" Mother? Knowing her she'd never agree to this.. Natsuki can't you speak to her? She trusts you and I'm sure she'll actually listen to you."

" If I did that, wouldn't it have the opposite effect? If your dream is to become a Hero, then valiantly face her and convince her. Meanwhile I can look into the necessary paperwork and doc.u.mentation for your possible enrollment. Good luck."

With Natsuki's departure Sei became extremely worried for his future. During the course of his life here, the amount of times he'd spoken to his "Mother" could be counted on a single hand. When they did speak it never ended well, for Sei that is. Very early on he learned that she wasn't very motherly or even a nice person.

"* How many times must I repeat myself before you finally get it through that thick skull of yours, Seijūrō?"

"* Why, not!? I don't want to be stuck inside this house any longer. I want to go outside, see different things, meet different people, make friends.*"

"* What you want is of little importance, I said no. So be quiet and do as your told, and if you try to sneak out again I'll have Natsuki lock you in your room.*"

Remembering their few talks, Sei couldn't help but sigh. He knew the only thing that could come out of this was him receiving another ear piercing lecture.

" Damn it, c'mon you can do this. You can do this..."

Going to his nightstand he picked up his cellphone, went to contacts. Staring at the name and number, he closes his eyes and took a deep breath before making the call.

" Hello, mother it's me, I'm sorry I didn't mean to call so early. I wanted to tell you that I've asked Natsuki to enroll me in U.A. a Hero School."

As soon as he said those words, Sei's body trembled. He finally told his mother and there was no way back, only forwards.

" Sei, I hope you did not call me right before a meeting to spew this nonsense. You are not going to do anything of that sort, I've already enrolled you into the world's top business school, which is in London. At the end of this year, you'll be moving there and attend that school. Natsuki should have already informed you of this, Is that all, I have important business to take care of-"

" Wait, Mother! I.. I.. I'd like to make a deal with you. No matter what I want to attend U.A. so can't we make a deal, please? "

Still rattled by the sudden news of his planned departure, Sei blurted out the first that popped into his head.

" A deal? Seijūrō you're Quirkless, so are you sure you want to make a deal with me over this? Have you truly thought things through, or Is this just another one of your childish whims?"

" It's not, so can we, make a deal?"

Oddly enough his mother did not answer right away. Causing a deep sense of dread to take hold of Sei's mind. Only the sound of her light breathing kept him sane. Knowing she was thinking about it, made him believe he had chance.

" What kind of deal did you have in mind? Or did you just blurt out the word without a second thought?"

" What, of course I have one... It's, um -- If I fail to get the top spot in the entrance exam I'll forget all about becoming a Hero and go to London."

" Hmm, I agree. Have Natsuki email me all the necessary paperwork so I can sign them. Oh and Seijūrō don't think fir a second that I won't know if you succeeded or not. If it's the latter, no matter what resistance you put up, I will send you to London."

" Uh, oh, um thank you Mother! Bye!"

Ending the call, Sei instantly hugged Natsuki. Who came in as his mother right as she was deciding to hear his deal. The reason he hugged her was because she was the one who told him about the entrance exam. Which ended up getting him the chance to actually attend U.A. High.

" We did it, Natsuki! She agreed, I can enroll in U.A.!"

" Sei, although it's great that the Madam agreed, she did so because she's aware how difficult it is to pass the exam. To take the top spot is an incredible feat and with your Healing Ability I'm not sure you can actually achieve it."

Only now did Sei realize that she was right, his Ability wasn't really useful in a tight. All the Heroes he'd seen on television had amazing offensive Quirks, which he did not.

" What'll I do? It's too late to call mother back and back out now... Oh, God what am I going to do!? I don't want to go to some uptight business school overseas!"

Just imagining himself in that situation caused Sei to almost faint. Fortunately before he did, Natsuki got a hold of him and calmed him down.

" Don't worry the entrance exam is still months away giving me enough time to train you."

" You, you'll train me? In what exactly?"

" How to fight dummy, do you remember that hulking idiot from earlier today? I could wipe the floor with him, so before the exam I'll train you. Although to be fair, due to your current weight it's going to be a hell alot more torturous, so I hope you can survive till the end."

" Uh, yeah that sounds cool... But how will learning how to fight help me in securing the top spot?"

" Oh, well luckily for you the Madam did not set any type of restrictions on your deal."

" Yeah but so what? It's not like a I can bribe my way to the top spot, wait can I?"

" Of course, not! What I meant to say was, you have the full support and backing of LawlietCorp. Which just so happens to have a branch here specializing in Hero Support Tools."

" So what you're saying is that I can get my hands on some serious fire power!"

" Yes, but first we'll need to have you lose all that weight and learn how to fight. After that you can head over to the company and get some weapons."

" Alright! This just might work out after all!"
