Ben 10: Animeverse

Jason was in a trance after he had seen the girl enter the room, the cloths she was wearing were giving her a mystic feeling with her red eyes her hair was covered by the cloths she wore but even with that the beauty she radiated couldn't be compare.

He was looking at her with pure admiration and nothing he had never seen anyone more beautiful then her. This look had not gone unnoticed by the old lady but she let it go as she could not feel any malicious from him.

The old lady never told him but she herself was a magus and could feel others feelings and emotions, and right all she could feel from the boy infront of her was something similar to a commoner looking at a princess from a far.

Jason only woke up from his trance after he saw the old lady talking to him he replied that he was fine with the arrangement. As the old lady was talking to him the young lady had gone to put the tent for him he offered his help but the old lady stopped him saying he is a guest and they can't make the guest do all the work.

Just like this his first night in another world ended.

It's been over a week that Jason had been living with the mother and daughter duo he was having a quite and simple life here.

The first two days were kind of hard Risa kept avoiding him and the old lady kept troubling him to sit with her and play a board which was very similar to chess. To say the truth the first two days were more mentality exhausting than physically but as time went by he got just to it.

He didn't know why he hadn't left from here for the past week when he had plenty of chances too, but he was pretty sure it had to do something regarding his feeling towards Risa, in the past few days Risa had become more and more open towards Jason which made him happy.

As he came to know her better he came to know her personality better, she was like a child curious about things and innocent most of the times but when required she acted m.a.t.u.r.e and also took thinks in her own hands, she was even smart enough to beat him in the board game a few times. He was sure he was falling for the more he stayed with her.

The whole week wasn't that eventful though many things did happen, like a group of people coming on horses and demanding the old lady to hand over Risa to them and the old lady refused for some reason when this conversation was going on Jason's blood starts to boil if they had stayed for a bit longer he would have burned them alive, but lucky they left early and he never got a chance.

He also found out that Risa has dark red color hair which flowed like silk in the wind and were beautiful to look at he was mesmerized by them for a moment.

He also found out that she is also stronger than most humans would be able to lift more weight than others could. He couldn't figure out why so he just chucked it to the natural environment she was brought up in.

Today for some reason the old lady had called him to come to her tent alone as she had some thing to talk about. After the old lady saw him entering the tent she started speaking.

old lady: Dear lass come sit here this old woman wants to talk to you about something important.

Jason: What happened amma what you want to talk about.

Jason had started calling her amma which means mother, she instead he call her that after she had learned that he was orphan with no parents.

Old lady: I want to talk about something important to you regarding Risa, but first I want to know what you think of her?

Jason: What I think of her? she is a nice girl, beautiful, charming personality she has everything a man wants in his partner who ever she marries will be a happy man.

Old lady: Such high praise for my daughter, I'm happy to know I raised a good daughter. But even with all this due you know why she has not got married yet?

Jason: Because she refuses to marry so she can take care of you?

Old lady: Yes that is one of the reason the the main reason being that their is a great secret behind her which will lead to her downfall if it comes out. Tell me boy have you heard about the race call Fanalis?

Jason: Fanalis( says with a confused expression)

Old lady: I take you don't Fanalis is a race of people who have been said to come from the dark continent and are the descendant of the red lion tribe a tribe of beast known for their strength, and Fanalis who are the descendant of them are said to be the strongest human race in the world.

Jason head after hearing this was in a turmoil not because he was shocked that Risa was a Fanalis but the major information dumped on him for the last week he was trying to figure what kind of world he was in and did he knew anything about it but couldn't find any relevant information but now he found concrete proof of where he was.

He was in the world of Magi

A world full of dungeons and ginns and other things, and in those things were Fanalis and Risa was one of them it took him a while during which the he was quite. The silence made the old lady nervous.

She had watched this kid from the day he came although his stories didn't fully match with each other but she could feel he was a good kid and trusting this instinct she decided to tell him everything.

The silence prested for a while more after which Jason spoke

Jason: So that will mean even you are a Fanalis but the way you referred it mean that you aren't which makes Risa a half Fanalis.

Old lady: No as far as we know she is pure blooded.

Jason: That would mean she is not your child.

Old lady: Yes you are correct me and my husband were once traveling around when one night near a orphanage we heard a baby cry but no one from the orphanage was ready to listern to the baby when we checked we found this little cute bundle of joy kept on the door step with her red hairfir all the world to see butdye to her being a Fanalis no one was ready to take her. Me and my husband were trying to have kids but were unsuccessful so we took that a sign from the gods and took her with us and to keep her safe from the world eyes we came here and settled down rest of the story you already know.

Jason: OK but why tell me this now?

Old lady: Because this old lady is at her ropes end I am dieing boy and don't have much time maximum two three days but not much. I am a magus and have been extending my life for a long time but I'm at my end and after I go I don't want her to become a victim to others I want her to I've free get married, have kids, grow old with the one she loves and pass away happily. And I have noticed the way you look at her boy I know you are in love with her and even after you came to know that she is a Fanalis I can still sense it in you it is growing stronger. That is why I will ask you this my boy won't you marry my daughter and make her my bride.

Jason/Risa: WHHHHAAAAAAATTTTTT???????

Old lady: ................ Risa I know you are out there come in there is no need to sneak around anymore.

As the old lady finished saying this Risa comes out from behind the main entrance with her head lowered red in color just like her hair due to the embarrassment of getting caught peeking on her mother and Jacob.

Old lady: Risa did you hear everything we said?

Risa says nothing just nodes her head.

Old lady: You aren't shocked?

Shaking her head in denial she replies

Risa: I already knew from a long ago, one day father and me had gone to the nearby town and there I had heard some people talking about it and understood everything.

Old lady:*Sigh* you knew it for that long huh. But never told us about it. You were a smart child from when you were a kid. (Turing her head towards Jason) So kid what do you have to say will you marry my Risa or not.

Jason was not sure what, he was pretty sure that he was in love with Risa but didn't knew what to do about it and now that he got the chance to marry the girl of his dreams he was very very happy, it didn't even matter to him that she was a Fanalis. To him she was the girl he liked no scratch that she was the girl he loved and it didn't matter which race she was. after arranging the thought in order he takes a deep breath and says.

Jason: I will marry Risa but only if she wants to marry me.

The old lady was very happy with his answer she looks towards her daughter and says to her.

Old lady: And you lass what do you want do you want to marry him?
