Amidst A War Of Heroes, Shall A Witch Crash The Party

On top of the office building, the portal that both Kayneth and Lancer fell into appeared in the air, but instead of both Kayneth and Lancer falling from the portal only Lancer appeared. While he was falling to the ground, he looked around confused because his master didn't fall from the portal as well.

When Lancer was on the ground he said: "What have you done with my master! Do you have no honor to face me only without a hostage!"

Lancer right now looked really angry, but when he was about to go search for his master, he looked surprised suddenly.

Before Lancer appeared on top of the office building

Inside a narrow hallway, a portal appeared and falling from the portal was Kayneth who fell face flat on the ground. After Kayneth had fallen, he stood up and looking annoyed at the ground and after looking at the ground he looked around to try and find his servant and to analyze the surroundings.

Kayneth: "Where the hell has that Lance gone off to?"

Kayneth already figured out that he was inside a hallway of the office building on a random floor, but why wasn't Lancer with him or where they split up by that laughing woman?

???: "I advise you not to run and to give up can you do that for me?"

The same woman that Kayneth just thought about was now heard in the hallway and Kayneth immediately tried to use a command seal to summon Lancer, but Lancer didn't appear only the command seal vanished.

???: "Do you really think that something like that will work? And I just said that you had to give up."

When the woman stopped speaking for a bit, another portal appeared and Kayneth looked at it with caution, even though he thought that it was Lancer. While he didn't know it, his caution had actually saved him.

Instead of Lancer coming out of the portal a woman came out. Kayneth immediately knew who this woman was and he became annoyed seeing this woman who annoyed him the moment they tried to go outside but he had to keep his composure, after all, he didn't have Lancer and he still didn't know what this woman could do besides creating portals and being annoying.

??? introduced herself with a smile: "I am Gaap one of the 72 Great Demons, the 33rd highest-ranking earl of the underworld."

Kayneth had a shocked expression on his face: "demon. demon. demon. Wait a demon what's a demon doing here?!"

Gaap: "So I did say that you should give up, but you didn't do that so If you get down on your hands and knees and apologize, I'll forgive your rudeness towards me."

Kayneth took a step backward and said: "So a demon works for a hero. I am now even more curious about Caster's identity."

Gaap only laughed because of that. After a short time of laughter, she went into a combat position.

Kayneth still had his Mystic Code Volumen Hydrargyrum so he thought that he maybe could escape and find Lancer who he couldn't summon with his command seal. He looked at the demon and was about to use his Mystic Code, but before he could do it Gaap appeared before him and after that everything became black for Kayneth El-Melloi Archibald.

Gaap: "Everything about your life is weak. So this is for the better..."
