Dragon Ball Z: Flame Demon Rudra

Jade's power level was not below 100 million.

It was above 200 million.

Rudra was flabbergasted, it seems like Jade has never shown his true power. 'Looks like am in trouble now' Rudra thought to himself bitterly. But still Rudra was not ready to give up. He was someone who will fight even if the odds are against him. Thus, carried on fighting.

"Were you thinking that you had the upper hand? Did you really think you could defeat me. You took me by surprise, that is for sure. But if you think that you can beat with that pathetic power of yours, you're sorely mistaken. Be grateful that am going to use my full power to fight against you. I have used my full power against only one other opponent. But he was so strong that I couldn't defeat him even after using my full power. Now, feel despair."

Rudra tried to fight Jade from long distance. He used instant transmission and created distance between him and Jade. Rudra then used an energy beam technique. It looked similar to Kamehameha, Rudra created it while he was training.

He shot the energy beam towards Jade. But Jade simply used his energy beam to counter attack. Both the attack connected each other. Rudra was using his full power in the energy blast. The energy blasts were evenly matched, then suddenly Jade increased the power behind his attack. Rudra's energy beam was pushed backwards by Jade.

Soon, Jade's energy beam completely crushed Rudra's and came towards him. Rudra used instant transmission to move away from the place. But Jade flashed in front of him and launched a kick towards Rudra's stomach. Rudra didn't have time to block and could only strengthen his abdomen muscles while taking on the attack.

Rudra didn't have time to counter attack when Jade again flashed in front of him and blasted him through a mountain.

Jade was waiting for Rudra to come out of the rubbles when Rudra flashed to the left of Jade and punched him. Even though, Jade was able to react and block the attack, he was still blasted away. Rudra again made some distance between them.

Rudra started to practice the Divine Dragon's breath cultivation while fighting. This was quite difficult as he had to multitask. But Rudra didn't have any time to complain about it. Rudra blasted of several energy balls towards Jade. Jade simply punched them away. Jade made sure that Rudra would not be able to move away from him. He flashed towards Rudra and started engaging him in a close combat.

They started landing barrage of punches amongst each other. Rudra's attacks were being completely blocked and counter attacked by Jade. Rudra didn't have the ability to cause damage to his opponent. In between the fight, Rudra would use instant transmission and attack Jade. Only these attacks were useful against Jade, as he couldn't react with enough speed. But slowly he was able to react to them.

Each attack landed on Jade was repaid with ten times. The fighting carried on for some time. Jade was feeling a slight exhaustion. But Rudra continued to attack him relentlessly. This made Jade anxious, he didn't understand how his opponent's stamina was higher than his. What he didn't know was that the cultivation method used by Rudra was heaven defying.

Even Rudra himself was feeling surprised, he didn't expect his strategy to succeed. The Divine Dragon's breath really is a heaven defying technique. 'Looks like its value is higher than I initially expected' he thought to himself. He could feel his spent stamina and power restoring itself, while Jade was getting slowly exhausted.

The entire area inside the pocket dimension was destroyed due to the fight between Rudra and Jade. They still carried on fighting. Jade understood that delaying the fight anymore would certainly be disadvantageous for him.

He flashed in front of Rudra and punched him squarely on his stomach. Rudra was about to be blasted aback by the punch, when a vice like grip caught his legs.

Jade caught Rudra by his legs and slammed him left and right on the ground. Rudra could only clench his hand's and endure the attack. Jade then spun Rudra continuously before throwing him upwards. He didn't give his opponent anytime to catch his breath and soon flashed towards him and hit him on his spine. Before Rudra could crash on the ground, Jade again came in front and Rudra and kept one landing blow after blow on him.

Rudra tried to block his opponents attack but to no avail. His opponent was stronger and faster than him. No matter what Rudra did, he couldn't even move his body away. He was losing his power continuously. He didn't even have time to catch his breath and cultivate his technique. The barrage of attacks continued on.

Rudra even tried to use instant transmission to move out of the pocket dimension. But unfortunately, he couldn't.

'Looks like the only way out is the stone archway through which I came in.' Rudra thought to himself bitterly.

Shortly afterwards, Jade launched a power full energy blast towards Rudra. Rudra couldn't even move his hand to block the attack. He could only b.a.r.e the attack with his body. Rudra was against blasted off to the sky. He lost all his energy and came free falling towards the surface. Rudra crashed on the surface and a huge crater was formed.

"Are you feeling despair now? Ha ha ha, you were one of the most difficult opponents I had to deal with. Not because of your strength but because of your stupid techniques. But in the end, if you do not have strength yourself, the techniques would be useless.

Do you know what I love the most? It is to give hope to my opponents and then ruthlessly crush. Did you feel accomplished when you were able to fight against me evenly. Ha ha ha now feel despair as I torture you slowly" Jade said. There was madness in his eyes.

"You truly are a sick bastard" Rudra replied.

"ha ha ha, even now you're still arrogant. Don't worry I'll peel the arrogance away along with your skin" Jade replied with a crazy look on his face.

Rudra couldn't accept this result. He refused to be defeated by this sicko.

'I wanted to reach the peak of martial arts in my previous life, but in the end, I was ambushed and killed by my enemies. Now am given a second chance. How can I die without achieving my dream? No, I refuse to admit defeat' Rudra thought to himself with an unwavering determination.

His determination became the driving force and his body started to cultivate the Divine Dragon's technique itself. The magma from the core of the pocket dimension flowed towards Rudra and soon a magma storm formed with Rudra as its center.

Jade was totally shocked by the sudden turn of events. He couldn't even attack Rudra within this magma storm.

Meanwhile, a golden glow started to radiate from Rudra. His wounds were healing at a visible rate. He could feel his power increasing.

He was going to breakthrough.
