Black and dark clouds started hovering the sky at a specific area.

*Crackle*

*Cracke*

*Boom!*

A red lightning struck an area or specifically, a person.

At a pavilion near a lake, an old man in white was drinking his favorite wine. He had been thinking about his disciple and her completion before he heard a loud boom.

Turning his head, he saw dark clouds covering the area of where disciple was at. He could not register what was happening at all!

Before he could even think, another red lightning struck the building but he could not see any part of his manor breaking unless... the lightning was not striking his manor but a person inside instead!

Without him knowing it, he was already rushing like a gust of wind towards the hidden area.

Why would there suddenly be lightnings? And red ones at that? Dispelling poison did not cause lightning tribulation at all! Unless that person was ascending to a realm higher than Emperor Regno! What was happening?

Yan Hua ran as fast as he could only to see the last lightning in black struck the hidden area of his manor.

'Shit! Why black now?'

He could not think of anything else.

When Yan Hua arrived, all he could see was a hot spring dyed in red and a person, charred from head to toe collapsing on the floor beside the hot spring.

He could not be mistaken! It was Jiang Ying Yue!

He quickly grabbed and called her.

"Ying Yue, Ying Yue are you awake?"

His voice was shaking. Yan Hua was panicking.

The little girl in his hands did not respond.

He took her pulse. It was very fast! The Qi energy in her body was chaotic.

'Shit! How did this happen? Everything could have been fine if she could hold on to the pain for 7 days and she clearly has already passed that phase. But what is happening now?'

Yan Hua internally cursed. All he could do now was to carry the girl back and try to resolve the chaotic energy in her body.

Jiang Ying Yue had a long dream.

In that dream, she was back to her own world, earth. She was having a date with Su Zihao in a restaurant. Suddenly, the scene changed to when she saw him f.u.c.k.i.n.g his secretary.

She thought she would shout like she did before but she did not. Only sorrow filled her heart.

She was about to leave when the scene changed again.

This time, she was somewhere where she was surrounded by flowers. Jiang Ying Yue was enjoying the scent and scenery when she felt a hug from behind. It was warm and somehow, she felt safe in his embrace.

She then heard a deep, enchanting voice calling her. "Yue'er."

She turned to look at that person but before she could, everything changed and her eyes opened wide.

She blinked her eyes. She had not recovered from that dream yet.

'Who was that? What was that situation? Where was that?'

"Ying Yue, you are awake?"

Jiang Ying Yue jolted upon hearing the voice. Turning her head, she saw Yan Hua entering the room.

"Master? What happened to me? Am I still alive?"

She thought she had failed and died but to her surprise, she survived.

Yan Hua smiled. He knocked her head gently with his hand. "Silly girl. You made it and you survived! How do you feel?"

'Feel? Right how do I feel?'

Jiang Ying Yue tried checking and moving her body but to her surprise, she felt great and refreshed. No that was not even the correct term to describe it.

She felt like.. her body had been reborn! Yes. Her bones felt strong, her eyes could see clearer, she could breathe a lot better than before and she felt energetic.

"I feel really good master. I feel like I got a new body."

"Good! It was successful and you managed to do it!" Yan Hua was relieved and happy at the same time. "Ying Yue, do you remember the lightning that night?"

'That night? How long was I asleep for?'

Jiang Ying Yue tried had to remember the lightning that night. "Hmm.. I remember getting struck by red lightnings. But I don't remember how many times it hit me. Why master? And how long was I asleep for?"

"The lightning was weird. Not only the color but the black clouds and why it struck you as well. I could not get any answer. Ouh you were asleep for 3 days."

'3 days? Am I a bear hibernating?'

"Sorry master. I was asleep for that long." Jiang Ying Yue made an innocent smile as she could.

"It's okay. You body was resting. I did not ask the maid to bathe you that day. I just cast a dirt removal spell on you. But still, it is better for you to take bath as it will be cleaner."

Yan Hua did not tell her that he spent the whole night and depleted half of his power in order to control the chaotic energy in her body. It was very hard for him to do it.

Only then did Jiang Ying Yue realized her body did not have a single mark on it. "Okay master. I'll take a bath and meet you after this."

"Hmm I'll be waiting for you at the dining hall. It's dinner time soon."

With that, Yan Hua left. Soon, a maid knocked on Jiang Ying Yue's door saying that she would prepare the bath.

Jiang Ying Yue hastily put on the veil by her bedside.

The maid left as per usual after the task was done and Jiang Ying Yue took a bath.

In the bathtub, she could feel the warm water with lavender scent and fresh flowers in it calming her mind.

She could not help but recall her experiences.

It was painful, very painful. It was the most painful thing she had ever experienced in both of her lifetimes but if she was asked to do it again in order to dispel the poison in her body, she would agree without hesitation at any time!

The pain was excruciating, yes, but she knew she would gain so much more from it. She could even feel the difference now.

Then she recalled her dream.

She got out of the tub and took a towel to rub her body dry.

She then wore her black silk nightwear that Li Mei Hua had packed for her.

She rubbed her hair with the towel till she reached her vanity table. She wanted to comb her hair but upon looking at herself in the mirror, her eyes opened wide and she let out a high shriek breaking through the night.

"AAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!"
