Captain wakes up 100,000 year later

The crisis has struck the captain.

I've heard some explanations, but I'm not sure what's going on. I feel like I'm being interrupted just by saying something. We had to quickly raise an army and prepare for an attack by unknown enemies that had yet to unfold.

The arrows drop to the ground as the hexagonal force field generated by the Warhammer's fusion engine appears. The commander shouted louder as the Rangers panicked at the ridiculous defense power.

But how can an arrow penetrate the force field? When the villagers saw that, they cried out in tears.

The captain nods.

When the Empire Rangers caught wind of the situation, they let the runaways escape with pistols, one on each head. Soon after, the enemy Ranger is wiped clean.

Once the situation is settled, the captain raises the captain who is trapped in the ground. He couldn't tell if he was bewitched. I can't believe I saw one of the Empire's finest elites, the Rangers, being slaughtered in front of me.

"Villagers. Where is the permanent residence?"

"It's just north!"

"Plunder these Rangers' pockets and use them as a prop in town. I'll just take this commander with me."

The captain straps the commander to his shoulder, heads into the woods and toward the permanent residence.

Illuvelas is a region with more food than you might think. Although the land is not very fertile, farming is self-sustaining and there are not many monsters. The problem is that security is not good.

The captain never understood. The Empire Rangers are abducting people even near the Monastery, and bandits are running from every mountain pass along the route to the Monastery.

"What was the former lord like to make security like this?"

With the guard on your shoulders, the troublesome bandits surround the captain. The captain pulls out a nasty Warhammer behind his back. Then they startled, but did not try to back off.

"Whoa, take it easy, man. As you can see, we're 16 and you're alone. Looks like you're on your way back from a fight, too. Just like this. Almost every inhabitant in the village was an impossible Bandit Density without being a band of thieves. If we spread the net, there won't be this many bandits.
