Dragon Sorcerer In One Piece

The party lasted until 3 am, most of the Whitebeard members passed out from the alcohol they drank and few were getting ready for important duty such as lookouts and restocking supplies from the cargo. Meanwhile, Whitebeard decided to return to his captain's quarter as Hades (David) to his ship, this allowed one particular crew member who was watching Hades like a hawk a chance to execute his plan.

'Soon it will be mine, the power of darkness.' Marshall D. Teach, aka Blackbeard, waited so long for this particular devil fruit, believing being a part of the Whitebeard Pirates will increase his chance of finding the Dark Dark devil fruit in the long run. Now, his dream and ambition are right in front of him, inside a backpack carried by a kid named Hades who became a member of the Whitebeard family. At this point Tech doesn't care if he has to kill his 'brother' as long as he can have the power of the fruit, he already has a boat ready to go for his escape and few potential people in his mind to create his pirate crew.

An hour after Hades went to his captain's quarters, Teach sneak into Hades's ship with his signature metal claws, ready to spill blood. Inside, Teach silently walked in as he looked around, the room was still dark as the sun wasn't up yet but he could tell it was well organized and clean. 'Now, where is that bag?' Teach thought as he quickly peeked at the small room next to the captain's quarter to find Hades sleeping in his bed and backpack next to the bed. 'There you are, time to get my fruit.' With a big grin, he approaches the bed and grabs the bag to pull out the devil fruit.

Checking the fruit with admiration, Teach was about to eat the fruit when he heard a voice, "What are you doing here with my fruit?" Hades spoke as he got up from his bed but at that moment, Teach stabbed Hades's c.h.e.s.t with his metal claw and pushed him down to bed. Blood gushed out of Hades's c.h.e.s.t and mouth as he grabbed Teach's arm to fight back but it was pointless as seconds later he lost his strength and died.

Teach pulls his claw from the body and he catches his breath as he tries to calm his heart rate back to normal. "Shit, he scared the crap out of me. Too bad you were awake, I could have given you peaceful death, but thanks for the fruit. Hahahaha." With a small laugh, Teach opened the door to leave with the fruit but when he did he is now faced to face with two crew members of the Whitebeard Pirates.

"Teach, what are you doing here in Hades's ship? Did our father send you here to pass the message?" One of the crew members asks Teach as he is carrying a metal tray of breakfast with a food cover. "Wait, why are you covered in blood and holding a strange fru…" Before the second crew member could finish his sentence, Teach swung his metal claw and slash their necks, killing both of them.

Now, with two more bodies to his crime and the sound of metal tray hitting the floor, Teach rushed to his escape boat as the sound of metal tray created a makeshift alarm for crew members on the lookout. It didn't take long for a few members of Whitebeard Pirates to start approaching the boarding plank and investigate the noise just as Teach crossed the plank back into Moby D.i.c.k.

"Teach, is that you? What was that loud noise?" One of the members recognized Teach but Teach didn't say anything as he ignored everyone and ran toward the other side of the ship. When he reached the other side of the ship, Teach jumped overboard after looking over for a few seconds. "We have a man overboard! Teach jump into the sea for some reason!" One of the crew members sounded the alarm as they saw Teach jump overboard. When they arrived at the other side and looked over, they saw Teach in his small boat sailing away. "What the hell? Isn't that Teach's boat?" Just as one of the crew spoke, Teach's boat suddenly covered with bubbles and started to sink into the ocean.

"When did he have that boat coated? Report this to pops and division commander, Teach left the ship for some reason. Also have few men check Hades's ship." One of the members gave instruction and the rest of the crews followed the instruction. Soon, everyone is awake from their sleep as few crewmen discover the dead bodies of their fellow members in the Hades's ship. "You report this to pops, we will check on Hades." Just as the crewman spoke, Hades slowly stepped out of the captain's quarter, covered in bandages and soaked with a bloody shirt. "Where is the man with the black beard? He tried to kill me and stole my freaking devil fruit!" Hades yelled with anger in his voice as he saw Whitebeard's crewmen.

Half Hour Later,

Whitebeard was furious when he saw two dead bodies of his sons and heard multiple eyewitnesses that Marshall D Teach, a long time crew member, committed murder and fled with a modified boat. Whitebeard heard enough and turned around to see Hades seated on the floor with rage in his eyes. "Son, explain to me what happened," Whitebeard asked a question to his new son but feared as he already could guess what happened.

Hades stood up and looked at everyone including Whitebeard before he spoke, "After the party was over I went back to my ship to sleep. I woke up from my bed because I felt a presence next to me and I saw a large man with a metal claw holding my devil fruit. I asked him a question but instead of an answer, he stabbed me and ran off from my quarter. I survive and manage to patch myself before your other sons find these two outside." Hades finishes his explanation and sits back as the mood of the ship turns dark and heavy with a feeling of betrayal in their heart.

Whitebeard has one rule which is 'no killing of fellow crew members' and Teach just broke that rule right in front of him. The clouds turned dark and the ocean began to shake violently as Whitebeard's Conqueror's Haki went out of control. Marco, first division commander, steps forward to Whitebeard to ease his anger, "Pops, please calm down. Right now, we have to take care of our dead brothers and investigate why Teach betrayed us." When Whitebeard heard Marco, he started to calm down his rage as the weather and ocean returned to normal.

"You are right. Jozu, take care of our dead crew members for the funeral while Marco checks on Hades for his injuries. I will contact subordinate captains and allies to look for Teach but not confront him without me there. I don't like the idea that he has unknown devil fruit in his possession, he might already consume it and have the power. " Whitebeard gave his order and everyone started to move to follow their captain's order.

Meanwhile, Hades was in deep thought as his plan to trick Blackbeard was indeed successful but two of the Whitebeard Pirates crew members were killed in the process. He wanted to use the life magic of the Mountain Demon to revive them but was too late when the rest of the crewmen discovered them before he could do anything. 'I hope you regret your decision, Blackbeard. I promise you, I will come for you when the time comes.' Hades made a promise to himself as he stood up and approached Whitebeard.

"I want to ask you a favor, old man," Hades said to Whitebeard.

"What is it, son? Have Marco check up on your injury." Whitebeard said as he looked at Hades and wondered how he could walk around with so much blood in his shirt. Meanwhile, Marco opens his medical kit and is about to approach Hades to patch his injuries.

"Don't worry about my injuries, I didn't become a King of the Underworld with just my looks. I know you want to handle this matter personally but let me handle him. Teach was your crew member and he may know every protected island and pirates under your command. But he doesn't know me or that I'm alive, I will track him down and bring his head to you." Hades gave his reason as Whitebeard listened without saying anything.

There was a silence between them before Whitebeard finally spoke. "Fine, do as you wish since he went for your life. You are now my son, so this is still within a family matter. There is one thing I will ask of you and that is to bring Teach alive so he can explain his crime before I take his head."

"I will try my best not to kill him before I bring him to you, still no promises." Hades gave his answer and turned around to return to his ship. As Hades walked away, Marco came next to Whitebeard, "Why did you allow him, pops? Teach is strong enough to match me and other commanders." Hearing Marco's question Whitebeard gave his answer,

"Hades is right about Teach might know our operations and every safe island. I also know Teach's strength but that Hades may be stronger, didn't you notice how he survived Teach's attack and still managed to walk around like he was nothing? Contact everyone and let them know what happened today." With that Whitebeard stood up from his seat with Murakumogiri in his hand and walked toward his quarter.

Marco saw his father leave his side as he realized something, 'Where is the medical support and medicines tubes for pops? Or rather, he looks healthy and full of energy.'

Marshall D. Teach's POV

The Shore of Unknown Island,

I sailed underwater for 5 hours before I resurfaced and found an island to land. I hold my temptation to eat the Dark Dark fruit while underwater, as I couldn't take the risk in case power darkness goes out of control and destroys the bubble. There isn't much information about Dark Dark fruit except how it looks and it is extremely dangerous, but now I finally consume the fruit and take the power for myself.

Standing next to the palm tree, I ate the whole Dark Dark devil fruit and swallowed it without throwing up. 'Bad taste is nothing. Soon, I will be the strongest in the world and nothing will stop me from taking the One Piece.' Finishing my thought, I immediately felt the sudden surge of power within me as I felt different.

With a big smile, I put my hand to the ground and activated my power to demonstrate to the world, "Behold, witness the power of darkness, soon the world will kneel before me and I rule them as their king! Black Hole!!!" I shouted out loud and unleashed the power within me to consume the area around me but instead of darkness coming from my hand, a clear liquid poured out. The moment I saw clear liquid coming out, I was dumbstruck with no words to describe what just happened. It was until I noticed that my arm also turned into the same liquid. "What is this shit? Is this oil? Where is my power?" I started to panic after my arm indeed turned into oil.

"How is this possible? I engrave the image of the Dark Dark fruit in my memory, there is no way I made a mistake. So, how is it possible that instead of darkness, I got FREAKING OIL!" I started to smash trees and rocks around me as I realized that I ate the wrong devil fruit.

"I used my only chance to eat the devil fruit and it's a freaking oil logia fruit? Oil Oil fruit isn't that strong as the user's natural weakness is fire! A FIRE!" I soon went out of control with rage as I went deeper into the island and started destroying anything I could find.
