Crap, I Was Rifted

-Fire Emblem Path of Radiance Deep within Serenes Forest-

Before Azul, a pool of water could be seen. A woman hidden in the background watched his actions. Slight green hair is seen every now and then. Down in the water was a cell. A woman one would think was an angel because of the long hair that flowed. She was a Laguz. A humanoid that could turn into a large animal.

"Help her, help them you have the power to do so." The voice came out sorrowful. It was pained more than anything. With little traces of rage mixed in. "Before its to late." The biotic strands in the chamber were more than he could handle. To peaceful and unnerving resigned to faith. Giving up at one moment, then rebelling the very next. "Save Lillia."

"Hmm, fine." Azul stepped in the pool and appeared in the cell with the Heron Lillia. He could feel the pain as Gawain and his future wife were running away. The woman hated to leave her friend behind but new they must. Azul formed right as the cell door closed. Lillia soul was struggling in fear of death. "Easy there. I got you." Picking her up, he started to heal her. In an instant, they disappeared back to the chamber.

"The first part is over. The second part is next." The woman reached her hands out sending energy to both of them. Her voice was more cheerful now and Azul received a bunch of new information that alerted him to who she was. Keeping quiet till everything played out, a calming sensation passed in his body.

"Why should I?" Azul said shaking his head. "Your blasted champion caused it. Her death triggers everything. Along with the Empress previously. You are the manifestation of the will of this world. You can do it yourself." The information was quite alarming about what the Begnion Senator did. Even more that he was an actual Heron.

"Surely you can figure out why Azul."

He looked at the woman and remember how she helped him last time. Remembering to not be ungrateful. He sighed in disappointment. "Alright, I understand. That is why you helped me then.. you knew something like this would happen. Or you knew I would go near someone to help. I am doing better because of it, so I guess I can help you. No, I should help you. Ah, that blasted Summoner and his cryptic words!" He remembers the talk he had with the old man in Final Fantasy X now. Talking to him would be a priority this time.

Zelda: The parameters and quest have change greatly. It is a bit of a doozy.

System: You are the King of Serene's forest. Both transformations into Dragon and Heron are available to you. You are to restore Begnion to its proper path. Apostle Yoram's soul is sealed inside you. Meshua, Misaha, have sealed themselves inside you as well.

"Save my daughter's," Altina said. Her hood came off revealing her to Azul. "This..." waving her hand the pool changed revealing a scene from Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. Laguz and Beorc killing one another. In the end no life remaining this time. "... is not what we wanted. My husband has lost his bloody mine with this stupid plan. If I knew the Goddess was that stupid, I would have killed her myself and allowed Yune to lead. A mistake was made."

"That is true. Heartbreak can mess a person up I guess. That and you two thinking it was a good idea to hide the branded nonsense." Azul did not forget to chastise the woman. "Especially since the Wolf Laguz and the others made it work for them in the desert of theirs."

"You are given the option to change it," Altina said smiling sadly. "Please do what you can."

'Zelda that is not that bad.' Azul gave Altina a nod as he focused on helping heal the Heron while talking to her.

Zelda: That is not the one I am talking about.

System: Undeniable request. Marriage

"Oh for the love of Pete. Good thing I have no problem with arranged marriages now." Azul chuckled. "Well, they will be stuck here so there is that. I doubt Tanith will leave anyway. Need to pull some male companions more and marry them off like stock. Have enough problems with women as it is. Well, actually a few good ones and others going through some things." He caught the sight of one of the parts. "What bird Laguz did I marry?"

"Her." Altina pointed smiling. "Lillia." The Heron already moving. Her legs were wobbly as she supported herself.

Zelda: These are the easy ones. Once they are done... the World will move in a new direction completely. You are in for a shock about how it will connect.

'In what way?' Azul asked a little in anticipation.

Zelda: There is another Laguz World of Fire Emblem. They will link in a way that you will have to take care of.

'Ehhhhh totally your Operation. Get Alita for backup on it.'

Zelda: Um.. ok.

"Good tidings my King," Lillia said to Azul as she disrobed getting from his hold completely after he grabbed to help her stand.. "I wish to do this now. The p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e of the flesh was denied to me in my life. I am ready. I will give all I can to you.. Beorc made Laguz."

"Woah, Woah, Woah!" Azul put his hands up in protest. "You are not emotionally ready. We can wait geez. Besides you are .." His voice trailed off as he saw her fill out to a healthy glow. "Nevermind that part. Let's wait till we get to know each other ok?" Azul backtracked a little. "I also have to inform the others about this." He shook his head in dismay a little. 'I feel slightly sick at that desperate look in her eye. I think I am going to barf mentally. She will do anything to live now. That is a type of broken she did not derve to experience. Have to find a way to remedy that.'

Zelda: I have already done so. Each of them has had the conversation played back to them.

"He..heh.. take it they are not mad?"

Zelda: No, they are not. Especially since you received a power increase. However they are ok as long as most of them stay here in this world. Except for Alita. She wants that dragon to come with her. Something for you to deal with in the future.

"Fine," Lillia said walking over to him. "We will wait togethor in the forest."

"Hehe," Alitna chuckled. "With the help of your "others", I have written you in as a Dragon. You fought on Yune's side. But stopped when she went crazy. Well, that is what the others will believe. You left and slept away from everything. You will wake up later in the forest obviously for the second time. The first time was saving her."

Zelda: That is the script I wrote for the most part. She rewrote only a little to suit Begnion's needs. Nothing that will interrupt the original script that Galtea made for you in Daein. With two of you at work, it should go well. Or better at least.

"Ugh.. wait so like just short of a 1000 years waiting." Azul rubbed his chin. "Second time I have done that.. well third now I guess. I am just racking up the years now."

"My King, several centuries to get to know you. You better not lose interest in me." Lillia pouted. The knowledge from the Auxiliary System must already went to work and opened her mind a little. That and not being dead most likely.

"I won't. I dont get bored that easy actually. Especially since we will be waking up and going back to sleep at times."

"As well as mating," Altina said as she sent them away. "Also I will wake you up in Begnion to go and rule a Duchy. I won't make it to difficult for you. I understand you are a man that likes to kill. Please protect my descendant."

Azul and Lillia arrived in the Sanctuary. Well in the past. He absorbed the time fighting instantly. Thinking of the time table, both he and Lillia talked. It took 300 years before she was really comfortable with Azul. Another 100 before she was sure she could deal with the death of her race. Dropping some points Azul set up to absorb all the souls of the dead Herons again. Lillia didnt know about it as Zelda said it would hurt the woman. With his higher abilities this time, it went more efficient and less was lost from the souls.

In the time spent, he talked to both Galtea and Lluvia. As they were the only ones who could talk to him at the time. Well, Zelda did to, but she didnt interrupt much. She spent her time on Hyrule studying very intently. Magic was constantly used that Azul had passed over mana wise to help her. Molding it slowly and carefully. It wasnt until Lillia went into a deep sleep for 300 years did Azul went to her. They talked and conversed and enjoyed her world. Lluvia and Galtea joined them there after 50 years. The remainder of the time they spent enjoying each other's company. When it was done, a large amount of understanding grew between them. Small ripples formed in his bonds with them.

The Thessia sisters joined him in the forest at one point. Just a piece that Zelda and Lluvia. They became Herons in this world. To help them understand harmony more or Order as Azul pointed out to them. They did not like the idea of playing a weak race. But the benefits to there mind and souls made them realize it was worth it. The full versions of them were in Mass Effect still. These versions were sleepers to help when things would get tough with the treatment. A backup plan if anything went wrong with the treatment. Or for when they joined the others in Warhammer 30k-40k.

Feeling a little restless, Azul shifted over to Kat one was finally waking up. The female Spartan was quite livid with him. Well the memories that she had of him in Halo: Reach anyway.

"Thanks for saving me at least!" Kat said. "Just wish you would have gotten there sooner." She stood up and started to excerise. Determined to get her body back in full control.

"Yeah, I bet," Azul smirked as he watched her work. A quick read let him know her body was good. It was absorbing small traits of mana to supplement itself. With a twist of his Overlord power, he turned her into a Vassal. "That should help as you train. Try not to get sniped again." He turned to leave her alone.

"F.u.c.k You!" Kat stopped and saw his leaving figure. "Get back here dammit!" Azul stopped and gave her a hard look. "Shit, what has gotten you all twisted up."

"Nothing I think," Azul paused in thought. "I have been training and talking for a while. Working through some things is all. I think it is resolved on my end anyway. Dreading going to a place since someone I cared for is no longer there."

"Oh." Kat had walked up directly yo his face. "Grow up p.u.s.s.y!" She sneered. "People die. You know this better than most. If you dwell on it with your powers and abilities, the amount of destruction you can do will be devasting. Defintely an insult to their memories."

"Hahahah you are right. That is why I get like this when I am alone for the most part. Dont want to look pathetic to much." Azul laughed and shook his head at her. "Anyway thanks for the old school pep.."

"Yum," Kat said pulling away. "Never knew you tasted good. We can f.u.c.k get some shit out of our systems. But one time only." She watched as Azul shook his head no. "What to chicken shit?"

"Not at all. Never do one time things with people you cant break away from. It is dangerous." Azul took two steps back. "Besides not into the whole one night stand thing. I catch 'feelings' as they say. Very easy with the way my powers work. Recover Kat, get strong again." With a wink, he shifted away.

"Haa, that was fun and unexpected." Kat looked a little daze for a moment. Turning around she looked at the area. A gold Rift opened and out walked Galtana. "If it isn't the boss lady herself. What is it now?"

"Charming as always." Galtana walked over and placed her hand above Kat. A small light left and entered her. "He has gotten so powerful. With that kiss, he sent an influx of magic into you. Your healing on the spiritual level even faster now."

"Well, that is good. Right?"

"Yes, it is." Galtana eyes had a pained look in them. "Just hope everything goes for the better. Will you continue the agreement?"

"Of course. Protect him at all costs. Make sure he keeps his soul strong for the future." Kat gave her a nod and a salute. Galtana reached out offering a blue pull to her. "Thats..." She looked at the Administrator in fear a little. "Why does it feel familiar?"

"A Loyalty Pull. If you have doubts of any kind, place this inside you. You will know instantly the lengths he has gone for you and your people." Galtana turned to go back into a rift. "He originally went to Halo: Reach in his regular timeline. He died. His soul there was not allowed to return with the information as it for one, died without him awakening. Two grew to powerful. IF fused back with him at the time, he would have waged a dark twisted crusade against Xenos."

"That cant be... true. From the information, I have as well as that from what the Operator placed in his file it cant be true."

"Your memories are sealed in there. Take them in right now if you want." Galtana said coldly as she stepped through the Rift and left.

'Scary old bat!' Tossing the blue pull in her hand, curiosity got the better of her. She placed the pull inside. "They always said, curiosity would kill the Kat.' She smirked taking the memories in first. The feelings and direct knowledge would follow after. "Oh, shit! He is a monster in the making. Oh, man, I married the goofball in secret." Kat smiled despite herself. "Ah well. That was that me. I am going to enjoy things first before talking to him about it. But first this body needs upgrades." She then started to spend her points on boosting herself up. She also purchased her teammates from out of the shop that were available.

"Bwoom," The Trickster appeared out of a Rift and looked at her. With a wave of his hand, the knowledge poured into her.

'Galtana you were to hasty. No need to ruin your friendship with this companion.' The Trickster started to do more but stopped. 'No this is there choices at work. I should go pop in on Azul. Think he is getting restless.'

'I should take this slow. I need to talk to Lluvia and Galtea about some things to help.' Kat felt her head had cleared up from the memories she took in. With a Rift opening, she went to speak with the two Operators.
