"Are you sure?" Pooh asked hesitantly. Currently it was 4 months after he had unveiled his 3 projects. His 3 projects had sweeping changes for every person living within the tribe. The plants that he had grown and showed the effectiveness of were now in high demand! The councilors that dealt with the troops immediately understood the impact of the black syrup and the floating juice. Once again, Pooh had cemented his legacy and his prestige within the tribe, and one would be hard pressed to find someone who had a negative opinion about the bear.

The 10 Councilors all nodded their heads and then, one by one, bowed while placing their paws upright, with their head facing toward the ground. This was the sign of total submission. Pooh was shocked and looked back nervously at the chief.

The chief nodded and said,"As my successor, it is your duty to dismiss the previous 10 and collect your own talents. This is the ceremony of total submission and recognition. Even I was not deemed worthy by all 10 of the councilors upon my first try."

Pooh gulped a little and then continued on with the ceremony. Pooh closed one of the councilors' open palms and said,"You have served your people well, rest now and enjoy the fruits of your labor!"

The councilors then did a single bow while still not viewing Pooh, replied,"As his majesty commands!", and slowly walked out of the tent.

Slowly over the next 10 minutes, Pooh accepted and dismissed the 10 councilors who had aided the previous king. It wasn't like Pooh was killing them, he was simply sending them to retirement, which they were actually pretty happy with.

The chief had told Pooh about this a few months back. In the eyes of the chief and the councilors, they have done everything they could do, and now their job is complete. It is now time for the new generation to arrive to power.

Who else should start the process besides the bear with the most respect in the history of their tribe! Pooh was a natural leader, even though he never truly felt like one, and people followed his words like they were law. Now, his words are really about to become law!

Soon, all 10 councilors were dismissed and only Pooh and the chief remained standing within the medium-sized hut.

The chief then said,"Come and step up to the podium!" His commanding voice echoed a thousand tales of valor and glory within Pooh's heart. The chief was not powerful compared to those who will follow him, but he was immensely important and fought against the rapidly growing strength of the wild with fearlessness. It could be said that without this chief, and his prowess and wisdom, the bear tribe might not exist at this moment in time!

Pooh stepped up onto the podium and then took a knee before the chief.

The chief, in a magnificent and thundering display of his might, commanded,"As the chief of our mighty bear tribe, I Hereby pass the council and its duties to you. You shall inherit the title of chief from this point forward! Do you accept this duty?!"

[System: Do you wish to accept chief Baloo's inheritance and succeed him as the chief of the bear tribe and its council?]

Pooh was shocked for a moment and then without hesitation shouted out in both his heart and with his mouth,"Yes, I wish it to be so!"

The chief smiled and then took off the cape he wore everywhere. He clipped it onto the neck of Pooh and said,"Then let it be so! You are now the chief! Lead with honor and strength and all will naturally know your courage!"

[System: You have successfully become the new chief of the Bear tribe]

[System: As the leader of a certain amount of population, certain knowledge is now accessible, including operation of the [JobClass system]. ]

Pooh then was inundated with a heavy amount of information. Pooh had to stand there for over 2 minutes to comprehend all the new knowledge that he now had. Suddenly, alot of the projects and things he didn't understand became clear.

Pooh eyes widened as he stared at the chief. He quietly said,"I thought I was powerful and smart. But I have a long way to go to match the foundation you have prepared for me!"

The chief's eyes also opened in shock as he excitedly asked,"You have received enlightenment?" Previously, the chief had tried to explain certain programs meant to grow power internally, while some defensive measures slowly were put into place over the years as the chief tried to reform the army.

Pooh smiled a knowing smile and responded,"After accepting the chiefs inheritance, I received corresponding knowledge that all leaders should receive for certain systems. It was after comprehending all of that, that I finally realized your foresight!"

The chief, if you could see it underneath his fur, was beet red in embarrassment from the flattery. He smiled and coyly replied"Come on now, I didn't do much."

Pooh shook his head and said,"No. Only a fellow leader could possibly understand how much effort you have put in this last decade or so." Pooh sighed and patted the former chief's shoulder. "Have a good retirement chief!"

Suddenly!

[You have touched the soul of one of your subjects. This subject is the former chief of the tribe. The Royal Bloodline of the chief and its ancestors wish to acknowledge you! Accept?]

Baloo was frozen still, unable to utter any words. His entire being wanted to submit and take this new bear as his chief. He wanted to see the world that Pooh would make! Baloo took a knee in front of Pooh.

Pooh, decisive and now much more knowledgeable, replied,"I accept your loyalty and dedication, Baloo of the Bear tribe!"

[System: The cape you are wearing is stained by Baloo and his Ancestors, all former chiefs. All have recognized you as worthy! The cape will now be converted into an ancestral treasure!]
