Crap, I Was Rifted

"So, what is it? You wanted to talk. So talk?" Azul looked at Tietra

"I want us to be together. Just, not their yet. I need time to find out things in my life. Just want to see if I can do something different this time."

"Go for it."

"That's it?"

"Yup."

"Not going to argue or fight me on it?"

"Nope."

"Why?"

"I have done enough of that already. I am trying my best to move on. If you want someone else, go for it. I will not be happy. I will not obsess over it either. I love you, still do even now. But that is just toxic to live like this. In case you didn't know, I was going to kill Shun over Riku. Still might actually. Just have to get it through my stubborn head all of you are different more or less."

"That is not funny." Riku stated.

"You are right, it's not. But I don't care. I am an asshole. This is my ship. I am the User not any of you. You can leave right now if you want. Any takers?"

"Are you serious?" Riku asked.

"Deadly. I do not want or need people who get in my way. The door is there if you want to go. No hard feelings."

"I am staying. Lots of fun to be had. I have checked the records. You are the first to pull me. All kinds of Samus Aran have been pulled. But never the me that stands before you. I am staying for better or worse."

"I am staying as well. Since you have consumed the part of Lucfier and taken the soul as your own, I have more clarity and feel like myself. I will do my best to get you to change your mind about killing me." Shun said.

"I am not going anywhere." Mileuda said. Her eyes soft on him wanting to say a thousand different things. A biotic strand going towards him alerting that something was not right in her World.

"I am your Krantt, so your stuck till I die. I will train those Krogan you get to the utmost of their ability." Ruma said. "As well as all Krogan you receive."

"Heh, I am your Matriarch. I will not be leaving. And if my sister's think they are, we just have to show them what's what."

"Oh, you gonna beat us by yourself?" Ruby asked.

"Nah, one on one I can. But he can beat you by himself." Hotshot smiled. "I may not be a Justicar anymore but I still have my training."

"I would like to see him try." Ruby said.

"Bwoom," a large area of biotic energy made her drop to her knees. It was from Azul. She looked over to see him just smiling at her.

"So rowdy, I am a bit sadistic. So careful." He smiled and released the hold on her. The others just stared and gripped their fists. They wanted to fight him right then and their. "We will fight later. Doctors orders. Besides take this chance to make yourselves a little stronger. I do not want to beat you to bad."

"Oh you are on!" Sapphire said reved up. "Time to get some training in." She dragged Hotshot away with the help of her sisters. "Show us this special training you received Lon Kuei or whatever it is."

"I still want to save my World. I need your helping to do that." Riku said hopefully. "Everything has already been set up. I think Yuna can calm you as well as get the nice guy in you out more."

"Will do. I gave my word after all. It won't go like last time. Maybe. Plus the aeons deserve to visit back home as well." Azul said with a force smile at her. 'I believe that is what they want really right now. That and something else.' His thoughts broke free from that as he focused back on the here and now.

"Well we still have a lot fighting to do, so I am staying." Tifa said jumping for joy that everything was done with. "I cannot wait to go to Mortal Kombat. So many fighters!"

"Oh yeah, there is that. I am going as well." Jaina said. "To visit Mileena's homeworld should be fun."

"I want to go as well!" Tiffany shouted. "I do not have to fight just want to go."

"Mileena is not their Azul. From what I can tell her soul was taken somewhere. That's all I can say." Galtea added. "Things are a good bit different this time however."

"Haa, figured as much. Only allowed so many wins." Taking a breath, he wondered what would be their this time. "We might gain some allies this time."

"So.. How about the elephant in the room." Candace pointed at Lettie on top of Azul. "Why has she appeared there?"

"Because I have no hangs ups." Lettie said opening her eyes. "Would you like to join me? He has the stamina and energy for more. Devils and Dragons go figure."

"Umm no. No thank you." Candace stepped back embarrassed. 'Adopted sister or not, they are way to close!'

"Anyway. Found away to help deal with my soul growing to big." Azul said getting everyones attention from Candace. "We will discuss after the party. Get with the Operator of your choosing to help you understand things a little more. If no more questions. Vacate my room and go have fun while you can."

Everyone walked out for the most part. All except Galtea Lluvia and Zelda. Lettie still laid on top of Azul like a cat.

"I will do a more support role while helping Zelda get ready for her Operators pre test." Galtea said.

"So you are stuck more with me. Is that a problem?" Lluvia asked smiling.

"Not at all. I have been trying to spend more time with you as it is. Least have a way to now."

"Sorry, just been busy taking care of some personal problems."

"Anything I can help with?"

"Yes. But no for now. You mister rest. I can handle it myself." Lluvia walked over and gave him a kiss on the cheek. She Rifted away instantly with red cheeks. Azul sent her a blast of feelings when she kissed him.

"Damn need to train it more." He smirked.

"Bye for now." Zelda waved from her spot. "You are not doing that to me." Galtea grabbed her hand and they rifted away.

"So just us now. What do you want to do?" Azul looked at Lettie who smiled up at him.

"S.e.x. I need more of it. Have a few centuries to make up for. Then we clean up and go to the party." Lettie said as she already got started. "Oh remember you have to meet with Lt Williams."

-A few hours later at a bar-

"Hey kick her asss. Your no... ur no fun commidatet." William's slurred.

"Easy there. Time to get you out of here." Azul said as he picked her up with Torbin's assistance. "I have a place not to far from here. We get her sober there. Heck, you to while we are at it."

"Hey, I had two drinks only," Torbin said. "But thanks again. Hell and for picking up the tab for the others. Taylor come on." He said angrily to her. "If you stay here any longer you might wake up somewhere unsavory."

"Right! Bye Kelly!" She waved at the Yeoman and went to help Tifa and Riku up with Ruma. "Cant very well know how you became so knackered."

"I am sober," Rayna said. Her legs said something else. They wobbled just a bit.

Exiting the bar they hailed a few shuttles. Up above in stealth was one there own shuttles keeping tabs. It didnt take long to get to the house in the wards upper area. Galtea bought plenty of space. It was worth cost considering the people he was going to have in the future.

As soon as everyone made it inside, Azul casted the spell. "Mental Cleansing." It hit them all just in case. Rayna suit beeped insistently alerting to get to the bathroom. "The one at the end of the hall!" Azul yelled.

"Wow, a drunk Quarian. Never thought I would see the day." Aurora said. "You playing babysitter Commander?" Her tone was angry, but she moved to help the others still. Removing clothing and helping clean up spittle on the faces. "Thought we get some "training" in."

"More or less." Azul said calmly. "He felt the need to celebrate. Also, I didnt want to say no really. Also, his cousin went a little to hard at the bottle." He pointed at William's who was drinking water like it was going out of style.

"Haaa, so much better. I should not have cut loose like that." Williams' took a deep exhale and relaxed on the couch. She gave a look around the room and saw the different species interacting with no problem. "Huh."

"What's up, Williams?" Azul asked.

"Just the line in the sand looks blurry," Willams said. "The good kind of blurry though. This is the most I have interacted with Xenos. I cant believe this level of.. well intimacy. God works wonders. Especially if this can happen with someone like you leading."

"Heh, it is harder than it looks. It helps there is a lot of space between everyone on the ship." Azul said. He thought about it nd realized there was fighting at times. But it was worked out through talks. When that didnt work.. a good fight in the lower deck of the ship worked. It worked last time and defintely would work this time he thought. "Things are just different for us is all. A lot more at stake."

"Right... the Rifting stuff." William's said suprising a few of the others. "I cant believe we almost died Thanks to Shepard's plan. Hell even with the safeguards.. My arm was mangled." Her biotics heated up a bit. Sending a wave of biotic strands at him."I trusted him!"

"Easy William's. I understand but... it had to be done. A lot of power was generated that allowed a bunch of people to live. Both human and otherwise." Azul tried to reassure her. "Everything went great I was told. You saved a lot of personnel. Only two casualties you and myself. Technically you lived just your life was wrecked."

"I dont care!" William's yelled getting most of everyone's attention. "You barely knew me and helped get me and Dr.Chakwas out of there. You knew what awaited you. You could have died! Hell you did die!" She stood up to her feet. It took her a bit to calm herself. "Now you have changed things coming back!"

"What do you want me to say Williams?" Azul said rocking back on the balls of his feet against the wall. "I lost people in the Citadel attack. I had to get them back somehow. Galtea knew that. As well as the Avatars. That's why they did it. Losing the people in my Nether World tore something inside me. I am healing I think. However, there is defintely something inside waiting to get free."

"Hah! The Avatars are literally embodied aspects of God. A living thinking thing that sits high above Worlds. That is crazy." William's started to simmer down after saying that. "Finding out our purpose is to keep evolving all across everything, it is scary. It scares me. But you.. you just accept it."

"Umm, yeah.. no I dont." Azul said shocking a few in the room. "I mean I do now, but originally I had a breakdown. A long one at that." He pointed to Galtea getting her attention. "She kept me saneish. I couldnt deal, so she found a way to make it work. My mind was bolstered and I had mental patches to make sure I didnt lose it. With my high synchro rating, I could have lost myself to my own mind. I needed a very weird approach to get back to normal after a few things I did. And the signs of what I would, do need correction."

"I also tortured you based on your mind to make sure." Galtea smiled. A weird grin on her face. "Just enough to push you but not break you."

"You did what?!" Riku asked alarmed.

"I used the method that he approved of in his own mind. Torture to make him realize everything that was happening was real. He was very stubborn in the fact he thought it was a dream at most times. So I spent the points to have him experience something that would hit home. That is the Operator's job. To find ways to make the User evolve, while not forcing the change in a way they are something else. But we do put them in unfavorable stories at times."

"And that was what?" Jaina asked brows raised.

"The entire destruction of Zanarkand. A little less than a 1000 years to get everything together. Well with a few upgrades given to him to help with that. His psycho power did the most in helping him understand. So it was well.. him helping him I suppose. That and the souls of the departed talking to him giving help as he used his soul power to send them on there way."

"You can send souls on there way?" William's asked confused. Seeing Azul's stare she had to know more. "So this System does this.. all for the sake of advancement right?"

"Yes," Galtea answered. "We call it growth. New World's are made this way that are pulled from there known space and planted in Rifts space at higher tiers depending on the advancement level over time."

"But it has to meet conditions. Some dont make it though. That is why the User was introduced." Lluvia chimed in. "There World is unique. It sprouted the ideas and concepts for our World. Giving shape to everything. The System which already existed of pure Cosmic energies met a living powerful creature and latched on to that. You could say the Big Bang of creation met the System. Which was God/Goddess and intermingled. For good and bad for righteous or evil it gave creation to the Operators. The Avatars gained ego and pulled away from the System with its permission."

"So the Avatars, despite that are both older than the Administration. But also came after them." Alita said. "But dont mention it really. It is a sore spot for some."

"So there is The System which is God or the ultimate Creator?" Williams asked. She saw them nod. "Then the Avatars aspects of different emotions to help influence things both bad and good." They nodded at her again. "Then the Administration which is made of the first Operators and a few Users that have ascended to that level?"

"That is correct. Which is far lower than it should be." Alita said. "However that is because of corruption from other parties who wish to lead."

"Alright." William's nodded. "Zelda over there has moved up to Operator status. Not many companions do that from what my soul is telling me. Then there are followers or created individuals who have the souls of those who have passed to allow them the chance to expereince Growth as well?"

"That is right," Galtea said. "You are the first human here to understand without being a follower yourself. Or having special circ.u.mstances. However, that could be due to your soul growing bigger and the memories."

"So rebirth for us." Cassandra pointed at her self and a few other Nether World inhabitants. "We come from all kinds of places. Which is really nice."

"Thanks, I think.." William's said thinking about it. "I am going to choose to take that as a compliment."

"It was a compliment," Lluvia added. "Not everyone has succeeded at it. Xenos as you put them, tend to be able to faster. It is due to there brain design as well as having a broader scope on things."

"So humans come up short because.. we are not open minded? That is crap." Williams looked at Azul.

"No, Ash," Azul said with a slip in his tongue. "Crap."

"Commander... did you.." William's said as she turned to him. "As a User, you watched my world didnt you? Or played it right?"

"Yea to both." Azul was caught unprepared a little.

"So what choices did you make?"

"I can only tell you I saved you on Vermine," Azul said shrugging his shoulders. He rubbed the back of his head. He did not want to tell her she was his first romance in the game. 'That would be super awkward for her I think. Ugh glad she was not a companion pull. That would have been... oh crap.'

"Why!? Despite that fact you didnt recruit me like you did the other woman. What's her name again?" Willaims said slightly angry. "Right the woman Miranda. The Cerebus operative. Hell, you were on there side originally. What changed?"

"I have to do things differently this time. Thus one of the reasons for me to return to the Alliance or work with the Council." Azul said giving her a shrug. "As for Miranda.. she decided to stay with Cerebrus to straighten it out. She is an ally though. At least that is what I want to believe."

"So not everyone from last time will come with you?" Williams asked.

"Tsk, correct. I have lost Mia, Mileena, Adon, Vergil and so many more I definitely dont want to talk about that avenue anymore." Azul said upset for the first time the talking started. "Pick something else to ask me."

"Right... sorry." William's said realizing that was not what she wanted to do. "The people you have at your side, they can leave right?"

"Yes," Azul said raising an eyebrow at her.

"Alright then." She looked to Lluvia. "I accept. I want to join."

"Alright," Lluvia said calmly as she extended her hand out. Ashley was then engulfed in light for an instant. She didnt change physically more mentally as her mind received access to the Auxilary System and its powers. As well as the different rules and policies Azul had in place. Which were not many compare to the other User's. But he was more ruff in his speech. "There, all done."

"Why did she implement it?" Tifa asked.

"Because she doesn't trust me much anymore." Galtea said "A bit of an argument between us is all. It will get solved soon I hope." She then looked to Azul who was looking Ashley over making sure she was ok. "It is about different methods and what way to best help Azul and everyone else."

"Yeah, but her emotions are so raw. I can feel them easily." Tifa said. "So I know Azul defintely can. Think he will intevene?"

"He already has. Now he is just waiting for us to to make a decision."

"What's that?"

"If we want to separate our interactions or just talk it out some more. He is willing to spend the points just to take us somewhere for that. I rather not waste the points." Lluvia shook her head. "He has pocketed a lot of points and stashed them away. I rather he keeps that stash building in case of an emergency."

"It is not a waste. Especially if I get you two back to the way you were before." Azul smiled at the two.

"Before, she was ok with what I was doing. She is Renegade what do you expect from me?" Galtea shrugged. "I am Paragon and you told me to focus on support."

"You are on support because you are better at it," Azul said walking over. "If you want to do like before, go for it."

"Nope." Galtea said smiling. "I like to support. So not changing. Besides we have more points as well as more money for everything thanks to it. She just needs to find her place more is all. Hell, she was good keeping you alive here. Maybe we should have her do it again in other worlds."

"I rather not," Lluvia said walking over. "For now I will play nice. However you," she poked Azul in the c.h.e.s.t. "You need to kill more things and sleep with more women. Check and develop more emotional ties with them while you are at it. Strengthen your bonds! Excite your soul more!"

"Ehhh easier said then done." Azul said looking away at the ceiling. Feeling her anger he looked back at her. "I know already. Just let me get back to it at my own pace."

"I meant with the ones you have idiot. Think about it. You dont have Sophia with you in Mass Effect. Aurora and Chari are to busy there as well. Hell everyone is to busy that are there. You need the intimacy to stay on track." Lluvia said poking him in the c.h.e.s.t again.

"Shit... your right." Azul said after thinking about it. The other him was keeping track on crew relations and spent more time working in his downtime. There was no time for anything else. "I need.. a damn it."

"We have that covered." Aurora said. "Two of my sisters have no problem doing that while they are getting treated. She points towards two of her siblings. "While they do that, they will talk to you about Asari culture and what to expect later. The crew won't care if they spend a lot of time with you, especially if they think you are just having s.e.x."

"We will be having s.e.x though right?" Ruby asked. "I am willing to." She licked her lips and looked at Azul like he was a snack. "You can feed me a little of your soul to take the edge off."

"Umm yeah." Azul said after shaking his head from the thought. He looked to Lluvia and saw her smile. "I swear it feels like you are trying to get me laid more than solving your issues with Galtea."

"My issues is with Alita. Galtea is just taking the brunt of it because it's her fault that I havent escaped that dragon yet." Lluvia said smirking. "Also I am trying to get you laid. As well get you more things to kill and wreck. User's bring destruction and change. It doesn't matter which order. Besides, let Galtea worry about your mental, Zelda for your spirit, Alita for your magic, and me for you physical and science."

Azul pulled the biotic strands off of her. He found out she didnt care if Alita died or not. In fact she only cared about Galtea in a very weird way despite being mad at her. As for Zelda, she didnt trust her. Something about her made Lluvia upset. With a small prick, he knew why. It was the fact he gave her his controls for deleting himself.

She wanted it. That way it could never be used by him. Feeling the biotic probe, Lluvia's eyes went wide as she stared at him.

"You..." She started to say. "Mmpf." She was muffled as Azul pulled her in for a kiss. Sending his reasons why as well as a lot of other things. Pulling away she smiled. "Ok. That was fine. You do that again and I will take you in front of everyone here." Lluvua licked her lips sensuously. For some reason way hotter than the Ardat Yakshi did earlier. "Ohh you would like that wouldn't you."

"Oh no, you dont," Zelda said grabbing her. "We have work to do you little Nymph. You have spirit training let's go."

"Fwoosh," with a little gust they both disappeared to another section of Azul's Nether World.

"Hehe, that was unexpected." Azul chuckled and saw to the side that Ashley had recovered.

"Ughh, that is a lot of info. I will go through that later more." She looked at Azul and grimaced. "The world of Warhammer 30k-40k, I want to go there with you. Humanity is not doing great there. That is the only place I want to go to with you for now."

"Alright. Earn the points. Study up on it more before going." Azul said to her encouraging her decision. "I see no reason to prevent that."

"Yeah, I bet." Ashley said pointing to his crotch. "No hanky spanky though. You have enough women I want to say. But your a dragon and that would be a lie. As well as a demon. Blasted Devil at that. I am working with a devil... Never telling the family about this."

"Umm right. Fair enough."

"Besides I have my eyes on someone already," Ashley said smirking.

"Who?" Tifa asked intrigued. "I dont think Angron is your type. Or can it be Shun."

"I dont know who Angron is. As for Shun, no. To much of a pretty boy." Ashley said looking the man over.

"Yeah, I hear yah. I like the brooding dysfunctional type myself. A tortured soul trying to get by. Well as long as they aren't trying to kill themself that is." Tifa said rocking on her toes.

"That I can understand," Ashley said walking to the kitchen. Tifa followed her and they started a conversation.

"Wow, that is so scary to watch." Hotshot said next to him. " That is such a weird human thing."

"Maybe that's a them thing," Azul said feeling a little bothered by her statement.

"Nah you do it two." Hotshot wrapped her hands around him. "So before I have to get back to work.. and you have to switch over. Care to join me in the Master bedroom?"

"Most certainly!" Azul said.

"Oh no you dont sister." Her sister Sapphire said. "You have to help us train. If you go and have s.e.x with him, you won't help us later."

"She is right Aurora!" Amethyst said with steel in her voice.

Three of her other sisters joined in taking her away. If it was just two she could get away no problem. But three and with there youngest nearby it wouldn't work.

"No!" Hotshot screamed as they entered the mag lift in the place. Heading to the training area again.

"Well, that.. bites," Azul said. "Hmm, I find it weird Galtea that you made it for me to open my relationship, but I dont get to much time alone still."

"Heh, they are all-natural responses though. I am working on a way to avoid that for you. However no luck." Galtea chortled. "Unless you want a living s.e.x doll by chance." Seeing Azul was quiet she hit him.

"Whack." A hard blow to the back of the head caused him to wince.

"Oww, what did you do that for?!"

"Because you didnt say no. You and Lluvua are always horny." Galtea pouted. "Is that all you think about lately?"

"Tch, whatever. No that is not true just there is a lot of it swirling around here." Azul thought about his next place, but before leaving he hit Galtea with a powerful biotic strand he had been saving up. "Your fault. Bye bye."

"Woosh," Azul left to his personal Nether World training area. He didnt leave his self in Mass Effect. He wouldn't have to with him leaving through the house.

"Why that little.. ugh.. oh.. ahh." Galtea m.o.a.n.e.d.

"Are you ok," Tifa said reaching for her.

"No.. stay.." Galtea managed to say before it was to late.

"Ahhh," Tifa passed out upon contact. Her Pather powers were to low and she fell on the woman.

"Ohhh get off me." Galtea m.o.a.n.e.d to no avail. Tifa and her started to bond and it was not enjoyable for Galtea. "Get off. Your life is your own." She fought to make sure Tifa didnt get lost in Yunalesca memories.

"Woosh," Quistis came and looked around. She didnt see her target but stopped when she saw the two on the floor.

"Oh dear." Walking over, Quistis pulled them apart and looked them over. They were fine. "Well, what happened?"

"Azul sent me a supercharged biotic strand," Galtea said. Her cheeks were still red. "Who would do that to a woman usuing wh.i.p.s?"

"Heheheh," Quistis chuckled nervously. 'That idiot husband of mine. I swear he is awful at times. But from looking at Galtea's appearance. It had to be a nice one. I wonder if he developed a new whip technique?' She shuddered at the thought.

"Ah, why are you here Quistis?" Galtea asked.

"Just wanted to come talk to him." She responded shaking her p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e thought away. "The full him about something is all. I won't be able to pop here so much in the future and talk unless he comes to visit. My health and all. So later."

"Woosh," the woman was gone just as fast as she appeared.

"Ah, what's wrong with her health?" Jaina asked coming in with a few bags from shopping around the Citadel. Ruma and the Krogan carrying the bigger bags and supplies. "Oh, we found the cookies you like Tifa... Is she unconsciousness?"

"It is a long.. well a short story." Galtea said lifting the woman up with her psychic powers. She placed her on the empty couch and helped Jaina put away the items. "So how are you doing?"

"Good. The grief counselor helped me deal with a lot." Jaina said closing the cupboard. She then spotted Riku and Ashley talking. "How long has that been going on?"

"Just 30 minutes or so. She was just talking to Tifa beforehand." Galtea said giving the woman a quick glance. "Glad she joined. More help is needed in that place."

"Right," Torbin said coming over. "I would join if the call of Chaos wasn't so strong. But I am working on it."

"Yeah, that is more important," Galtea said to the man. "That is how Azul's wants it anyway. He rather you did not have to deal with that."

"Suprised he hasn't forced him to go," Jaina said snidely. Catching herself she shook her head. "Sorry about that. I couldnt help think of Alistair and Alma. When he forced them to go after the church of Glabdos."

"Yeah well, at least he is doing it himself this time. Heck, he even took over a church and is even righting the place slowly." Riku chimed in. "He is trying Jaina. More so than I am anyway."

"Considering what you went through. I can understand your not wanting to be with him Riku." Jaina said. "Wiping out that entire race.. I cant let it go. Something like that is a little to much."

"That is why you are in counseling and limited to the few World's. No point putting you at risk."

"Yeah, thanks for that." Jaina nodded.

"Thank Azul. It was his idea. He wants everyone to take a slower approach mentally. If your base line is good and there is no choice however, I am sending you to work."

"I.. I.. see," Jaina mumbled. "Does he have access to our records?"

"Nope. He has full access when you arrive. After that, his medical training combined with the laws to companions and followers kicks in. Everything is sealed away and only accessible for medical reasons."

"That is great news," Jaina said before leaving. "I am gonna go work on some things. I will see you all later here for the party."
