Chapter 1 - Enter!!! Kestrel Adams And The Rewriting Mist!!!

The days are boring as usual, gray sky, and humid air for it is the stormy season, and a storm is brewing. in New York city the big apple a baby is about to be born in a pure white hospital room. Of course this baby that is about to be born is none other than our kestrel, born to the extremely rich family the Adams. some people are born with silver spoons in their mouth, but not the Adams family. they own the factory that makes those spoon. when our MC m.a.t.u.r.es he wont have to lift a single finger to have anything laid at his feet, if fate was to play out normal as it should.

meanwhile 10 days from the present high up in the tenth heaven where the over seers of all look down on all the gods and mortals making sure everything keeps the balance as it should, the goddess of fate and the god of destiny sit in discussion.

"Brother im telling you humanity is still but a small seedling in this garden of a universe. they still need time to m.a.t.u.r.e before they take the next step in there evolution. if you go through with your plan all i can see is destruction."

the goddess then proceeds to erase something off the slip of fate with the divine eraser, an item capable of erasing the fates of mortals, planets, lower gods, and even the universe itself.

"sister my plan can only lead them to greater prosperity, you have to trust me on this. i know i really messed things up with the dinosaurs but that was only because of some small miscalculation. in order for new and stronger gods to rise up we need to have stronger mortals. while also showing proof that we are indeed watching them, in turn through the higher influx in worship we can nurture newer gods."

he then proceeds to once again write the fate of the mortals onto the holy slip. discussion soon turned into a heated argument between the two witch lead other god to view their bickering. these other gods where sweating slightly and worring about the future. this arguement between the two continued for ten days back and forth between the god writing and erasing back and forth. at the end of the argument there was a gigantic pile of eraser bits, crumbled papers, and sweat from the gods.

"Fine brother continue with your plan but know that this will lead to destruction of those mortals down there. i guess ill start making my own plans to try to leave at least a sliver of hope for the people."

the goddess picked up the paper, eraser bits, and scooped up some of the sweat and through it to the mortal world.

as those scraps feel down to the mortal world they mixed together into a potent mist and drifted into the hospital our MC was going to be born in. the mist condensed and went into his mothers room and seeped into her stomach severing her and the child's fate. but at the same time re writing the child's fate into something far greater.
