Blood To-Go

After a while, we calmed down and stopped reading Roseline's books. I had no reason to continue reading the books because any book related to returning home would system destroy, and that made me angry just thinking about it.

If I didn't have this system I would have discovered a lot already, well if I don't had it I'd be dead now.

I'm sure I couldn't survive without him, as much as I hate him it still helps me understand the things of this world, I have to stop thinking about this system a little, the only thing I think about daily is about it.

"Shall we go out now?" Sindy said and then walked toward the living room door.

Is she an idiot? The most important thing we haven't looked at yet, I had to see what was inside that c.h.e.s.t, if I don't open it I'll be curious for the rest of my life. There may also be something inside here that will help me a lot in the future, so I can't leave it behind.

"I want to open this c.h.e.s.t," I stated with all my might to Sindy, maybe she didn't want to open because they were Roseline's stuff? Or because she was afraid of what might be in there?

Sindy thought for a moment and then went back into the room, she said nothing, so her mean, is it okay for me to open the c.h.e.s.t? I hope so because I want to do it now.

Since I had nothing to beat on the trunk lock, I had to use some magic, I bit my finger and created a blood sword when I did that, Sindy was not at all surprised.

'Well, she lived for a while with a vampire, so she has probably seen that.' Of course, Roseline had already done that because she was a vampire and this is one of the first spells the system releases for us vampires.

I grabbed my sword and slammed it hard into the lock that was in the c.h.e.s.t, and the lock snapped instantly.

Somewhere away a group was heading toward a house, and this was Sindy's house. Sindy was known as the ancient adventurer who helped a dangerous vampire into hiding.

She was not charged with any crime or anything but has come to be hated by many people for protecting a vampire, the most troubled race in the world. It had been a few years since no other vampire appeared and now another one appeared.

This vampire disappeared into this forest and Sindy lived here, so the first thing they thought was that this woman hid the vampire in her house. They hope to be wrong because if this woman got caught now, they didn't know what would happen to her.

After walking for a while they arrived at Sindy's house.

Anyone who comes here is always surprised by the structure of their home, even people who have seen it before are always surprised. How could she build a house inside a tree? Many people wonder this but no one knows how.

They approached Sindy's door and knocked.

They kept knocking for a long time, but no one left the house, so they decided to do something about it. Lopend the head of the adventurer group A-rank didn't think it was necessary to do that, but he had to.

"Where are they?" Robert the knight chief asked Lopend. Since no one was in the house, Robert asked Lopend why he was the person with the most sense of direction in the group.

"I don't know, there are clues that they were here, but it looks like they left a long time ago and didn't come back," Lopend answered the chief of the knights.

After thinking for a long time, the chief of the knights decided to do something he did not know if it would work.

"Let's wait here, they will come back." Robert sat on the house couch with a smile on his face, he was sure they would come back here, and when he came back they would be caught.

Everyone agreed to Robert's plan and hiding inside and outside the house so they couldn't get away at all.

They hoped to kill the vampire and arrest Sindy, but there was one person among them who wasn't liking this at all.

This person was Larisa, the magician of the A-rank group, she doesn't think it takes so much brutality. She knows the vampire killed a person but was it her fault?

No one knew what was going on in her head, but she had also met one vampire, but that was a long time ago.
