The guardian who was still shocked decided to approve Jiang Ying Yue.

"Jiang Ying Yue, since you have passed my test, I hereby approve you as the next successor and palace master of Symphonia Valley."

He paused as if he was thinking hard about something and making a decision. After he made his decision, he continued. "Every successor will be given a guardian to protect them and be by their side bounded by their soul. I will help them to summon a guardian to assist them but in your case, I would like to offer something different."

"I would like to offer myself as your guardian beast. If you can guess what I am, I will appear in front of you and you can make me your contracted beast."

He wanted to offer himself? The one that never served anyone else other than his first master offered himself to be her contracted beast? This was simply to magical!

"Why do you want to be my contracted beast?" Jiang Ying Yue asked in a calm tone despite her heartbeat rising fast in each passing second.

"You are the only person to have ever withstood more than 50 percent of pressure other than my first master and I have a feeling that you'll do great things in the future. I would like to be a contracted beast and guardian of someone worthy and I have found one."

Jiang Ying Yue seemed to be satisfied with his answer. "Very well then. My guess is you are a dragon. A supreme dragon at that. Am I right?"

The voice didn't speak for a long time. Wisp of smoke suddenly appeared in front of Jiang Ying Yue and it formed into a shape of a man in pure-white robe. Not only his robe was white, but so did his hair, eyebrows, eyelashes and eyes! Yes his iris was white and his pupil was ink black. But one looked closely, they would see weird shapes in his iris.

So weird but he was another good looking man!

He was very tall! He stood at 193cm in height with a lean and muscular body.

He looked like an ice king!

But his good looking face screamed danger! He didn't have to hide it for anyone to feel the danger just by looking at his face.

"How did you know?" His blood-red lips opened.

Jiang Ying Yue smiled despite him not being able to see her face. "Simple. The carvings on the wall of this place showed it. The man turned to Jiang Ying Yue and called her to him. "Come here. I will transform into my original form and put your blood on my forehead. I will guide you to form the contract and after that, I will be yours."

Whoosh he transformed into a huge, white dragon form and bowed his head so that Jiang Ying Yue could reach him.

Jiang Ying Yue made a small cut on her finger with a wind blade and dropped it on the dragon's forehead.

"Use your mental energy to bind with me and insert your aura into my consciousness." His deep voice was heard in her head.

Jiang Ying Yue did as told and immediately, waves of colorful Spiritual Qi spiraled around their bodies making it looked magical!

The dragon's form slowly solidify and he no longer appeared transparent.

Before this, both the human and dragon form was slightly transparent and now it was solid!

Soon, the process was done and the dragon formed back into his human form.

He knelt on the floor and said: "Master, I, Anguo the Supreme White Dragon pay his respect to you. From this moment onward, we are bound by the soul and I will follow and protect you whereever you go. I will follow you even in death."

Dark clouds started forming on top of the whole Mount Trux perimeter, alarming a lot of people. Even the people from faraway could see the dark clouds and pressure emanating from it.

The man grinned showing his perfect row of white teeth. "No need. This is a good chance for us to gain something good. If I am not wrong, this should be the legendary emergence of a divine beast. When was even the last time divine best appear? We should stay here and wait for it."

"Understood, Master."

The subordinate disappeared and the man's icy blue eyes swept over the dark clouds hovering above him.

'I will be the one to get that Divine Beast first before anyone else does.'
