Damn, I'm Wreaking Havoc

Chapter 8 - Young Spirit

Aww damn it! Looks like I passed out again.

That was the first thing that crossed Javar's mind.

What he saw was the same room as the room two days ago. The room was a medical room. There were many mattresses lined the room. Each mattress, has a small table and a chair beside it. The small table was useful for placing food and drinks.

Javar paid attention to the surroundings. He was a little difficult to see the surroundings because of the dark conditions of the room. Only the light from the moon illuminated the room. But even so, he could still saw the surroundings.

There are two patients laid in bed not far from his bed. However, only he had awakened from the bed. On the small table next to his bed there was also food provided for him.

Hmmm. Looks like someone brought us here after we passed out. Is this Mr. Rovel's doing? In my opinion, this is Mr. Rovel's doing. Next time I'll make sure not to faint again.

"Hoi Ajie, Izan. Wake up, wake up." Javar called with soft voice.

"Hmmm ... soon," murmured Ajie. Ajie remained asleep even though he answered Javar's call.

Looks like they were tired like me. I better not disturb their sleep.

Javar also ate the food provided for him. His stomach felt hungry after he ran all day. His whole body ached. His muscles were difficult to move. It seems like he was really exhausted from running around the whole kingdom.

without care about Ajie and Izan, Javar ate alone in the medical room.

Ting ting ting.

The sound of the spoon touching the plates was heard clearly. Javar was eating well.

Hearing the voice, the two friends woke up. With a half-conscious condition, they tried to sit on their bed.

"Oi, you guys are awake," said Javar while continuing to eat the food on his plate.

Ajie and Izan spontaneously looked at Javar.

"Hey, where is my food?" Ajie glanced to the right and left. "Did you eat it, Javar?"

"Are you blind? Look next to you. That's your food!" Javar slightly raised his tone.

"Ah, it's so dark here. Even the food next to me isn't visible," said Ajie

"Oi, hurry up and eat your food and go to sleep," Javar said.

Hearing Javar's words, Ajie and Izan immediately ate their food.

After they ate their food, they fell asleep. They did not had the energy to joke that night.

.

In the morning, they woke up with body aches. Their whole body ached. Even lifted their legs feels heavy. They intended to go to the field front of fighting class. However, before they separated from their respective beds, they saw a letter on their small table.

They opened the letter. The author of the letter was Mr. Rovel. The contents of the letter said that they must rest today.

Seeing this makes them a little relieved. It would be very unreasonable if Mr. Rovel told them to practice in this body condition.

That day they rested. All they did was eat - sleep - eat - sleep. Fatigue slowly disappeared from their bodies. They recovered quickly.

The next day, they returned to their usual activities. They headed to the field front of fighting class, a place determined by Mr. Rovel. But as usual, they had to wait for Mr Rovel to arrive.

"Will he be late again this time?" Ajie said.

"Hey don't ask me." Javar shrugged his shoulders and hands.

"Can't you come from the future and tell us when he will come?" Ajie sighed.

"Have you forgotten? My strength had been lost. And who would want to do such a thing?" Javar sighed too.

"Ah ... the old you are more useful. Now how do I know the future?" Ajie rolled his eyes.

"Hey hey, what did you say?" Javar eyes bulgged

Ahhh it looks like it will start again. Izan thought.

What Izan tought, actually happened. They fought like dogs and cats. No one wanted to budge.

It seems like they were doing this to pass the time.

Izan just silenced to see them fight.

Shortly afterwards Mr. Rovel arrived carrying a small bag without regard to the quarreling that was happening.

"Morning children, training will now be a little different," said Mr. Rovel,

Mr. Rovel took a few things from his small bag. The objects were a vest and some ribbon.

"Now, try to wear this vest on your body and tie this ribbons to your wrists and ankles." Rovel said while giving the items.

What Javar, Ajie, and Izan feel was heavy. That's right, that thing was heavy. Although the objects was not as heavy as yesterday's objects, but the object was still heavy. At least the objects had a weight 10x lighter than the gray one.

However, what happened if they continue to use the object? Would their bodies got tired quickly? Would they be able to did their daily activities as usual?

"Have you finished using it?" Mr Rovel asked the boys.

"Yes, sir," they answered in unison.

"Alright, from today you will continue to use it during training. You can only remove the item when you go to the toilet and sleep. Apart from that, you must use that things. This training will make you stronger every day. As long as you don't give up, I believe you will become strong. "

Hearing this made their eyes lit up. The fire of spirit in their bodies exploded. Nothing can stopped young spirit. For the sake of strength they were willing to do anything.

"Now, you run around the kingdom. As usual, you must return here before sunset," Rovel said with firm tone.

"Yes, sir!" they answered in unison and with enthusiasm.

They ran around the kingdom.

They did the training for a whole month. Every time they finished running, they fainted. Therefore, they had a schedule of 1 day to practice 1 day rest. This was very effective for the development of their bodies.

Every time they ran, they added new ribbon to their body parts. Until the last day of training running around the kingdom, they used nine pieces of ribbons on each of their arms and legs. They also wore three layers of vests on their bodies. This made people curious when they see it. The three of them became the topic of conversation throughout the academy.

.

One month had passed since they first ran. As usual, they gathered in the field front of fighting class. While they were waiting for Mr Rovel to arrive, the other students watched them. Javar, Ajie, and Izan began to get used to it.

Initially they felt uncomfortable because they became the center of attention. They, always looked back the students to intimidate them. However, instead of paying less attention to them, even more people paid attention to them. Finally, they gave up on that.

Today was like any other day. Ajie, Javar and Izan could not predicted Mr Rovel's arrival. Sometimes Mr Rovel came very early, but sometimes Mr Rovel came almost in the afternoon. The longer they practiced with Mr. Rovel, the more they understood Mr. Rovel's behavior. Sometimes he was late because of the p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e of reading books. Sometimes he arrived too early because he was bored with the book he is reading.

Even so, they still came after sunrise. Their enthusiasm didn't made them surrender to Mr Rovel's behavior. Even though sometimes Ajie can't held back his frustration because he waited too long.

Today Mr. Rovel arrived early without bringing anything. He came with his usually outfit. White robes with red patterns and black cotton pants were his favorite clothes. Mr. Rovel came smiling at his students.

"Good morning, children." Rovel waved his hands.

"Good morning," Javar, Ajie and Izan answered in unison.

"This time you will see the results of the month-long training. As usual, you run around the kingdom. However, you don't need to use the objects. You have to run at your maximum speed. Nobody paused before you return here," Rovel said in a firm voice.

"Are you ready?"

"Yes, sir!" they puffed out their c.h.e.s.t.

"Now, start!"

They ran with their maximum speed like what Mr. Rovel told. What surprised them was that their bodies were very light. They ran very fast. They can ran four times faster than their usual running speed.

Usually they ran around 10 hours to reach the academy. But now they only needed 2.5 hours to reach the academy. With such running speed, they did not felt tired at all. Usually they will started to tired after they ran for 3 hours. However, now they didn't need that long. They only needed 2.5 hours to complete one full round.

"How? Do you feel something changes in your body?" Rovel asked all his students.

"Our bodies are very ;ight," Ajie said.

"We don't feel tired," Javar said.

"We are getting stronger," Izan said.

"Hahaha ... now do you believe what did I say?" Rovel said.

The three of them nodded their heads.

"All right then. Now you can learn ancient techniques," said Mr. Rovel with flashing eyes.
