Blood To-Go

After I got the daggers we decided to go home, it was very easy to go home because the monsters had not come back so the path was totally clear for us to get out of the tomb.

'It was harder than I thought.' I thought the monsters here would be easy to deal with but some monsters fought scarily.

Suck Monsters Vitality and that have poisons in their teeth, these monsters are dangerous I hope never to be caught off guard by such an attack because I can end up dead without even knowing how I died.

"Do you want to go home now? We've come a long way and I think we could go further." Sindy said as we walked out of the tomb.

I know we could go further, even before getting these daggers I could go a long way but now with daggers, it would get even easier.

But I'm not leaving because of me, I can see the tired expression on Sindy's face so I don't think it's a good idea to keep fighting and forcing her to. After she saw Roseline's things she must have been more emotionally unstable so I preferred to leave right now.

Well, I won't say that I wanted to leave because of her otherwise she will feel guilty and I'm sure of it.

"I got a little tired of hunting monsters and I'm very hungry too." I made up any excuse I could imagine, I wasn't lying when I said I was hungry, but it was still just a way of covering up the real reason.

'It's been a while since the system has given me that warning.' I don't know why but it's been a long time since the system has given me a blood-low warning, I haven't drunk blood since Sindy gave me her blood and so far no warning came.

Last time the warning came too fast so it's a little weird it's taking all this time to show up now.

'I thank you for that.' This is better because I don't like to drink a lot of blood much.

The taste is delicious to me but I don't like the look of blood so much, I feel like I shouldn't be doing that since I was a human.

I know it's because of my race that blood gets so delicious in my mouth, but still, I find it weird to find it so delicious. But of course, I'll have to drink blood later, Sindy's blood won't satisfy me forever.

After walking for a long time we finally came out of the tomb and now we had to go home. The house was not that far away when we were coming to the tomb for the first time we got here faster than I thought.

We left the tomb and started to go home because we didn't want to camp in the middle of the forest and it was already getting dark. If we had to camp in the middle of the forest we would need food and we would have to hunt.

We would also need to go after water and I think there is no river or anything nearby, there is only inside the tomb but by the time the monsters are born again.

"Go fast," Sindy said and then started walking faster through the woods.

I had plenty of breath yet so I could easily follow her so we would get home fast at the speed we were going.

'I hope I don't find any monsters along the way or something, I'm not in the mood to fight since we just came out of a tomb we fought hard, so it's good to calm down a bit.

'I can't wait to eat something and take a shower.' Scarlet thought as she walked toward Sindy's house, which was currently occupied by several people.

We continued to walk through the darkening forest we were already getting close to Sindy's house, but something surprised us when we were arriving.

When we were close to the house, a person fell in front of us, she jumped in front of us.

When this happened Sindy pulled her sword from its sheath and pointed at the person, I was also holding my two daggers so I also went on guard.

We were waiting for the person to attack but she didn't attack, it was different from what we imagined, she started talking to us.

"You have to get out of here, the guild people and the knights are inside your house to ambush, they seem to have discovered that you are hiding it." The woman said as she looked at me.

When Sindy heard that she made a furious expression, but she believed the woman and then we decided to go back.
