"You say, Ramscal Pathogen?!"

All people in the laboratory now turn completely silent. Stairmount continues, "What I can certainly say, this is not Fuxa Pathogen. From my experience researching every kind of pathogen from the entire Planet for all this time, I never find such kind of pathogen. Yet I've never found out about Ramscal Pathogen. That's why I can get such assumption."

Stairmount stares at the dean of the hospital who appears shocked. "Can you give me a sample of Ramscal Pathogen?"

"But, no cases of Ramscal Pathogen is found in this city... no, even in the entire southern area. It emerges only in the central area..."

"Then we have to ask for samples from the central area. Anything is possible, right? Fuxa also originally emerges in Orbs City, but it then spreads to the entire Planet."

For some reason, the dean of the hospital has his eyebrows furrowed in anger, he seems to utter something, but he quickly holds it back. He takes a deep breath, and Stairmount somehow assumes that he does it to calm his agitated emotion. "But, I have to coordinate with the hospital in the central area first. This will take some time."

"No worries, the important thing is that we can guarantee that the people are all safe and healthy. Because giving the wrong medicine for this type of Pathogen will lead to a fatal result." Stairmount replies. "And please listen to my advice; Don't use the drug which is usually used to treat Fuxa for this pathogen. Because it can bring a bad effect since it instead intensifies the pathogen in the patient's body. Oh, one more thing. We have to re-examine the previous patients who were diagnosed as Fuxa. Who knows, they are actually infected by Ramscal Pathogen."

As Stairmount makes the statement, the dean of the hospital immediately gives command, "Recheck all cases which were previously diagnosed as Fuxa!" Then, all hospital health workers quickly carry out their duties. The dean of the hospital is also hastily contacting the provincial health office, to report this case which is related to Ramscal Pathogen, as well as to request assistance from the central area health office to send them some samples of Ramscal Pathogen.

"Mr. Rivers, I extend my gratitude to you, if you weren't there, we would continue to do the wrong therapy. And indeed, there were many patients who have died before. Maybe... actually they were infected by Ramscal Pathogen, not Fuxa," The Dean of the hospital says sincerely.

"You're welcome, Doctor. It has been my duty."

"If you don't mind, may I ask for your willingness to give your help here. And... errr... I really wish, that you also help us deal with Ramscal Pathogen," the dean of the hospital says again. "Isn't that Jupiter's purpose by sending you and the rest of the delegation team members? To provide assistance for Saturn's public health?"

"Sure, Doctor. Within my power." As long as the Saturn government doesn't dispel me, Stairmount adds to himself.

Thus, Stairmount helps in examining the specimens of pathogens taken from patients who have previously been diagnosed as Fuxa. They then find that nine other samples actually show the patients are infected by the new pathogens. Quite a lot, beyond Stairmount's estimation. And the number increases day after day since new cases keep emerging continually. This is how Stairmount has his activity shift, from the meetings in the state office of Saturn Health Department, to this Jadeite First Care Hospital - the biggest hospital in Jadeite, his mother's hometown.

On the next day, Stairmount still continues his assistance in researching the samples. He is studying the third sample when he hears that noise. That noise is riotous and annoying, and getting closer and closer. And a few seconds later, the door is pushed open ferociously.

Stairmount turns his head. A look of surprise crosses his face. Mr. Pool, Mrs. Solvent, and the rest of the Saturn delegation team members have been standing before him.

"You have been instructed to leave, haven't you?" Mr. Pool asks coldly. "But why do you still dare to mess around here?"

Standing behind them, with his face down, the dean of the hospital clutches his both hands tightly in front of his body. He appears awkward and confused.

Stairmount gets to his feet. He throws a sharp look filled with displeasure at Mr. Pool. "How come you still dare to expel me after this all happens? It is me who has discovered that Ramscal Pathogen has spread to the southern area!"

"Don't you dare throw a tantrum here! This is Saturn, not Jupiter!" Mr. Splash curses.

"I know," Stairmount replies coldly. "But both Saturn and Jupiter - these countries are all inhabited by human beings. And it is my duty to help all human beings!"

"We don't need your help!"

"And because of that, then my grandmother must die?" Stairmount's brows curve together in anger. "If I relied on what you call as help, then my grandmother would have surely dead from a long time ago!"

This time, none of the Saturn delegation team members can make even a whisper sound. Stairmount continues, "You accuse Jupiter for creating pathogens, plagues, diseases and so on whose aim is to attack Saturn and the Saturnians? I tell you; I am a Jupiterian, and I have family here. And there are many other Jupiterians who have similar conditions with me. If I were so insolent by putting Ramscal Pathogen here, then would it kill them in the end? The ones who die, are my own family? I tell you, every sane person on this Planet won't do that!"

They are not at a state meeting room, not in the national and international media spotlight, so this time, Stairmount is free to voice his own opinion, the opinion which he has been eager to voice from a long time ago. Looks like they have forgotten that I am a Saturnian after all, or maybe they are pretending that they forget it, it doesn't interest me. Either they really have forgotten it, or just pretend to forget it, now is the time for me to express it all here. So that they know where they stand, and that I can no longer tolerate their behavior anymore!

"So I beg you, Mr. Pool, and all of you." Judging the silence of the Saturn delegation team as a sign that they show a tendency of accepting his persuasion, Stairmount has his tone softened. After all, he needs to cooperate with them to deal with Ramscal Pathogen, "Don't assume me as a Jupiterian, but please consider that I am here to help my family. My grandmother is seriously ill, fortunately I can find out about this misdiagnosis case of Ramscal Pathogen. And so are other patients. I won't mess around here. Because I have responsibilities, to heal my grandmother, as well all of the infected patients."

Finally, Mr. Pool gives response with an irritated snort, that Stairmount interprets as a sign of acceptance.
