Between The Worlds

Little girl stood proudly while Raphel didn't know what to do. She had attitude like typical spoiled child, thus, he only hoped for the young bear to end the battle quickly.

The cat, was getting even faster, but such thing only angered the young bear more. He stopped moving around and closed his eyes! Sharpening his other senses, the young bear planned to take care of this annoying cat in one move.

Someone who is fast definitely has little defense!

With his eyes closed, the darkness scattered around his vision. In this very darkness, the steps, breathing and literally everything has disappeared except for the little cat who was his enemy. Soon, in this very darkness, the spark appeared...

Instincs...

The spark which was annoying as hell was exactly this very little cat. The young bear swung his paw to take care of this spark and quickly made it disappear! At the same time, the little cat has been slammed into the ground!

How cool! The young bear won~~

"Eh?!"

Which surprised the little girl very much as her mouth went agape! Raphel could even see a little tears at the sides of her eyes.... It pained the heart of the coward, thus, he stroked her hair affectionately...

The girl snapped and ran towards her little cat while taking out medicine from her little bag. Soon, the medicine kicked in and began healing the poor cat... Raphel who was ready to leave, turned around only to get stopped...

Little Kiri raised hair hand and grabbed Raphel's by herself... And stood like that looking at him... And so, Raphel got another companion on his way towards shop with techniques...

The twin tails of Little Kiri moved as if they had live on their own. They were cutely swaying as she jumped while holding the hand of the coward. To be honest, the sight of plain looking Raphel next to this cute girl was blasphemy for many!

As they entered the shop, Raphel immediately went towards the shelves with cheap techniques...

'10 silvers for one technique. Damn bastards!'

He trembled violently and took the book with 'Hardening' technique. It had low grade meaning the defense will be low, but better this than nothing... The little girl who saw his trembling hand, asked cutely with puzzled face, her twin tails still moving.

She led Raphel towards quite expensive shelf with books that were shining! On the tag, Raphel immediately noticed '10 gold'. And this very little girl took this book without any expression. Then, she went, still holding Raphel, to the clerk.

And she threw 10 golds like nothing! Such sight caused both clerk and Raphel to bit their lips as they thought alike in their minds...

'This little girl has too good life, no?'

This book was very good indeed. Raphel who held it after leaving the shop, got sudden message from his 'system'. Knowing that energy core also wants to help his young bear, Raphel smiled brightly as he muttered 'yes.'

It's the forest where the young bear also has lived. Right now, Raphel was moving bravely, not like several days ago where he used to move on the tree's branches... Doing his best to look around for danger, Raphel knew he must protect the little girl.
