An Innocent Heart Longing For Love

Once Anna and the small gang entered the empty room, they closed all the windows and doors to cut the sound from leaking out.

Aaliyah looked perplexed by their actions and so questioned them, "Why are you all shutting the door and windows?"

Naia held a devil grin as she answered, "Girl! Do you want us to get caught in the act." 

"Are you implying that what we are about to do is against the rules of the college?" Aaliyah stepped back as she sensed trouble is springing up.

Anna soothed her, "Aaliyah! We are not going to do a crime; we are just going to dance. But, without permission. That's all" 

Once Aaliyah nodded in agreement to them. Naia quickened, "Anna! are you ready? Every minute is precious, we don't have enough time!"

Anna showed both her thumbs up indicating that she was ready. Naia yelled, "George play the thing. Anna! let's warm up first! ready?!"

George started one of the rock music while Aaliyah leaned on the wall nearby to watch the show.

Naia started guiding Anna, "Steady yourself! Now stretch both your hands out and then slowly stretch your legs apart, Yeah! Sit gracefully with legs apart! Great!"

Anna did as per Naia's instruction but felt a little bit annoyed, "Naia! you know well that I am not a beginner."

"Sweetheart! You need to warm up before you start to drill." 

For Aaliyah, this was her first time encountering a whole training process for a dance show. She immersed herself in the thought of how cheerful they all looked, a little envy crept through her heart.

Aaliyah's eyes stung with an unknown pain. Why can't I be like one of them; dancing and cheering in carefree.

Anna quickly picked up Naia's teachings. In matters of minutes, Anna was able to perform the Saltos moves in perfection.

As Anna finished her final rehearsal, Everyone cheered her and George emphasized each word, "Wow! Girl! THAT. WAS. AWESOME!" 

"Come on, George! Let us all do it together!" Naia suggested.

George walked to the dance floor after handing the music player to Aaliyah and made her in charge of playing music.

When they all did the saltos break-dance as a group move, Aaliyah's mouth hung open, the rhythm that they performed was perfect. So perfect that she forgot to blink her eyes.

Aaliyah whispered, "Can you teach me too?" This question was directed to Naia.

Naia smiled back wickedly, "So dead, right!"

They started drilling on and on forgetting the time that was ticked on.

Meanwhile, two guys walking to their secret hideout, stopped by the music coming from inside. They both exchanged an stratled glance, The tall guy muttered, "Someone is in there?!"

"Hmm... Looks like, we got trouble. Bro! What do we do?" The other guy replied.

"Flock of sheep has walked into wolf den, why not use them. Let's go in and check out." The tall guy pushed open the door.

"Kids!... Ouch! What a move!" While they entered, they encountered the perfect move of saltos by the combo.

'Three stars' stopped in that instance to look at the invader, anxiety rush through them as if they were caught in act.

"Kids! kids! Don't be scared. We are your seniors, your secret is well preserved with us." The tall guy crossed his heart with a smug smile.

"So, what you all are preparing for?" The other guy questioned in a more authoritative tone as if he owned the place.

"Just being a busybody, Nothing much!" George stepped in front pushing the girls behind. Though his moves were so casual, those boys are no fool to identify the true intention of George.

"Being protective! Oh boy o boy! So manly, Isn't he! But unfortunately, we are your seniors, your actions provokes us." The tall guy who put himself as in a front stance as a gangster smirked at them.

"Bro! bro! Give the kids a break, they are hell frightened" the lackey joined in.

"So?! What you all are up to, spit the truth out." The tall guy crossed his hands waiting for a response.
