Daylight slanted like a razor cutting the vast out stretched walls of the kingdom, that guarded the strong foundations since a long time.

In those secure walls a girl peeked through the door hole of her room, upon finding no one on the guard, the young lady in her twenties opened the lock and door eventually with a creek.

The bright complexion youth stepped out of the chamber and started to walk tiptoed towards the backyard of the massive mansion of the general.

Her brightly green coloured dress clacked against the warm gusts of wind, as she continued to strode piercing the wind without a sound. She preferred that specific shade maybe to disguise herself and to mingle among commoners.

Upon reaching the garden of backyard the brave lady glanced back to assure herself that no one followed her, and that she could proceed further.

The glorious Walnut tree was standing with it's branches spread in the air, as it grew tall in the corner of the boundry. The young lady knew about the secret tunnels or perhaps she made one herself.

Separating the branches by pushing to asides a hole came into vision, big enough for a cat or dog to pass through. The lady bent down on her knees first and then laid completely, to crawl over on her elbows.

As soon she crossed the wall, she heaved a sigh of relief but was unsure of how much it will last for, the youth hurried towards a certain direction.

[Clattering of people]

The lady cautiously walked through the alleys and passed the white houses on foot, hiding her face, and glancing back at times.

She knew her father, the general would be away for the 'Throne taking ceremony' of Prince Theon, and won't be back from the celebration as the mighty general in his fifties, would have to accompany the procession and then to attend the feast.

She was about to enter the market place when a strong hand gripped her wrist from behind, and half cautious and half frightened she ebbed to see the person.

"Owh! Adonis, you startled me. You idiot, you know my heart just stopped for a moment."

A young Adonis, in his mid twenties was standing in front of her, amused at her terrified expressions.

"Do not be afraid Adara, you know who else would dare to grab the hand of the daughter of current general in power, except me, this humble servant."

Adonis chuckled with lovely expressions coming on his face, as he did not let her arm loose.

"You peasant! Why are you so late?"

"I was caught with an urgent letter to deliver, and that mere thing caused the delay, my lady"

He bowed while placing right hand on his heart and pushing one leg back to bend a little.

"Oh! never mind, now let us visit the market. There will be huge celebration today for King Theon."

Adara never meant to insult him as he was the first man, she ever laid her eyes upon and loved with her whole heart, who was standing before her in ordinary clothes.

"Yes, I know you seldom gets a chance to sneak through that dog hole."

He giggled at first upon the later part but then laughed uncontrollably, witnessing Adara's angry pout.

As a disciple under general, Adonis held a high position and general's praise, thus known his daughter well and the ratio of having his chances with her were high, while living under same roof.

As the duo entered the market place which was already bustling with commoners and merchants, people chattering, whispers in air, clarinets filled with expensive fresh liquor, lovemaking voices of many duo.

Everything in the atmosphere was lively as people believed and placed their faiths in Prince Theon's reign, which they blindly believed would bring them happiness and make the kingdom prosperous.

The stalls were covered with brightly red cloth to serve as a roof for each, the stalls were decorated with golden and red lanterns which were placed there unnecessarily.

Two long rows were stretched as far as eyes could see, opposite to each other. Every stall consisted a whole lot of new items, that could attract every lady.

"You look beautiful today Adara, this new lip rouge you wore today, looks s-so good on you."

A faint blush graced his face as Adonis averted his stare which made Adara chuckle.

"You sure know how to keep your woman, Adonis. If you liked it that much then buy me a few more, the shades of your choice."

Adara's cheeks burned of red upon her spoken words, she strode fast leaving him behind in embarrassment caused from her own utterance.

Adonis hurried up and caught her pace, startled with her earlier innocent wish, he leaned in close to her ear.

"Sure, this man will buy you a bundle of things to keep as a token of our this lovely meet up."

The lovebirds strode towards the direction entering into the market, when Adonis slipped his hand into hers.
