When Liang Xincheng returned to Beijing, it was the first snow of the year.

The car drove out from the underground parking lot and merged into the rolling traffic. No one spoke again. Xia Yuanhang turned his head to glance at Liang Xincheng who was beside him from time to time while driving, he hesitated to speak, Liang Xincheng stared at the slowly receding street scene outside the car window in a daze, not knowing what he was thinking.

Xia Yuanhang pulled up the hood of Liang Xincheng’s down jacket, wrapped Liang Xincheng around him and turned his head sideways close to him, kissing him on the lips.

Liang Xincheng finally smiled. He raised his hand to hook Xia Yuanhang’s neck, and opened his lips against him.

Their lips and tongues entangled, out of control, and the two of them were enthralled with each other’s breath and temperature, only ambiguous gasps and sticky water sounds remained in the confined space.

Twenty minutes later, Xia Yuanhang drove the car back to the main road again, turning the steering wheel with one hand, and clasped Liang Xincheng tightly with the other hand, rubbing each other’s palms.
