Between The Worlds

Raphel had done morning routine rather quickly. Passing through his mother's room, he noticed a lot of job offers she had looked through...

'I told you to rest, mother...'

Clenching his fists, Raphel went to eat the breakfast, then left the home to school after small talk with mom. She was doing her best to show positive emotions, but in the end, she couldn't mask her tinge of worry.

And because of that, Raphel was already checking a few sites on his phone... However, someone called him just as he left the home! It was Robert who was together with his wife. She no longer had her dress, but earth's clothes which looked good on her.

"Robert... I see you have had your fun..."

"As if... My whole family accepted her simply because of her beauty! Do you get it?!"

"Really? Well..."

Miss Weronica had so smooth and nice skin that one could mistake her for someone with huge amount of make-up. No wonder Robert's family became mesmerized by her and allowed her to stay for as long as she wants!

Which in their current case might seem as if for life!

"Good for you, right?"

It was certainly fun! But Robert's most worry wasn't Weronica as no matter what, he wouldn't let her go! If his family didn't accept her, then he would go with her to Raphel! Hah!

"There should be more otherworlders! We must be careful."

Raphel who had small talk with Riana already understood the meaning of this. Those otherworlders are definitel uncivilized and if they want something, then they would be more than glad to kill someone!

And how could normal people protect themselves from those who can use magic.

"Should we report to the police then?"

Both Rober and Weronica face palmed. She had learnt a lot from the internet and gooogle, so beauty from another world understood thing or two, but.. but this friend of her husband seemed to stupid or naive!

"Raphel! If someone told you that they can use magic, would you believe them?! Of course I mean before the transport to another world."

"No... Ah, I get it... Yes, yes... So what should we do, Robert?"

"Reach the energy's core! We must be able to do that! Wera will help us."

And so, the youngsters once again skipped the school!

Both of them sat down on the bench in the park cross-legged... Like monks from old movies, Raphel and Robert were trying to reach the core, feel the magic within their bodies!

Since their bodies on earth got stronger, then there must be a key! Robert turned around to Weronica and nodded to her. She likewise answered with nod, then put her hands on their shoulders.

This way, she began applying the raw magic coming from her body... It wasn't reachy much useable in the battles, but teachers from other world were teaching about magic this way... to let others feel the flow of it...

Of course, it was painful.

Nevertheless, both of them hadn't screamed that much... Robert himself had already tried it so Miss Weronica understood that he might be more resistant to this feeling, but Raphel? He screamed even lose, surprising her.

Their attempts to feel the energy's core ended up with huge fail... Raphel sighed, as he had already planned to go to dojo, but now, with all exhausted body, it looks like his last day in dojo will be even more painful!

Putting his school uniform, Raphel was ready to bid farewell to Robert, but the serious look on his face caused Raphel to feel another tinge of worry... Recently he has a lot of problems! And since Robert wasn't opening his mouth as if he had problems with choosing words...

"Robert... what now? What's wrong?"

"Raphel... you see... If you find someone abnormal, then run."

Raphel is the one who knows the strength of powerful warriors very well! The vibe of Elephant Human just suddenly appeared in his mind causing poor man to shiver...

Robert nodded with hard feelings, then took the hand of his beauty and left the park... Raphel likewise turned around to go to dojo...

'If I tell them about money problems, they will understand and let me go without last training!'

However, on his way here, Raphel met someone he knows!
