The door opened with the powerful bolt of Ezlynn's fist. And her soulful attack left the immaculate passage door with a big black round burned spot. She bolted inside with a fast pace, brows brought together and with a distinctive feature- wearing worry all over the face.

"Charis I'm aware that I went-"

Holding the mud brown dress from the flare she pulled it above ankles setting her feet free to dash towards Charis.

"You-are you alright Charis?"

But seeing her in dishevelled state the words got lost somewhere in throat. Ezlynn gulped nervously as her eyes landed on zoned out Charis, who was trembling with blank vision.

"Charis what happened? Charis are you listening?"

She cupped her face in both hands as sat down on the bed in front of her. Charis was completely baffled.

"You are cold girl. Talk to me Charis."

Perhaps Ezlynn's voice was not reaching to her ears and by chance if it was happening then that goblin girl was much frightened to utter a reply.

After seeing that Charis was not responding to her instead breathing heavily, inhaling deep. Her rosy tainted lips were chattering, clearly she was not in the position to make any sound.

"CHARIS!"

Ezlynn shook her shivering silhouette by jolting.

"Huh? Wh-hat?"

She averted her gaze with tears swelled up in sockets. Charis held grabbed her arms, squeezing hard.

"You are cold and -like you have encountered a ghost. We came up following you but it seems something approached you before us."

"Ezlynn I'm going to die. I -I thought I was going to die. No- I have to leave."

Charis became panicked all of a sudden and partly displayed her fearful countenance. She had a trepidation that something or someone was coming but not to save a damsel in distress rather with soem ulterior motives.

"At least you are aware of your blunder Charis now. But we won't let you die. I have a solution."

Ezlynn wanted to continue further her conviction but Charis yelled with such vehement tone manifesting her anger.

"What solution? You can not help me, no one can. He was-was in my head like reading everything."

She paused for some brief seconds while Ezlynn was still puzzled about her pointless blabbering.

"Who was here? What nonsensical things are you spouting? Did you hit your head somewhere."

She held Charis by shoulder and turned to face her with a tinge of concern and consideration.

"No I did not. Ezlynn he said he won't leave me, I don't know who was he. You know his voice was in my head."

Charis pointed finger towards her head with eyes wide opened.

"You just got exhausted Charis there is nothing to be fearful off. Here lay down and have some rest."

Ezlynn began stacking the red pillows behind her back. Charis was leaning a little forward while sitting, her silk dress was profusely drenched in sweat and she was unconscious of the silken thrust of her gown's bosom.

"You - should take a bath first. And change into another comfy dress. This has been caked with bud."

Ezlynn slyly lowered her eyelids, suggesting to the Goblin lady who again steered her thoughts towards that previous track.

Charis was terrified, she never encountered any type of telepathic contact with anyone. And this experience made her frightened badly and that unknown man's words were occupying her head again.

"You two come in and help her with the bath. Seren prepare the water in tub and Eire bring the Rose petals and Jojoba oil to sooth her nerves."

Ezlynn turned back to instruct the girls who were nowhere to be seen. Eire's diminutive stature was peeking inside through the door with Seren standing besides him.

"Do not slack. Move you guys. Everything is fine, as for now."

She yelled to both young ladies curtly making them jump into their place. And ebbed towards Charis again who did not refused or revolted.

"It is alright Charis. No one will harm you and you just hallucinated as I believe. Do not think that much, milady."

After glaring sternly at them she turned towards Charis, who was laying with lids close and reached to normal state.

"Let me direct you in case you feel dizzy."

Ezlynn helped her to get up from bed, clutching her waistline and grabbing one of her hand she provided Charis something to lean on.

"Eh? Ezlynn about-what happened earlier. I'm really apologetic , don't know what possessed me that I became hostile."

At the partition between the bedroom and bath area Charis clasped her hand tightly. Her voice was laced with shame and attrition.

"It's okey dear. I know sometimes how you become unexpectedly belligerent. I'm now used yo your mood swings."

Ezlynn used the endearment persuasively, pushing Charis towards the partition maintained by slightly see through curtains.

"Scour this mud off your face and body now. You look really hilarious how you poked your nose in dirt."

Charis giggled along with Ezlynn while Seren and Eire deep down were relieved about Charis not transforming into something-hideous and hazardous.
