Crystalline Universe: Team Fortress 2/ Overwatch

In the world of time, nothing can be at a hold, the event will still move on no matter how much you want them to stop, the flow of time will continue even if you run to the end of the globe and fate will keep doing its work.

The same logic cannot be understood for CR-455.

At a very young age, he dreamed of becoming an absolute ruler, ruling over the planet as he enjoys the sunrise of his achievement. Because of his politically influential family, his father was eventually targeted by Sniper for being a nuisance to Talon. The day when Sniper came to finish his father off, the young boy stood and watched his father being murdered in cold blood. A normal child of his age would have cried, grieved or become scarred for life but unlike the others, CR-455 admired Sniper.

When he reached teenagehood, he went out of his way to find the man responsible for his father's death. He did so because he saw Sniper as the only way for the kind to future he wanted and eventually joined the assassin.

Today, he had a chance to make his dream come true or lose it all to the young man that stood in his way.

*In the present

[CR-455, while chopping down toward Mike's neck] - "Die! Mike! You won't take away what I worked for my entire life! "

The hit landed on the young man's neck but no damage was applied on the armour.

[CR-455] (in shock) - "Wha... What? Impossible! I... I... I killed you! You should be dead! "

In anger, CR-455 threw a barrage of punches on Mike's body to no avail. No damage was done, the young man's armour was totally fine without a scratch.

[CR-455] (In rage) - "Fuuuuuck! What the f.u.c.k.i.n.g hell is this! "

[CR-455] - "Time shall resume! "

Mike barely felt CR-455's attack and stood up facing his opponent as nothing happened.

[CR-455, while pointing at Mike] - "You little shit! What did you do? "

[Mike, through the helmet's speaker] - "Aaaah! So you realized what happened. Not bad for a pig's brain like yours. "

[CR-455, by grabbing Mike by the neck] - "Tell me what did you do! "

[Mike] - "I only made this fight fair at once. "

[CR-455] (pissed) - "Don't f.u.c.k with me, boy! I can kill you anytime I want! "

[Mike] - "You taught me the "wrap myself in a protective energy bag using my crystal" technic. Since energy conserves itself around me, even in stopped time, you won't be able to kill me since our powers are equal. "

[CR-455] - "It's impossible! You can't create an energy field, that's impossible! "

[Mike] - "We are the same type of crystal user, we can both do what the other does! "

[CR-455] - "Except that you cannot stop time! "

[Mike] - "It's true but it's useless for you to stop time now, we are in a stalemate. "

[CR-455] (in a rage) - "You son of... "

Before CR-455 could finish his phrase, Mike launched himself toward the executioner with a punch. With a quick counter, CR-455 blocked the attack and with his knee, tried to attack Mike from below.

With a quick backup, Mike dodged himself from the strike and with an energy-charged fist, stroke CR-455 on the face, breaking part of the executioner's helmet.

The two both charged their punch with energy at the same time. And with both sides sending barrages of punches, the two of them soon engaged in a punching deathmatch.

The first one to outsmart or outmatch the other will be the winner considering that every time their fists clash one against another, shockwaves sent to the soil caused the ground to tremble as there was an earthquake.

[Mike, in his mind] - ("Kadyn, I will live for you, I promise I will win and come back to you. I won't leave you on your own ever again. ")

[CR-455, in his mind] - ("Die! You son of a dog! WHY THE F.U.C.K WON'T YOU DIE! ")

In a clever maneuver, CR-455 launched an energy attack where his fist didn't land on Mike's abdomen in surprise, causing the young man to spat out another puddle of blood. Mike, in another smart move, rapidly stabbed a hole in CR-455's lungs by concentrating all of his energy on one finger.

Being the bastard he is, CR-455 quickly healed his wound with the use of his power, leaving Mike the only one to be injured in the fight.

Both men are exhausted from the whole struggle, Mike was constantly bleeding, causing him to lose more and more of his stamina. On the other hand, CR-455 was dying from fatigue as the air he takes in his body can't even keep up with his pace anymore.

[CR-455] - "Time paranoia! "

As time stopped moving around him, the executioner laid on the sky while recovering his strength. After the long-needed rest, CR-455 was ready to fight once again as Mike stayed exhausted.

[CR-455] - "Resume time! "

Time once again resumed as CR-455 launched another barrage of fists on Mike. The young man now weakened from his fatigue and blood loss, had to endure another one of CR-455's attack head-on.

[Mike, in his mind while exchanging punches with CR-455] - ("I must not give up! I must not give up! Kadyn, I will be back for you! ")

*Inside the mothership

[Kadyn] - "Darling, don't give up! "

[Dane] - "Don't let that bastard have his way, come on, you can do this! "

[Bernhardt, with a lunatic look] - "Keep him alive so I could harvest his organs, transmute him and torture him! "

[Aleksei] - "What? "

Everyone inside the room turned their heads toward Bernhardt with questions.

[Bernhardt] - "That's not what I mean, I mean he's the bad guy so we gotta make him suffer... F.u.c.k! Forget what I just said! "

[Kadyn, in her mind] - ("Please survive, Mike, it's my fault for putting you in this position... I'm sorry! Please survive! I wish nothing more than seeing you safe and sound. ")

*Back inside the midst of the fight

Mike retreated bit-to-bit from CR-455's attacks as in his state, dying from a hemorrhagic shock was progressively more and more likely. 21% of his blood already left his blood vessels and on top of that, more fluid keeps on leaving his body as he fights. His vision soon became blurry and his skin became pale. He can barely keep on fighting but his heart kept him going, he knows that the people he befriended and Kadyn trust him and he knows that he's the last man that still stands a chance against CR-455.

[CR-455, while pushing on Mike's position] - "What's wrong? Why can't you keep on going? Hahaha! Are you gonna die from blood loss before I kill you? What a shame, Mike, I thought you would be tougher than this! "

[Mike] (in a weak voice) - "Screew you... Son of a... (breaths) ... "

[CR-455] - "You can't even speak properly! Where's that sharp tongue of yours, huh? "

As Mike dropped his defence due to his lightheadedness caused by the bleeding, CR-455 used this instant to destroy the young man's communication system with a charged punch.

[CR-455] (in a lunatic voice) - "I want your loved ones to witness your death in silence. "

*[CRACK]

In a cold sweat of panic, CR-455 realized that one of the crystals on his arm was smashed in pieces.

[Mike] - "I've always wanted to become an actor before I was forced into becoming an assassin by Sniper. I was weak from my hemorrhagic shock but my heart did not give up even once. I acted like I was to the point of collapse but when you punched my communication system, I used all my power on one of your crystals. Crystals may not be affected by other crystals but if they are being overpowered under a user's control, they will break! "

[CR-455] (in a panic) - "No! This can't be happening, this can't be real! "

[Mike] - "I promised my wife I will be back and I will go back! With one less crystal, you are now considerably weaker than me. I won't hesitate to smash your face to a bloody mess, pee on it and look at it as it roots away, you son of a colossal shit! "

[CR-455] (in anger) - "I won't just give up like this! I too, I have a dream! "

Suddenly, after stopping time, CR-455 appeared in front of Mike holding Kadyn in his arms.

[Mike] - "Kadyn! "

[CR-455] - "If you dare come close to me, I will blow her brain out! "

[Mike] - "You jumbo Giga son of Hitler, Stalin and Sniper in a cl.u.s.terf.u.c.k. I promise you that you will die the most painful way a living being could die from! "

[CR-455] - "Now, I will punch you and if you defend, I will f.u.c.k her up! "

[Mike] - "YOU... "

Mike was suddenly punched in the face by CR-455 using his power.

[CR-455] - "I'm gonna punch you little by little up until you die! "

*Inside the mothership

[Dane] - "I can't contact Mike, this isn't the real Kadyn, this is a dummy made by CR-455 from other people. "

[Bernhardt] - "Kadyn, do you have a plan... "

[Bernhardt] (in confusion) - "Kadyn? "

[Aleksei] (in surprise) - "She's gone! "

In a hurry, Kadyn ran inside the hallways, pushing around the people that get in her way. She hastily made her way to the ship's roof where she exited from a hatch to the cruiser's surface. Grabbing the sniper rifle she took with her, she aimed toward CR-455's position.

*between CR-455 and Mike

The executioner kept on sending low-powered punches against Mike's body, to which, the young man stayed unresponsive.

[CR-455] - "I could've thought of this sooner! Hahaha! Look at you, a fool that... "

Before CR-455 could finish his sentence, two shots hit the fake Kadyn through the head. In shock, both men looked toward where the bullets came from.

[Kadyn] - "Your stupid dummy looked nothing like me! "

[Mike] - "Kadyn! God damn it! "

[CR-455] - "Well, well, well... "

Mike in a dash, rushed toward Kadyn's position where he hugged her in his embrace.

[CR-455] - "Time paranoia! "

After the time stop, CR-455 approached the pair.

[CR-455] - "How unfortunate, I wanted to keep you alive long enough to see your husband's demise. But I guess your end has come too! "

With a charged punch, CR-455 smashed Kadyn on the face but did no damage.

[CR-455, in his mind] - ("F.U.C.K! He managed to apply that protection spell over her too! ")

[CR-455] - "If you are strong enough to protect yourself from my power then I think I know a way to kill you! "

With the use of his ability, CR-455 grabbed the huge metallic cube formed from the battlecruiser. And with a reshape, reformed the cube into a huge metallic spike.

[CR-455] - "If you can resist to my attack, let's see if you can hold on against my power and this thing's weight! "

All of sudden, to the executioner's surprise, Mike's fingers suddenly twitched in stopped time.

[CR-455] - "It doesn't matter! Move as much as you can before you die! "

While dropping the colossal triangle's apex on Mike's head, CR-455 launched a barrage of charged punches to the spike's mass. Punches after punches, CR-455 screamed in joy as he felt his dream coming closer to reality.

With a final charged punch, CR-455, at last, managed to plant the entire pyramid into the ground along with Mike and Kadyn.

[CR-455] (in joy) - "I did it! I'm now the true emperor of the world! No one can stop me now! Hahahahahahahahahaha!!! "

Suddenly, the sound of a cracking crystal can be again heard by CR-455. In fear and panic, CR-455 did not even dare look down on his forearms.

[CR-455} - "Time has stopped... It's impossible... he can't be alive, isn't he? He can't move... "

With a precautious look on his forearm, CR-455 could not hold his tears back as all the 7 remaining crystals on his arm showed signs of damage and some of them even starting to show cracks on their surface. The executioner froze, no being able to believe his eyes.

[CR-455] (in disbelief)- "Impossible! My... my crystals... they only cracked because I used them too much... Right? My dream surely came true, Mike is dead! "

[Mike] - "Dreams don't exist, even I, myself, only ever believed in fate and reality. "

CR-455 turned his head only to see Mike holding Kadyn with one arm in front of him.

[CR-455] - "No! I killed you! You can't be alive! This is not reality! I don't deserve this, I worked for my entire life for this. "

[Mike] - "This is [Requiem]! My emperor Star's wind requiem is fueled by the raging solar wind, glowing with a power greater than any sun that ever existed while singing the requiem of my enemies! "

By moving his hands and then his body, Mike entirely broke free from CR-455's time stop, destroying the executioner's crystals as they shattered into thousands of pieces.

The helpless CR-455 can only watch as his future crumbled in front of him.

With the annihilation of his crystal, the world around him broke out of the time stop as well.

[Mike, while pointing his finger at CR-455] - "You have been judged... You bloody piece of shit in emperor's clothing! "

With 2 charged fists, Mike launched himself forward all the while pummeling CR-455 with a barrage of punches. With a few well-placed punches on the executioner's face, Mike started by reconstructing the entire structure of the man's face. Then, with a few painful kicks, broke all the bone in CR-455's legs followed by smashing down his ribs one by one up until his rib cage was left in a mush of broken skeleton. Finally, with one last strike, the executioner was sent flying in the sky while blood gushing out of every opening on his armour.

[Mike, while mimicking a gun with his finger] - "Boom, headshot! "

[Kadyn, while giving a kiss on Mike's face] - "You did it... (in tears) You did it, Gio! "

All of a sudden, to the pair's surprise, CR-455 flew in front of them while slowly recovering from his injuries. In a rage, Mike raised his fist, ready to give another beatdown.

[CR-455] - "Stop! I surrender! "

[Mike] - "Did you seriously think I would spare your life? "

[CR-455] - "My faction needs a leader! If I die, the world would be plunged into total chaos! "

[Mike] - "Don't say shit just like I would care! "

[CR-455] - "Just like Sniper, you are gonna kill me? You want to do what is right, don't you? "

[Mike] - "Then give me a god damn reason why I should f.u.c.k.i.n.g spare your pig life! "

[CR-455] - "Sniper, you don't wanna lose yourself in your rage, don't you? Just like when you killed Sniper, you snapped! You don't wanna lose everything because you killed someone, right? "

*Aboard the Talon super battlecruiser

[Crewman] - "Captain! Look! CR-455 has lost! "

[Captain] - "We need to help him... We need... Fire! Fire all the weapon at Mike and the Overwatch fleets. "

[Crewman] - "What? But sir... "

[Captain] - "Do it! "

[Crewman] (seeing no other option) - "Fire all the cannons at Mike and the Overwatch fleet! "

The Talon fleets soon regrouped behind CR-455 and after aiming their weapons, released all their firepower on the enemies.

Mike stood under a barrage of cannon blasts and in a misunderstanding, thought that CR-455 was the man responsible for this attack.

[Mike] - "I think that even the devil would find you to be a disgrace... A failure from the start, a snake then and now a dumbass under a guillotine. "

[CR-455] (understand his current position) - "AAAAAAAAAAAARGH! "

[Mike] - "Hell's Crimson! "

As CR-455 screamed in hate and anger, soon, the scream of pain was added to the mix. On a molecular level, the executioner's ADN was all torn appar piece by piece. Soon, CR-455 was turned in a goo of blood by molecular disintegration along with his fleets and his men. In the end, only the Talon cruisers' metallic dust and small puddles of men remained on the soil.

Finally, nothing was left to stay, the fight was history and only the memories remained in the soul of those who lived.

In a hurry, Mike quickly calculated the distance between him and the Overwatch mothership.

[Kadyn] - "Mike... It's over let's go and we'll fixe your injuries. "

In a fierce throw, Kadyn was thrown toward the cruiser and landed softly on the ship's surface. After getting up from the ground, Kadyn suddenly realized that Mike was no longer there.

[Kadyn] - "Mike! Mike! What happened? Mike? "

Looking from the ship's edge, she quickly realized that Mike fell from the sky to the ground, crashing into the soil.

Mike lost too much blood and before passing out, he calculated if he could make it back to the cruiser but realized that it would be too risky so instead, he chose to save Kadyn first.

[Kadyn, while reaching out her arm] - "MIKE! No! Please no! "
