Another Naruto Fanfic

Months have passed since my meeting with the Hokage. Outside of his office we look like a doting grandpa and a pure grandson, yet inside his office we scheme all these plots to expand Konoha's power and improve the people's living conditions. Konoha has changed a lot ever since I existed; Choji is no longer being avoided by people for being fat, in fact he is now very muscular and so many weirdo girls roam around him as if they were flies attracted to candy. Despite being popular with girls Choji didn't change, he was still a very good friend of Shikamaru and myself.

Naruto was still a loner, but more annoying now that he has his attention on me. He tried pulling some childish tricks, inviting me for spoiled milk, or making a trap... Somehow he ends up falling to his own tricks without me even trying to avoid them, it was just pathetic. Speaking of which, I finally decided to heal Ino, she is after all my sister-in-law and is super hot... No one can say otherwise!

Ino's body was stable and healthy, but she didn't seem to wake up even after her body was completely recovered, but no one came to the answer to the reason and all of them cited some religious reasons like unequal Yin and Yang, or her spirit was taken by the Baba Yaga or some other incompetent bullshit. The true reason for her not being able to wake up, is because he brain was depraved of oxygen for too long due to the blood loss which led some of her brain cells to die, now she is in a coma but her unconsciousness is in too much trouble you can not even invade it with Mind Body techniques!

To find the answer you must find the cause, hence I learned about this just a month after she was in a coma, yet I kept it for myself and took some of her stem cells and cerebrospinal fluid to find the perfect ratio of proteins in the cerebrospinal fluid that helps m.a.t.u.r.e stem cells to turn into nerve cells but that alone wasn't going to cut it! The body is a very delicate thing, it needs the instruction of replacing the damaged brain cells which in Ino's case is non-existent, thus with enough calculation I approximate amount of dead cells, which means I need to keep that protein ratio and rebuilding instructions on the specific damaged parts of the brain until that approximate number of cells are recovered and no further otherwise some deficiencies and variables might occur... This was easier said than done, tracing the genes responsible and unlocking the mystery behind them took a lot of DNA samples which was easily provided by the people for some petty coin~ I told them that I was looking to develop a new way to cure people but I needed samples! Blood cells dies fast, so my researching days were so cruel with me unable to even taking a break nor sleep!

Soon I came to realization, with every combination of DNA I studied, I asked more questions than I answered, and soon I became aware that I have entered the maze that no other scientist has ever been able to get out of, and I am not any better than them... But then I realized that with my brain processing power, I can withstand 3-5 other clones thinking at the same time as me for solution; and through perseverance and a lot of headache and a minor aspirin(from willow bark) addiction I managed to finally come up with the perfect ratio, the perfect DNA commands to fix the specific damaged brain tissues and nerves! If I achieved this in my pervious life, people would have hailed me as the savior of humanity or the father of Neo-Biology!

With everything prepared, I went to the hospital at an unexpected time in the middle of the night since I did not wish for anyone related to be there and I kicked everyone outside the room, closed the curtains and the proceeded with the surgery. All I needed was a needle to inject the modified fluids and then I needed to just wait for nature to do its magic! With 175 milligrams of modified cerebrospinal fluid mixed with modified stem cells injected directly inside Ino's skull through her bald shaved head, I only needed now to try and block the small hole I created in her skull as I also calculated for the regeneration of her skull in 10 minutes as it was the priority to keep all the fluids inside!

The nurses I kicked out from Ino's room probably went to report to the doctors, which in turn went to report to the Hokage and a word would probably reach Inoichi soon too! I was too conscious waiting for Ino to recover... She shouldn't take too long! I was so conscious I wanted to take a look inside her conciseness with Mind Body Technique so I did!

There I saw her, down on her knees crying while holding her dead mother with her two arms trying to protect her. I walked steadily toward her and I said "Who did this to you? Are you alright Ino!?" and when she saw me she started crying even more and then said "I've been waiting for too long, no one came to help me or mother, why didn't you come help me brother?". It was very weird, yet I was still composed because this was basically forced Korean drama down my throat... "I was like you and your mother, chased by people running for my life! If only I was stronger!! But I promise Ino, tell me who did this and I will make them pay back! and their family! I promise!".

I knelt down and embraced her to my c.h.e.s.t as she kept crying. I kept comforting her until she finally let go of her mother, it was just then she woke up from her coma, yet I had to disgrace that Korean drama by looking her in the eye right as she woke up, and activating my Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan as I said Kotoamatsukami, forcing her to believe that she hated her mother and loved me, that her mother was an evil vermin, and that she should have died for hurting me, and that she always wanted to spend time with me since young but her mother always hit her and hurt her for approaching me, to Ino now, her mother is the most hated person in life for staying between her (Ino) and me.
