The owner is in Bangalore... You can send the rent through google pay ... It's a fully furnished 2BHK so the rent is 11K per month, the rent should be paid on 5th of every month... 5 months' rent will be taken as a deposit, so roughly you can give 50k as deposit... And most importantly brokerage commission for me ... The broker explained every single detail to the visitor

Can I shift my things now?? Visitor asked

Yes of course... But please pay the deposit or token amount before I hand over the key and the agreement... The broker pointed the rule no 1.

Okay... I will pay the half deposit now and the rest I will pay within a week ... Visitor said
