Anime Worlds System

"Happy Birthday, Drake! And good morning!" That was the thing Drake woke up to. Zebro was standing in front of his bed, a wide grin on his face. A small smile crept onto Drake's face as he looked forward to the day ahead of him.

To start the day, after Drake took a shower and got ready, Drake went downstairs and found Zebro making breakfast, American Farmer-style. There were eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, and hashbrowns. All these things made for a very hearty breakfast that the two enjoyed.

Of course, the meal was made that way to suit Drake's taste. He was an American, after all. Despite this, however, Drake didn't know if this style of breakfast was natural anywhere in this world. Drake was only knowledgeable about the plot of the anime and manga, not the world itself.

Zebro finished cooking for the two and served Drake before serving himself. While subtle, Drake noticed that the weight of everything didn't affect him at all. This was because of the strength that he had gained over the past few months. since he was capable of lifting about seven hundred kilograms, the weight of the utensils felt like nothing. They were practically lighter than regular utensils to him.

After the two sat down and ate their breakfast, Drake went for a morning jog. This was mostly just to give Zebro time to decorate the living room slightly since he didn't have any training scheduled for today. It was his birthday today after all.

While Drake was out on his jog, Zebro hung up some basic decorations. In other words, some balloons and banners. While it was Drake's birthday, it was only going to be a small party with less than ten people so there wasn't really a need to decorate at all, but Zebro figured that it would be fun.

After a while, Killua came to the cabin. With him were the head butler, Gotoh, and his little sister, Alluka. It surprised Zebro that the two came with Killua. Especially since Alluka hadn't met Drake yet. Gotoh, being head butler, was overseeing everything that Zebro did to ensure the safety of the two Zoldycks. While it was highly unlikely that anything would happen, it was still his job to make sure there was no chance of something going wrong.

Since Killua and Alluka had arrived already, the two played simple board games to pass the time while Zebro and Gotoh were busy. Drake wasn't expected for another few hours, so they needed something to do in the meantime.

Zebro started to bake a cake and some cookies for everyone so they could have something nice later. Zebro was making a chocolate cake and sugar cookies.

On Drake's jog, he went all the way to the nearest town. It was several kilometers away, but Drake's stamina had drastically improved so it wasn't even a challenge for him.

Since he didn't actually have any money, or Jenny, to spend, he simply window-shopped. There were some nice local made urns and pots. Not that Drake needed one, but he could appreciate the craftsmanship that went into them.

He walked around the town and saw the same tour bus that took Gon, Kurapika, and Leorio to the Testing Gate in the anime, though the tour didn't start until later in the day.

'Interesting how they have a tour bus for a family property. Especially since they can't even get onto the actual property itself. I wonder how they are allowed to do that? I would assume that someone from the Zoldyck family would have told them to stop by now.'

After spending another couple hours wandering around the town, Drake started off towards the cabin again. It would probably take another thirty minutes for him to get back. His newfound strength allowing him to run at a decent pace for a while.

Eventually, he got back to the cabin and knocked on the door. He did this so that Zebro would know he was back. He waited outside for someone else to open the door so that he wouldn't interrupt anything that they had planned for him. Not that this was the smartest idea... It just seemed the most logical to him right now.

As Drake knocked on the door from the outside, Zebro was finishing the cake and cookies. He had made seven batches of the cookies, which was definitely way more than needed but he was really excited. It was the first time in a long time that he was able to do something like this. Normally for his or Seaquant's birthdays, the two of them just shared a drink and talked about how they hoped for the rest of the year to be better.

Killua and Alluka were putting away the games they had played, and Gotoh walked towards the door.

Gotoh opened the door and let Drake in, though he stared at Drake with a glare. He didn't know the boy and didn't trust him at all. Gotoh was a cautious man, and he took his work very seriously, so he was on alert at all times once Drake stepped foot into the cabin.
