The way to the girl's apartment was the longest for me in my life. Not because she lived far away, no, distance doesn't make any difference to me. Faces full of despair and sadness. And the sight they saw when they saw that I was holding their dead daughter in my arms. He hurt me more than anything. I'd rather die than experience something like that again.

The girl's parents ran up and took her from me. And they both stripped the girl's body from both sides and lamented and despaired. The sound of my parents' despair deeply touched me. Tears kept coming, but I couldn't look them in the eye. It was my fault and nobody else. in a situation where reaction time was important. I have failed, I have fallen. like I saved other children. What's more, I wiped Batman's nose, showed the real side of the fight with the villains and in addition I managed to date my girlfriend. But despite all this I lost, I lost permanently.

When I couldn't stand it any longer, bear the sight of despair my parents feel. I looked at them and this sad situation one last time and said.

(Krius)-It's my fault ........ I didn't make it on time .... forgive me.-I said in a sluggish, sad, indistinct voice.

As soon as I said the word, I turned slowly toward the exit from the apartment. And when I was about to leave the living room, the man's hand grabbed my arm and stopped me.

(Girl's father)-You avenged her !! You punished the one who did this to her!!!

Saying this, he looked at me, his eyes swollen with tears, full of despair and sadness.

I looked at him, which was quite an effort for me. Because of the shame I felt at the time, but I did it anyway.

As soon as I left the girl's parents' apartment, I felt uncomfortable and sick. I'd better go back to the hideout and rest.
