It was spring time and she had just finished her work in the lab.

Yes, Jiang Ying Yue was a workaholic woman but that was before she met Su Zihao. After meeting him, she tried her best to make time for him. She knew that he was a busy man so she would text him and call him only when he reply her that he was free.

Whenever he wanted to meet her, she would try her best to finish her work so that she could meet him. She would give him space when he needed it and be there when he was stressed out. She would never complain even though she herself was busy.

To her, when you love someone, there was never a term 'busy and no time'. When you love someone, no matter how busy you are, you would try your best to make time for the other person even just 5 minutes. The other person needs to be understanding as well, not forcing the partner to spend all of his or her time with her alone.

That was why, she would try her best to make some time for him. She thought, with her being understanding, everything would be just fine. Ugh how naive.

Jiang Ying Yue rushed out of her lab today because Su Zihao had asked her out for dinner this morning. She was in the middle of discussing with her team when the text message arrived.

Seeing it, she was happy. She had not met him for one week now! He was out of the town for the whole week for business purpose. And now he was back!

She continued her meeting and ended it. Being back in the lab, she did not dilly dally and started working right away.

When the clock stroke 6, her alarm rang and she immediately stopped her work. Cleaning her table, she went to her office and changed her clothes. Luckily, she had her own room and bathroom in her office. She showered and wore a beautiful coral colored dress. It was short sleeved and knee length. She wore a Jimmy Choo's light brown heels to go with the dress. Even though she did not wear any accessory, she still looked breathtaking.

Her wavy length c.h.e.s.tnut colored hair flowed freely behind her. She was beautiful.

Jiang Ying Yue drove to the French restaurant with her matte black Audi R8.

Arriving there, she gave her name as Su Zihao had booked the restaurant beforehand. The waitress then brought her to her designated table by the window and she sat down. The luxury French restaurant was at 30th floor so she could see the view of the city from there.

Jiang Ying Yue could see flowers and trees as there was a park on the left side of the building. From above, she saw couples walking and holding hands under the trees. They looked happy and peaceful. At least, no matter what their life story was, at that moment all they could see was their partner.

She gave a faint smile.

Looking at the time, it was 8pm. She straightened her dress carefully and waited for Su Zihao. He promised to be here by 8pm and she was nervous. Yes they were dating but she was still quite shy.

She took a sip of the red wine by her side. She waited and waited until 8.30pm. But she still did not see Su Zihao.

Maybe he was stuck in traffic or still busy she thought. Well maybe he got stuck in a meeting. He just came back this morning after all.

The waitress came to her table. "Miss, would you like to order first?"

Jiang Ying Yue gave a polite smile "It is okay. I am still waiting for my boyfriend. Sorry for the inconvenience."

The waitress was entranced by her beauty. Not only this lady was beautiful and rich but she was also really polite unlike other rich heiress at all. "No no miss.. It is okay. I shall wait for your order then. If you need anything, please do not hesitate to call me."

"Thank you."

What she did not realize was, her smile was seen by a lot of people in the restaurant.

A beauty was sitting by the window alone waiting for her partner. Who dared to make her wait like that?!

Jiang Ying Yue continued waiting till the clock stroke 9. She hesitated for awhile, afraid that she would disturb Su Zihao. But she still texted him asking where he was.

15 minutes later, she received a reply. "Sorry Yue'er. I forgot to tell you that I was really busy. There's some problem in the office. Next time!"

Oh, he was busy. She understood him. Hurt? Of course she was hurt a little bit. But she could understand him, after all he was a CEO.

Clearing her thoughts, she ordered food from the waitress.

What she did not know was, her so called boyfriend was currently taking care of the secretary in his house. Right before he was about to leave, she suddenly fell. Being a gentleman he was (yea right), he sent her home because she did not want to go to the hospital and 'could not' walk.

As a matter of fact, it was just her trick to make Su Zihao fall for her and not meet Jiang Ying Yue.

After her dinner, Jiang Ying Yue walked alone in the park. She felt at peace being surrounded by flowers.

"Ying Yue.. "

"Disciple?"

"Ying Yue? Hello?" An old wrinkly hand waved in front of her.

Getting out of her trance, Jiang Ying Yue looked at Yan Hua.

'Ah I forgot I am no longer in that world. Why am I remembering the memory all of a sudden?'

She smiled at her master. "Sorry master. I was not paying attention. Is there anything that I can help you with?"

Yan Hua was sure that he saw melancholy in her eyes a few seconds ago. And now, she smiled like it was nothing. Heh she sure thought this old man did not see it.

"I was asking you whether you want to stop for lunch or not. Or do you want to just eat snacks here?"

"Ouh I am quite hungry master. We can stop to have lunch somewhere if you do not mind."

'Well food is food. I don't have to lose my appetite just because of a useless memory.'

Not too long after, the carriage stopped by the road. It was a small town with commoners.

Actually, Yan Hua wanted to see whether this little girl, who was born in a noble family could interact and eat with commoners or not. He did not want someone who was arrogant. Even though she did stand up for him before, he just wanted to see her personality a bit more.
