The next morning Luke woke up due to multiple annoying notifications inside his head. The system wanted to inform Luke about mission completion and his reward. He was annoyed due to the constant notification dragging him out of his peaceful dreamland.

Seeing the reward, Luke was feeling giddy inside. Finally, he got his reward for hard work. He stood up from the bed, making Emily and Lingxi frown due to sudden loss of warm.

He ignored them and put on his clothes and went outside the inn to use the lottery ticket. He was excited to use the rare-grade lottery ticket finally.

'I can't wait to see what I will get from the rare-grade lottery ticket.' Thought Luke inwardly maintaining a smile. He greeted every passerby with a joyful smile making the other smile back at him as well.

He left the city and went toward the nearby forest and searched for a place where he can be alone. He searched for a while and found the perfect place.

After finding the right place, he commanded the system to use the rare-grade lottery ticket. He couldn't wait to use his rare-grade lottery ticket.

The system diligently performed its duty and used the ticket. Soon a notification appeared inside his head displaying his prize.

[Acquired 1x Rare Skill: Curse of Happiness]

Luke was confused about seeing the name of the skill, so he asked the system to give its description. He wanted to know more about this skill.

[Curse of Happiness: This is an extremely evil curse made by the Primordial Devil. It can only be placed on an unconscious/defenseless target successfully. This curse puts numerous microscopic parasites inside the target's brain, combining with it to control the dopamine level according to the caster's will. The host of this parasite will never be able to feel any happiness unless allowed by the caster of this inhumane skill. There is no way to detect and remove this curse other than using the legendary ability.]

Luke was shocked by reading the description of this skill. Even he had cold sweat all over his body after reading the description. This skill sounds just like an evil skill used by demons.

'What an evil skill. I'll be able to manipulate anyone after placing this curse. I hit the jackpot getting this skill.' Thought Luke inwardly with a wide grin outside. He was thrilled to get this skill from the lottery.

Then, he checked his available SP and noticed it is enough to buy another rare-grade lottery ticket. He felt that this was an auspicious day today, so he ordered the system to buy him another ticket and use it consuming his earned 10,000 SP.

The system executed his command dutifully. And, another notification appeared inside his displaying his reward. A weird fruit also appeared in front of him, floating in the air.

Luke was a bit disheartened after seeing this but got excited when he read the description of this fruit. The fruit was shaped as papaya with curly swirls all over it like a typical devil fruit. This fruit looked like a common devil fruit, but it hid mysterious power within it.

[Twin-Twin Fruit: This is a mysterious devil fruit that requires two people of the opposite gender to eat it at the same time to gain its power. Not much is known about this fruit except those who eat this fruit can eat another fruit and share each other's power.]

(A/N: Yeah, I took the idea of this devil fruit from another fanfic, but I really don't want to promote it. It was such a $hitty story that makes me feel frustrated, even thinking about it now. Besides, I already forgot its name lol.)

'That's a beneficial devil fruit. And, that's not all there is to it. We can gain even more special ability after eating this devil fruit. And the best is that both of us can eat other fruit and share each other's power.' Thought Luke inwardly looking at the devil fruit. He was glad to learn that he can eat another fruit even after having this fruit.

'Hey, System! Can I still swim after eating the devil fruit?' asked Luke curiously. He's a bit hesitant to eat it without learning more about the fruit and its demerits.

'Positive. The host is not in the One Piece world. Therefore the host will not be affected by water after eating the devil fruit. The water in One Piece world contains an additional special element in it, which is responsible for restraining the devil fruits, but there is no such element in another world. So, the host can still swim without a worry in this world but needs to take caution in One Piece world.' Answered the system in a usual monotone voice.

He felt relieved after hearing the answer. He was worried whether it was worth sacrificing his ability to swim for this fruit, but he thought it was worth it now. If only he was restricted in One Piece, then it is worth eating this devil fruit.

He put the devil fruit in his storage ring and headed back to the inn. He was humming happily on the way again, making the nearby people smile.

When he arrived back at the room, he saw the two beauties were sleeping with a silly smile while hugging each other. Both of them looked like they had a beautiful dream.

He let out a small smile watching this but remembered something which made him smirk.

He quietly made his way over to Lingxi and cast his recently acquired skill. He wanted to test his new skill on this innocent lamb.

'Curse of Happiness' said Luke inwardly casting the inhumane skill towards Lingxi.

A dark magic circle appeared in his hand, which summoned numerous magical microscopic parasites on it swirling, just like wind above the magic circle. They were all made of pure energy and moved according to his command. He played around with for a bit and felt satisfied.

He willed the parasites to enter Lingxi's head through her cute nose. Lingxi frowned a little feeling uncomfortable but soon dismissed it and hugged Emily tighter to sleep.

After they entered inside her head, all of the parasites attacked the part of her brain responsible for producing dopamine. Now, he can feel having total control over her dopamine level, making him smirk evilly.

'It works. I can control her happiness now. You can never be happy without my command, my little Lingxi hehe…' thought Luke with an evil expression. He was even more reassured of his plan after acquiring this skill.

Then, he woke Emily up and left the room with her to another one. He retold her every important detail making her ecstatic. She hugged him excitedly and kissed his lips.

Luke broke her kiss after a while and took out the devil fruit and asked her seriously. "Are you ready to eat this fruit? After eating this fruit, we'll be even more connected to each other."

Emily happily nodded, and both of them bit the fruit at the same time. Both of their faces sunk at the same time, tasting the most disgusting thing in their entire life that almost made them puke.

Both of them felt some unknown energy assimilating inside them and connecting them to each other spiritually. It's like they can feel each other even more clearly now. They can also think that they could use the other's skills now.

They both felt more connected to each other.

"Steal," said Emily, and a white sphere appeared in her hand, which turned into a beam of light heading towards Luke.

Luke was taken by surprise and wasn't able to react in time to stop the light. The light entered inside him, and something disappeared on his body.

Soon, the light returned back to Emily with his boxers in her hand. She held it tighter in her hand with a victorious smirk in her face looking at Luke.

Emily smiled at him, mischievously and said in a teasing voice. "Now, I can steal your undies as well, dear~ This is just a little revenge for always stealing my panty before hehe…"

Luke was a bit embarrassed, watching, and listening to her. He just sighed and asked her to give it back. Emily complied and returned his boxer to him, making him grateful.

Both of them left the room with a smile. Today was a great day for both of them.

'One more left to conquer.' Thought Luke with an evil smirk returning to Lingxi's room with Emily having the same expression.
