Dragon Sorcerer In One Piece

The method of inanimate objects to 'eat' devil fruit is one of the mysteries of the One Piece world. There are many theories when the idea was first introduced in the manga but one thing is certain, all of the inanimate devil fruit users all possess Zoan type.

The theory is that Zoan types give inanimate objects an animal conscious to which person can use them as a trained animal like a K-9 or mounted horse. For Cecilia, who uses inanimate Zoan type isn't something new but possessing two Zoan types is rather unexpected to David.

The reason is simple, devil fruits are rare in the One Piece world, it is very time-consuming and expensive to track down one devil fruit. David was lucky enough to find rare devil fruits thanks to the World Nobles limitless resources but for regular nobles, it cost a fortune to find one or two.

In the destroyed large dining room, a Marine officer and 'reporter' are about to fight against one of the emperors of the underworld. Drug Peclo, before anyone can do anything he pulls out four purple pills from his pouch and swallows it, the medicine quickly takes its effect as his muscles mass increased and his skin turned red as if he had a sunburn.

'So that is the so-called drug he is addicted to, but that purple color looks familiar. Maybe Caesar Clown is the supplier after all he does some questionable things in the name of science.' David quickly finished his thought as he wanted to see what kind of effect Drug Peclo's drug can do.

Cecilia gave a command to her partners as Peclo consumed his drugs, "Jaq (Silver hawk) and Gus (Tiger) attack." With a single command, Gus leaped to attack Drug Peclo while Jaq took a flight to support.

The clash between two beasts is powerful enough to shake the room but just as Gus pushed Drug Peclo with few attacks, Drug Peclo overpower Gus and throw him across the room like a rag doll. Just as the tiger was thrown, Jaq struck Drug Peclo's eyes with sharp metal talons, meanwhile, Cecilia was concentrating her right hand with Armament Haki for the right time to strike. After Jaq's attack blinded Drug Peclo, Cecilia used her Soru (Shave) to appear in front of him and punched him in the face but to everyone's surprise, Drug Peclo took the full damage with a small smile in his face.

"I felt that. Not bad for an amateur but I experienced a stronger attack." Drug Peclo spoke and about to strike Cecilia with his claw but Jaq flew in time to distract him.

Cecilia falls back to regroup with her partners as David saw her right arm is now broken, "Hey, are you ok? Didn't you coat your arm with Armament Haki?" David asked as Cecilia held her broken arm with her other hand, "Of course I did. It's just that his Armament Haki has gotten much stronger than before, the pills must have doubled his power somehow." Cecilia said with frustration but with a sign of fear in her voice as she realized that she can't match Drug Peclo's strength.

In the previous fight, Cecilia was able to hold her ground and match the strength against him but now, his power is almost equal to Zephyr himself. Hearing this, David turns to see Drug Peclo's injured face starting to regenerate and crack his neck as if it was nothing. Drug Peclo laughs and speaks with a taunting tone, "One pill can boost a normal person's strength tenfold for one hour but causes internal organ failure at the same time. My lion devil fruit's regenerative ability keeps me alive to which I can take a maximum of four pills at once."

Thinking the information about drugs will cause fear and panic, Drug Peclo smirked but to his surprise, David laughs with tears in his eyes. "Oh man, I expected something amazing but your drugs are nothing but knockoffs of Energy Steroids. Let me guess, you got it from Caesar Clown and was told that you will be unstoppable, right?" David asked as he pulled out one of the health potions from his inventory (Pull out from his pocket) and gave it to Cecilia, "Drink it, it will help you with your broken arm. I will take care of this overconfident cat and finish this real quick."

Cecilia didn't accept the red vial as there was no way she would drink unknown medicine from a stranger. Seeing this, David removed the cork from the vial and took a sip to show there is no poison. Finally, Cecilia accepted the potion from David and drank it, to her surprise the potion healed not just her broken arm but also removed the pain and other injuries instantly.

Just as Cecilia was healed from her injuries, Drug Peclo rushed in to kill her using his claws but David intercepted by kicking him in the face. "It is rude to interrupt other people's conversation. You now have to face me if you want her." David retracted his foot and ready himself in Garp's combat stance. "You think you can take me? You barely matched against me before I took my drugs. What do you think you can do to me now?" Drug Peclo yelled with anger but before he could do anything, David proceeded to punch Drug Peclo's face with tremendous force.

David's punch this time was packed with enough force to take out a giant off the ground. So when Drug Peclo received the punch, he felt a huge jolt in his body but maintained his consciousness as impact created a huge explosion.

Boom!

With the explosion, dust exploded everywhere and when the dust cleared, Drug Peclo's body didn't go anywhere as he was floating in the air. David used his rooster talisman to levitate and hold Drug Peclo's body in midair as he punched him, seeing the lion hybrid still conscious, David pushed him away midair and pulled back with faster force. David gathered his two fists together and coated it with his Haki with a mix of ox talisman, just as Drug Peclo came in range, David used the ultimate attack of the Rokushiki style (Six Powers). "Six Powers Extreme: Six King Gun!" The secret seventh technique of Rokushiki (Six Powers) blasts powerful shockwaves onto Drug Peclo's body, as his internal organs and everything behind him is destroyed.

Drug Peclo's regenerative ability went into overdrive as it couldn't handle David's attack and heal the side effects of the drug at the same time. Coughing blood from his mouth, Drug Peclo soon lost his consciousness and died in pain as his entire body was broken from the attack and his internal organs turned into liquid. Meanwhile, David was perfectly fine as his dog, and horse talisman maintained his body from breaking apart unlike how Rob Lucci when he used against Luffy during Enies Lobby arc.

David dismisses the Samurai Khans from the fight to retrieve the Drug Peclo's body from the mansion. When the body of the Drug Peclo disappears into shadow, Cecilia approaches David to ask him.

"Wait, what are you doing? You can't just take the body. The Navy needs it to investigate…"

David interrupts her before she can finish her sentence, "I need it more than Navy, also I'm sure you know who is behind this assassination as you are the target. Who would benefit from your death during the funeral of your father, the baron?"

David pointed it out as a large number of people approached the destroyed dining room from the outside. When Cecilia turns around, her fear comes to reality as her three siblings, Vena, Berton, and Garth are accompanied by a large number of pirates.

"It seems your siblings are behind this after all. I guess you won't need the body after all." David said as three siblings and their small army of pirates stopped in good distance.

Vena, the first daughter spoke, "How nice, Cecilia finally found a boy she can depend on. Too bad you and everyone will die before our father's will can be announced. Oh, don't worry about King Hollarm and his royal family, WE save them from the assassins while you are busy running away from the assassin. Don't know what happened to the hired hand but it seems you somehow survived. Our men will fix that issue." When Vena finished her monologue, Berton and Garth were about to give an order before David stopped them.

"You guys are the ones who made a mistake today. Not because I'm here or anything but because you pissed off someone else." David spoke as he moved to the side for everyone to see a very angry Marine instructor with purple hair and glasses dragging henchman in his hand.

David continues to speak, "You messed with Black Arm Zephyr."
