man like that.He can smile only with him.The ancient dragon came to him and smacked his head.This...why do they hit his head?!

''She is not yours.She belongs to herself.No matter later in her life happens,you have to b.a.r.e it and pass by it.Or she will never be able to become truly yours.Do you understand?''he said while slowly patting the reddish spot on his head.The boy nodded. Alcazar and Teatind didn't worry.The ancient dragon loved children as it seems from old stories.But if he becomes boys Name Giver.Its going to be really complicated.

Alcazar and Teatind were so happy for children.They all got their Name Giver.

It was almost time for the Name Ceremony.All the Name Givers went into prepared circle and stood behind children.They put hands on children's ears and when it was time that sun stood straight on the sky and there were no shadows.They yelled the children's name in same time.It was narrow time frame of few seconds.

The names were called but the children didn't hear it because the voices were so loud and the hands were on ears to protect them ,they didn't hear their names. When they turned around they looked confused.

Teatind started laughing and rest followed with laughter.

''You didn't hear it ,right?It was same for all of us. When we were named we didn't hear it as well.''said Teatind while everyone nodded.

''Now there is food and drink.Lets celebrate.''

The grown dragons turned around and saw that Teatind in time while they spoke with children already prepared so much food that it could last some city a year of supplies.Luckily,most ancients and old dragons don't eat often.They eat only once every couple hundreds of years.

The children were left quite baffled.They looked at each other and shrugged.They are hungry ,they will find out the names eventually.Why worry.

The dragons attacked the food as it seems in the little girls eyes.The boy went in front of the ancient dragon and looked at him.

''You are my Name Giver.What will we do,when will we do it,and how long will it take.''He asked and grabbed the plate that was filled to the brim with meat from the ancient dragon and putting it straight in front the girl.She is so tiny ,she needs to grow more.

''Heeyyyy,Its my plate,you pup.Do you want me to die of hunger?I didn't eat anything last 500 years.''he said while looking at the plate with meat change the owner.

''Yes. You need to live longer life.Let me give you lots of food you need for it.''He filled plate fully with fruits and backed,cooked or fried vegetables.

''Are you trying to kill me?Do you think because I am old ,that I lost my teeth.Look they are all there.Now give me some meat!!''He yelled at the boy but he ignored him as he was giving the girl the softest parts of the meat.

''This child.Don't you want yo know the name I gave you?''he asked smilingly.

''I will find out early enough.''he said while smiling at how the little girl even while he carefully fed her ,got dirty all over her face.It was hilarious,so he started laughing and she laughed as well.

The dragons listened to their bickering and started laughing as well.The Naming Ceremony seemed to be finished. But the dragons didn't leave as the boy stopped them.

''I heard I have to make big promise to the dragon race.I want to do it right now while all of you are here.''he said while resolutely looking at the dragons.

''Are you sure?''Asked the ancient dragon.He looked at the girl.''If you make great promise you won't be able to break it,no matter what.And in case breaking it the dragons will come and punish you with death.Its not small matter.''The boy nodded.

''Give me the name so I can make promise.''he said while seriously walking to the ancient dragon.

''Then so be it. I gave you name Thierry.''he said with smile.

''Thierry''he murmured and turned to the girl.''Its Thierry''.She nodded.

He turned to the other ancient dragon.

''I need her name to be able make to make the promise.''the dragon nodded and turned to the girl.

''I gave you name Reneé''he said giving her wink. Thierry wrinkled his eyebrows, but this time didn't say anything.

''Then lets do it.What do I have to do?''he asked as he really didn't know.

''Wait let me help him,''said Alcazar.''and waved his hand.The ancient dragon nodded and waved his hands as well and other dragons including Teatind did same.

Powerful orb of energy flew to the sky and stopped over the island.

''Now make the promise.''said his father putting his hands in front of the power orb.

''I Thierry,make sacred promise to all the dragons.I will wait for Reneé for thousands of years till she is strong enough and take her as my bride.I shall never brake the sacred promise.I hope the dragon race can help me achieve greatness so I can love and protect her now and in the future.''as soon he stopped talking the power orb disappeared in air.

The other two dragons went to the girls and said that the mischievous one will be named Ylselria and the one that like to be quiet and gather energy will be name Wriya.

After the Naming Ceremony the dragons left and all it was left was mountain of bones.

Teatind sighed ,she incarnated rests with Alcazar's help and turned it into the ashes.

The children went to play with each other at the sea. Ylseria sprayed ta them the water mischievously and Wriya dunked her under water,Thierry and Renneé were playing by the water with shells.

As she was just a little girl and couldn't pronounce his name properly his name became Terry and everyone called him like that,only ancient dragon persisted on Thierry.

They played around and the parents looked at them with love and care in their eyes.It is good to play today.Soon they will need to start learning.But it will always be time left for play.they will make sure of it.They smiled at each other as Alcazar put his arm around her shoulders and stood there looking at the playful little pups that will one day change everything...
