Am I Goddess Or What?

After the shower, I went to bed and was instantly asleep.I usually can't sleep so fast but this time I fell asleep instantly.Probably body needed some time off.

Next morning I woke up fresh and with so much energy that I didn't have for years.After I took the shower I ate something fast and then checked the list of the things in the backpack.I couldn't believe he even found full body swimsuit in my size.I tried it on and it fit me perfectly without being too tight...Not only that,he even got me all other things I need just in case.Even some dry rations,seasonings, and water-purifying pills. Literally everything I could think off.

I should call him and thank him.So I did it.While waiting for him to answer I opened the window and the fresh air of the sea woke me up.The cats were already waiting for me to go but I had some calls to make before I went.

''Good morning miss Cora.Did you sleep well?''asked me a friendly voice.

''Actually I slept just fine.I am calling you to let you know that the list is perfect.Even tho there are so many things the backpack is not heavy.I want to thank you so much.By the way,where did you find a swimsuit for me?I might order a couple more.I like the design as well the comfort.Thank you.''

''I will be going today.When I come back I will bring you a few pictures.''

''Thank you and have a wonderful trip.''

''I shall.Thank you for your wishes.Now I have to run.''I said while being stared by the cats.''Sorry my friends are urging me to hurry up.I got to go .Bye bye.''

''Bye bye.Have some fun and have wonderful vacation''

''I will''I sad while trying to call my daughter on phone.She should be awake by now and my parents should have already arrived there.After a few rings she picked up the phone.

''Mom.Grandpa and grandma are already here,but the grandma is a way to hyperactive so she went shopping.And grandpa was pulled by her.It was so funny.What is going on there?I saw pictures and had so many questions.What is going on there?''

I tried to explain to her everything that happens so far and told her I am going to check the island.

''I know you little moss do not like so much sun,but baby this is amazing.I know you have some vacation time.Come with me to the island I could try getting you through the wall on 1st window and take you AND your boyfriend with me.I wouldn't be alone then.''I said hoping she will say yes this time.''As I told you.The gate to the island will be open only for the next 29 days so why not.Accept that you could see the same things like me..It doesn't seem dangerous.''

''Mom,what about gear?You bought yours but we don't have any,''she said with an excuse.

''Live that to your boyfriend.There are places that rent adventure packages.With a tent and everything.Just rent it and that's it.''I said happily knowing that is done the deal.

''But what about grandparents?''still looking for excuses...

''They are living for Paris in few hrs anyway.Or did you want to go with them as well?'' I asked teasingly.

''Of course not!Then let me give him a call and We can try the wall in between time. Ok?''

''Sure let's do that while there are not that many people around.Its Sunday so no one is fully awake.We can do it quickly.Hurry up.Do you need breakfast?''

''After we get there, we can eat together.I am already on my way to see is it even possible.Let me call him first and then when I get there I will call you.''

I turned to another window and opened it.Outside on streets was no living soul.It was like a dead city.I could even imagine from some corner, zombies rushing about and trying to eat me...I mean it was that quiet.

While standing next to the window I could see Chi Chi rushing this way in a hurry.I put my arm out and she started running toward it.She reached for the hand and I pulled her in without any effort.

She stood there stunned for a while.

''Did you call your boyfriend?''I snapped fingers in front of her eyes to get her out of the stupor.

''Yes I did.He has a friend who will borrow him two backpacks with gear.His friend is a professional climber and goes often camping o he has some gear ready.Unfortunately he broke his leg shortly and now backpacks are ready but he can't use it.''

''I understand ,but how come she has two backpacks?''I asked out of the curiosity.

''Usually his wife is traveling together with him.''

''Oh ok. Did you call work?What about grandpa and grandma?''

''At work they said it's ok because I still have some vacation days that I never used before,so they let me go for 10 days.And grandma told me not to worry, they will go to Paris bit earlier than with early flight.''

''That is great.We are off as soon as your boyfriend gets here.Go prepare something for you two to eat.I already had my breakfast.By the way, look at those three.They are like little children before going to play. hahhahahhahal''I said while watching the three musketeers at the window.

While we were waiting last part of our little expedition came.

''Is this wall.I am so happy there is no one here.Or people would think I am going crazy. Yo anyone home.Get me in before they didn't take me to the loonie house.'''He said with aggrieved tone.

''Are you sure You want to take him with us?He will complain but if he really does I will send him straight back home.Got it?''

''Ok.Mom get him here,''she said while laughing.I smiled and took my hand out the window but fortunately, her boyfriend didn't hesitate not even one second.In that moment I pulled him in and he calmly let me do it.

''Aren't you afraid?''I asked stunned.

''Why should I be.Chi Chi explained everything to be .Accept that we live in a century of great inventions.Strange things happening every day.Energy sphere...well it's possible.''he said seriously.

I stared at him and understood that strange mother=strange daughter=strange boyfriend.Well. Mathematicians might understand this joke.

Anyway...The generation of ''flying into space''was even before I was born.Since then many even stranger things occurred. Energy sphere that takes you to another time or space might not be way to surprising in our time.I admit.So I just shrugged it off and closed the window to the city.

While they ate breakfast I checked their bags.Its better to be safe than sorrow later on.Luckily his friend indeed filled the bags with all the needed stuff.And in his girlfriend bag as well and some extra like sweets and female stuff.

Well i guess I should get those as well.And some toilet paper.I do not think there will be public bathrooms there.And cleaning myself with dried leaves,nah. Toilet paper is paper as well.So it will disintegrate in the soil after while.Luckily I got in my backpack some tools and as well a shovel. It will be quite helpful.I guess.I do not wish to change the layout of the island.

''Kids ,we should not take anything that could leave waste after us.The humans indeed destroyed the nature around with all that plastic.We shouldn't do that.''I said checking bags.We could just collect the plastic waste and or burn it or just take it back to this world.

''Mom don't worry.We have no intention destroying that ecosystem.''

''Yeah.We will just check it out.Go a bit swimming and come back.''Vance said. Thats my future son -in-law name.

''In next few days you can't use any aggressive soaps and stuff as well you know that?''I said not yielding. I do not know what would happen to nature if we use common shampoos and showers.But if we do not shower at all...Oh well.Its summer.We could just go more often in water and wash.

''Mom do not worry.I saw some aloe near the sea.Its great for the skin and can be used to wash the body as well.Its multipurpose plant.'' She said smiling.She knew I hate to smell bad. Because as I said me+ summer+ walking =stink....

''Sigh.We can just camp and wash more often on the way...''

''Mom we are on vacation.We can just enjoy seaside for a day or two.''

''Nah.WE can do that on our way back.Lets go straight to the forest. We will travel for a couple days and we should be able to be at the waterfall.We can follow the creek to the waterfall and we can camp near it when we are tired.''

''Can you handle walking that much.We could take more breaks.We are not in hurry.''he said considering my body stature.

I gave him stare,but he just chuckled and turned around.

''Your mom is cute when she gets angry,''he said while taking her hand and going toward the window.

''She is.''she said while trying to control the laugh that was to burst out of her.

''Who is cute.I am not cute.Your mother is cute.''I started to yell.In that moment they couldn't control their laughter anymore and started laughing.I understood that I acted like a three-year-old kid and joined them in the laugh.

''Lets go.Its good to start days laughing.But don't make me angry.''I said to him while showing him a fist in front his nose.He started at my fist then and me and then he completely cracked.

''Mom.Ahahahaha,please stop or we won't be able to leave. Ahahhaaa my stomach hurt'' said my one and only child to me while hugging me. It stunned me. What did I do wrong?Am I not ferocious enough.Maybe I should give them an angry look so I just snorted and turned my back to them going to the second window.I could hear stifled laughter behind me so I turned around and gave them another stare.

They started laughing again and I just gave up.Oh well, its good to be able to laugh.Whats the point being angry for no reason at all.'Cute...I am not cute at all.'I kept mumbling while I put my backpack on my back and let the cats jump out.They run toward the forest and stopped near trees to wait for us.Are they dogs in a cats body.Oh well.I just give up to understand cats mind.I can't even understand myself.

After I went out of it I realized one thing.I didn't even think about it the whole time but even tho the opening is a window you can walk through it like trough door.It just from the side of my room it closes when the window is closed,but you can walk straight through it when it's open.The realization made me chuckle.I always bent as over window.But it was no need to do that.Oh never mind.Lets go into the adventure and not a thing about that kind of things.I will enjoy my vacation fully.
