Wrik woke up to find Tanya was sleeping inside the same blanket as him. The stone bed was quite big and had enough space for all three of them. He remembered Tanya prepared her own with Byul on the side in the night, but she seemed to snuggle into his in the middle of the night.

She was breathing quietly while the exterior was peaceful. Wrik did not move away, fearing it might discomfort her. He looked at her exterior. A few strands of hair were on her face. He quietly moved his right palm n her face to move the strands of hair behind her ears.

Tanya looked dangerously pretty sleeping, and off-guard too.

Tanya muttered something under her breath that was too hard to understand. Wrik smiled. After deliberating for a while, he chose to leave Tanya there before sitting upright. The reason was very simple. He did not want to make her feel awkward when she woke up and found she was snuggling into his chest.

Looking past Tanya, Wrik found Byul was not sleeping in her blankets, and she was nowhere to be seen in the cave room. Maybe she went away after waking up. She had gained consciousness yesterday, and her behaviour did not show any change, but Wrik did not forget to apologise for what had happened yesterday.

Fortunately, Byul did not think Wrik was at fault. She accepted his apology. Wrik was relieved to hear that, but he could guess it was not as easy as Byul spoke out to be. He could do nothing for that, as Byul was not ready to talk about it yet.

Other than that, Wrik had a proper talk with Lily last night and she claimed to give full security under her watch.

After thinking everything through, Wrik invested his time in his body again. The fever was almost gone, while he felt none of the chilly poison on his system now. While his body did feel a little weak, it was far better than yesterday.

"I guess a good sleep does help," he muttered. ''The cave is unnaturally warm compared to outside."

It had not even been two days in the test properly, yet they screwed it from the beginning. He hoped Anton and others were in fair shape. After delebaring for a moment, he opened his omega window to check on any changes.

These couple of days, he was not in his right mind most of the time. He was right, there were some marginal changes to his state.

First, the [Immunity] that was showing on the OMEGA abilities tab now. And under it was Poison Immunity, which was at E+. Wrik thought, his suffering from the poison of the viper was not for nothing.

But what Wrik was most interested in was that the [Eye of Insights] had reached Rank-B. Wrik read the description of the ability again and a frown appeared on his brows. There was no change in the description, but remembering the impulse of strength Wrik experienced just yesterday dealing with the three slaves, the frown disappeared.

[Eye of Insights] did improve. Wrik could use two levels of the ability now, though the second level was not yet stable—it should be the reason the ability improved.

Other than that, his Armament Reinforcement was still at D-, but the maha point in his circuit was raised by a number, counting it as 145 now. He was still far away from even having the initial success. Sophia mentioned they needed about 200 maha points to get to the initial success in it.

"I should make Armament Reinforcement my first priority with finding everyone else," he muttered, recalling the advice Sophia gave.

With that thought, Wrik went on making new maha points in his body. The battle he had with the 'Gorilla' (according to Lily) showed he was far away from being in the top league. He had to join up with Tanya before they could defeat him, and he did not know how many monsters like that were on the test.

So increasing his personal strength, maha point is the way, as all the abilities of a mahasayer are related to maha mana usage.

Creating new maha points was not difficult, but balancing it well was. The nano whirlpool could dissolve at any moment if his concentration lacked for a second. That was where he had an advantage. With his acute perception and intelligence, creating maha point was not a problem, not to say about [Eye of Insight]--that could double his senses for a certain amount of time.

Mana swirled in just above the right shoulder of Wrik—the place where he was trying to establish a maha point. Maha mana swirled in a certain place of the channel, moving in a circle. It started slowly as Wrik increased the pace of the flow with the amount of mana. The process continued for an hour, then sighed in relief, wiping the sweat on his forehead.

. He was successful in establishing the maha point, though it was in its initial phase that meant it could dissolve at any time if tried to make another or exhaust it.
