AU Villain Deku

As I move to the elevator, I continue to read his file.

"Hoho? This person is interesting. Under his experience, he had stated he worked on the U.A hero costumes? Hm…"

I mumble to myself as I notice something odd.

"Wait a minute… Haha! What the hell is this coincidence?! Katsuki… This guy designed Katsuki's costume. He leaves 2 dots on their uniform to show that they are his designs. How interesting. If I can control him…"

Thoughts start to rush through my mind about different things I can do and accomplish. I can make Katsukis life a living hell. There's so much! I can make his costume implode on himself. What an explosion that would be… Or I can make his costume tear and reputation in public, that'd be a laugh…

As I walked through the design department who was given previous notice of my appearance, everyone paid their respects to me. The interns who previously messed up my designs were at the back of the room and didn't come to greet me. Are they just this stupid?

I walk over to them as they see me over shadowing them.

"You two!"

"Yes sir? What can we do for you?"

"..." I smile as I watch the nervous looks on their faces.

"Is this really how the design department operates?" As I look at the designs. They were definitely familiar, how tragic.

"Are you really this incompetent? What are these designs?"

I take the page full of different shitty designs as I call everyone in the design room into the meeting room. I put the pieces of designs under a projector which shows their designs to everyone on a large screen.

"These are the designs you are responsible for?"

"..." Everyone stays silent as they watch me flick through the designs. One of the designs I noted would even harm the person who would wear them as it would cause a chain reaction, imploding itself.

"Do you want to kill our customers?!" Everyone in the design department watches in horror as most of them had no idea that they had interns like this.

"WELL DO YOU?!" I spoke up targeting everyone in the office.

"No Sir!" They responded as if it was the military.

"Well, I don't think we can keep these interns, what do you guys think?"

They start to murmur and chatter among themselves. Speaking about why the manager even hired these interns in the first place.

"They don't deserve to be in our department!" One of the staff shouted out among the crowd.

"Yeah!" Many start to agree. I chuckled to myself as I had an amusing idea.

"What are you guys saying? You are all too cruel. I want to fire them out of the company… They don't deserve that! Instead I'll give them an opportunity."

"WHAT?!" Many of the staff shouted in shock as they believed I was going to reward them.

"Of Course. They will immediately move out of the design department to the janitorial department. Of Course… Only as interns."

"Pffft." Many of them start to laugh as they realized my real intentions.

The interns frantically look at each other.

"I… I don't accept this!" One of the interns speak up, trying to dispute my arguments.

"Unfortunately. You signed a contract to work with our company." As I put their contracts under the projector, I make it obvious that there is nowhere stating that they are limited to the design department. I knew this because its similar to my old contract, it was invalidated as soon as I was fired. I remembered it off by heart as I recited it many times, through the copy I had.

They both look in shock at the loophole I found. I pick up one of the half drunken cups of lukewarm coffee and slowly pour it over their heads.

"Get to work. Clean up this mess. Consider this an honor that you are still working for our prestigious company."

They begin to cry as they are treated as literal filth. In that moment, many of the staff realize what kind of boss I am.

"Do your jobs well and you will be rewarded… However, if you work here and don't strive to do your best. Either clean up your desk and get the hell out of here or get sent to the janitor department. We are always lacking staff."

"Mr. Oda. Can I speak to you privately for a moment?"

"..." I leave the room as everyone is silent. Oda follows me as we start to speak.

"I have recently relieved the current manager of her position. From today onwards you will be the manager of this department"

"?!!... Thank you sir! I wont disappoint you!"

"I will send you a formal contract. I have a condition after all."

"Of course!"

"Any of your current and future designs, please send them to this email. They will be processed through another source. This is all confidential, I trust you will keep it a secret." I hand him the piece of paper I had prepared before hand in the elevator.

"... Did I do anything wrong?"

"Pffft No no. Your designs are what our company expects. They are top quality. However the person receiving the designs wants additions through a partner company. I hope you wont question anymore than this.

"Yes sir, I'll get to work straight away."

"Good. I expect you wont let me down." I state with a wry smile on my face...
